A series of PtCuCeMgAl quintuple hydrotalcite-like compounds with different Ce contents were synthesized by one-pot method. After calcining and reduction, CeO_2-modified Mg(Al)O-supported Pt–Cu alloy catalysts were obtained. To understand the effect of Cu and Ce, the structure and physico-chemistry properties of the catalysts were characterized and analyzed, and the catalytic behaviors were investigated in a direct dehydrogenation of propane to propene. The results show that the Pt^(4+), Cu^(2+), and Ce^(3+) ions can be incorporated into the brucite-like layers and the Ce content significantly affects the interaction strength between Pt and Cu and the dehydrogenation performance of propane. Under the reaction conditions, the highest propane conversion(45%) with 89% selectivity to propene and a 40% propene yield were achieved with a 0.3 wt% Ce-modified PtCu/Mg(Al)O catalyst. The improved catalytic performance is related to the easy formation of Pt–Cu alloy phase, excellent resistance to sintering, and coke deposits of active components modified by CeO_2.

Mitochondria are organelles that serve numerous critical cellular functions,including energy production,Ca2+home-ostasis,redox signaling,and *** functions are intimately linked to mitochondrial morphology,which is highly dynamic and capable of rapid and transient changes to alter cellular functions in response to environmental cues and cellular *** morphology and activity are critical for various physiological processes,including wound *** mammals,wound healing is a complex process that requires coordinated function of multiple cell types and progresses in partially overlapping but distinct stages:hemostasis and inflammation,cell pro-liferation and migration,and tissue *** repair process at the single-cell level forms the basis for wound healing and regeneration in *** findings reveal that mitochondria fulfill the intensive energy demand for wound repair and aid wound closure by cytoskeleton remodeling via morphological changes and mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mtROS)*** this review,we will mainly elucidate how wounding induces changes in mitochondrial morphology and activity and how these changes,in turn,contribute to cellular wound response and repair.

In order to give the energy output structure of typical explosives near-ground explosion in real ground conditions,the free-field shockwave,ground reflection shockwave and Mach wave overpressure time history of composition B explosive,RDX explosive and aluminized explosive were measured by air pressure sensors and ground pressure *** shape of the free-field shock wave,ground reflection shock wave,and Mach wave and explosion flame were captured by high-speed *** experimental results show that,at the same horizontal distance from the initiation point,the peak overpressure of explosive shock wave of composition B explosive,both in the air and on the ground,is less than that of RDX and aluminized *** a distance of 3.0 m from the initiation point,the peak overpressure of aluminized explosives is slightly less than that of RDX *** to the exothermic effect of aluminum powder,the pressure drop of aluminized explosives is slower than that of RDX *** 5.0 m from the initiation point,the peak overpressure of aluminized explosives is larger than that of RDX *** the same position from the initiation point,among the three kinds of explosives,the impulse of aluminized explosives is the maximum and the impulse of composition B explosives is the *** the increase of the horizontal distance from the initiation point,the height of Mach triple-points(Mach steam)of the three explosives increases *** the same horizontal distance from the initiation point,there is poorly difference in the height of Mach triple-points between aluminized explosive and RDX explosive,and the height of Mach triple-points of composition B explosive is much smaller than that of other two *** maximum diameter and duration of the fireball formed by aluminized explosives are the largest,followed by composition B explosive,and the maximum diameter and duration of the fireball formed by RDX explosive are the smallest.

Biophysical cues of the cellular microenvironment tremendously influence cell behavior by mechanotransduction. However, it is still unclear how cells sense and transduce the mechanical signals from 3D geometry to regulate cell function. Here, the mechanotransduction of human mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) triggered by 3D micropatterns and its effect on the paracrine of MSCs are systematically investigated. Our findings show that 3D micropattern force could influence the spatial reorganization of the cytoskeleton, leading to different local forces which mediate nucleus alteration such as orientation,morphology, expression of Lamin A/C and chromatin condensation. Specifically, in the triangular prism and cuboid micropatterns, the ordered F-actin fibers are distributed over and fully transmit compressive forces to the nucleus, which results in nuclear flattening and stretching of nuclear pores, thus enhancing the nuclear import of YES-associated protein(YAP). Furthermore, the activation of YAP significantly enhances the paracrine of MSCs and upregulates the secretion of angiogenic growth factors. In contrast, the fewer compressive forces on the nucleus in cylinder and cube micropatterns cause less YAP entering the *** skin repair experiment provides the first in vivo evidence that enhanced MSCs paracrine by 3D geometry significantly promotes tissue regeneration. The current study contributes to understanding the in-depth mechanisms of mechanical signals affecting cell function and provides inspiration for innovative design of biomaterials.

