Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Fear of Hypoglycemia scale with 15 items(FH-15).Methods:After obtaining the original author's authorization,the English version of the FH-15 scale was translated,back translated,and culturally debugged to obtain the Chinese version of FH-15.A convenient sampling method was used to extract patients with type 2 diabetes from four tertiary hospitals in Tianjin.A total of 408 patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated in the hospital to test the reliability and validity of Chinese version FH-15 ***:The content validity index of the scale was 0.92,and the content validity index of each item was *** exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors(fear,avoidance,and interference),which contained 15 items,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 71.245%.The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the model fit was better at 1.981 x2/df,GFI=0.901,CGI=0.962,TLI=0.952,and RMSEA=*** cut-off value for the total hypoglycemia fear scale was *** Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the three dimensions of the scale was 0.918,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension is 0.876-0.916,the test-retest reliability was 0.903,and the test-retest reliability of each factor was ***:The Chinese version of the FH-15 scale can be considered reliable and *** item expression is concise,clear,and easy to *** is suitable for clinical practice as an initial screening tool to identify and evaluate the severity of fear of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Monitoring biophysical signals such as body or organ movements and other physical phenomena is necessary for patient ***,stretchable flexible pressure sensors with high sensitivity and a broad range that can meet these requirements are still ***,we successfully monitored various vital biophysical features and implemented in-sensor dynamic deep learning for knee rehabilitation using an ultrabroad linear range and highsensitivity stretchable iontronic pressure sensor(SIPS).We optimized the topological structure and material composition of the electrode to build a fully stretching on-skin *** high sensitivity(12.43 kPa^(−1)),ultrabroad linear sensing range(1 MPa),high pressure resolution(6.4 Pa),long-term durability(no decay after 12000 cycles),and excellent stretchability(up to 20%)allow the sensor to maintain operating stability,even in emergency cases with a high sudden impact force(near 1 MPa)applied to the *** a practical demonstration,the SIPS can positively track biophysical signals such as pulse waves,muscle movements,and plantar ***,with the help of a neuro-inspired fully convolutional network algorithm,the SIPS can accurately predict knee joint postures for better rehabilitation after orthopedic *** SIPS has potential as a promising candidate for wearable electronics and artificial intelligent medical engineering owing to its unique high signal-to-noise ratio and ultrabroad linear range.

Contaminated surfaces play a significant role in the transmission of respiratory infectious *** address this issue,we pre-sented a novel quantitative detection method for droplets on physical surfaces,based on the laser-induced fluorescence *** proposed detection method was demonstrated in a realistic high-speed train compartment scenario by simulating the process of droplet release during passengers’breathing and *** experimental results showed that this method could offer high precision(10-1 mg/m^(2))for detecting minute substance concentrations,and its ease of operation makes it suitable for complex en-gineering *** results also revealed that under the combined effects of the indoor airflow and breathing airflow,the range of droplets released by breathing activity exceeded two rows in front of and behind the release ***,we observed that a large number of droplets settled on the seat surfaces on both sides of the same row as the releaser,with over 36%of these droplets concentrated on the backrest area of the *** the respiratory jet velocity increased,the location with the most sed-iment droplets(accounting for 8%of the total sedimentation)occurred on the seat directly in front of the releaser,and approximately 48% of the droplets were found on the back of this *** proposed method overcomes the shortcomings of existing experimental methods in quantitatively capturing the motion characteristics of droplets in complex flow fields.

The rice starch viscosity characteristics, which can be indicated by Rapid Visco Analyzer profile （RVA profile）, have been proved useful for the evaluation of cooking and eating quality in rice breeding program. To study the inheritance of the RVA profile, an F2 population of Wuyujing 3/Aichi 106 was used. The results indicated that the peak viscosity （PKV） was a typical quantitative character, and the hot paste viscosity （HPV）, cool paste viscosity （CPV）, setback viscosity （SBV）, breakdown viscosity （BDV）, and consistence viscosity （CSV） might be controlled by one major gene and several minor genes To elucidate the genetic basis of the paste viscosity characteristics, a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population derived from Nikken 2/Milyang 23 and its genetic linkage map were used to map the QTLs controlling RVA profiles in 2005 and 2006. A total of 34 QTLs distributed on chromosomes 1,2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 were detected, including 19 and 15 QTLs in 2005 and 2006 respectively. Eight QTLs were both detected in the two years, qHPV6, qCPV6, qCSV6, qSBV6, and qBDV6 were located on chromosome 6, while qHPV2, qCSV2, and qCPV2were on chromosome 2.

利用生物信息学技术对金花茶(Camellianitidissima)的全长转录组数据进行筛选,获得了35个金花茶NAC转录因子,将其分别命名为CnNAC1~CnNAC35;随后分析了蛋白理化性质、保守结构域以及系统发育关系;利用RNA-seq数据,对金花茶NAC转录因子在根、茎、叶、花等组织中的表达谱进行了研究;并对金花茶不同开花时期的花瓣表达量与关键类黄酮化合物含量进行Pearson相关性分析。结果表明:金花茶NAC基因家族成员编码的蛋白主要为亲水性的不稳定蛋白,大多定位于细胞核或叶绿体中,多数蛋白都含有NAC基因家族所特有的5个亚保守结构域;系统进化分析中,35个金花茶NAC蛋白被分为16个亚家族,而NAC2亚家族所包含的蛋白数量最多;金花茶NAC转录因子在不同组织中的表达量存在差异,其中8个金花茶NAC转录因子在花瓣中的表达量相对较高,且与槲皮素、槲皮素-7-O-葡糖苷的变化量显著相关。

Based on the two-band model and nearly-free-electron approximation, the tunnel current, conductance and mag-netoresistance of