Tibetan Plateau(TP) lakes are important water resources,which are experiencing quick expansion in recent *** researches mainly focus on analyzing the relationship between terrestrial water storage(TWS) change and lake water storage(LWS) change in the total inner TP,it is still lack of researches about the spatial difference and the characteristic of sub-region in the inner *** this study,we estimated the area change of 34 lakes by using Landsat images in the northeastern TP during 1976–2013,and LWS change by using the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission(SRTM).The results suggested that LWS had shrunk from 1976 to 1994,and then expanded quickly until *** had a serious decrease by 13.6 Gt during 1976–1994,and then it increased quickly by 35.4 Gt during 1994–*** estimated TWS change,soil moisture change,and permafrost degradation based on the satellite data and related models during 2003–*** results indicated that their changing rates were 1.86 Gt/y,0.22 Gt/y,and –0.19 Gt/y,*** also calculated the change of groundwater based on the mass balance with a decreasing trend of –0.054 Gt/*** results suggested that the cause of TWS change was the increase of *** analyzed the cause of lake change according to water balance,and found that the primary cause of lake expansion was the increasing precipitation(80.7%),followed by glacier meltwater(10.3%) and permafrost degradation(9%).The spatial difference between LWS change and TWS change should be studied further,which is important to understand the driving mechanism of water resources change.

In mobile social networks,next point-of-interest(POI)recommendation is a very important function that can provide personalized location-based services for mobile *** this paper,we propose a recurrent neural network(RNN)-based next POI recommendation approach that considers both the location interests of similar users and contextual information(such as time,current location,and friends’preferences).We develop a spatial-temporal topic model to describe users’location interest,based on which we form comprehensive feature representations of user interests and contextual *** propose a supervised RNN learning prediction model for next POI *** based on real-world dataset verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed approach,and achieve best F1-score of 0.196754 on the Gowalla dataset and 0.354592 on the Brightkite dataset.

Data-driven modelling has shown promising potential in many industrial applications, while the expensive and time-consuming labelling of experimental and simulation data restricts its further *** a more informative but smaller dataset to reduce labelling efforts has been a vital research problem. Although existing techniques can assess the value of individual data samples, how to represent the value of a sample set remains an open problem. In this research, the aggregation value is defined using a novel representation for the value of a sample set by modelling the invisible redundant information as the overlaps of neighbouring values. The sampling problem is hence converted to the maximisation of the submodular function over the aggregation value. The comprehensive analysis of several manufacturing datasets demonstrates that the proposed method can provide sample sets with superior and stable performance compared with state-of-the-art methods. The research outcome also indicates its appealing potential to reduce labelling efforts for more data-scarcity scenarios.

目的:ORION-18研究已证实,英克司兰在亚洲动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)患者或ASCVD高危人群中可显著降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),且安全性良好。本研究旨在进一步评估英克司兰在中国内地人群中的疗效与安全性。方法:ORION-18研究是一项在亚洲开展的多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、Ⅲ期临床试验,其中中国内地亚组包含232例已接受饮食控制和最大耐受剂量他汀类药物治疗(联合或不联合其他降脂治疗)但LDL-C仍升高的ASCVD患者或ASCVD高危受试者,以1:1的比例随机分组(英克司兰组和安慰剂组各116例),在第1天、第90天和第270天分别接受英克司兰300 mg或安慰剂治疗。主要终点为LDL-C从基线至第330天的百分比变化。次要终点包括:LDL-C从第90天至第360天经时间校正的百分比变化和绝对值变化;LDL-C从基线至第330天的绝对值变化;前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)从基线至第330天的百分比变化。其他次要终点包括:第330天达到LDL-C<1.8 mmol/L、LDL-C较基线降低≥50%、达到所处ASCVD风险水平总体降脂目标(LDL-C总体目标值:ASCVD患者<1.4 mmol/L,ASCVD高危人群<1.8 mmol/L)的受试者比例。安全性终点为治疗期间出现的不良事件、实验室检查异常、严重不良事件及其严重程度和其与治疗的相关性。结果:英克司兰组LDL-C从基线至第330天经安慰剂校正的百分比变化为-61.16%,绝对值变化为-1.73 mmol/L;与安慰剂组相比,英克司兰组LDL-C从第90天至第360天经时间校正的百分比变化为-58.51%,绝对值变化为-1.64mmol/L;英克司兰组PCSK9、总胆固醇、ApoB、non-HDL-C从基线至第330天经安慰剂校正的百分比变化分别为-77.44%、-35.65%、-43.43%、-50.90%(P均<0.0001)。第330天时,英克司兰组和安慰剂组分别有79.6%(74/93)和7.8%(6/77)的受试者达到LDL-C<1.8 mmol/L,分别有69.9%(65/93)和0%(0/77)的受试者实现LDL-C较基线降低≥50%,分别有66.7%(62/93)和2.6%(2/77)的受试者达到总体降脂目标。英克司兰治疗12个月的安全性与安慰剂相似,未发生与治疗相关的严重不良事件。结论:在已接受饮食控制和最大耐受剂量他汀类药物治疗(联合或不联合其他降脂治疗)但LDL-C仍升高的中国内地ASCVD患者或ASCVD高危受试者中,英克司兰降低LDL-C疗效确切,且安全性良好。英克司兰在中国内地人群中评估的疗效和安全性结果与在亚洲总体人群中的评估结果一致。
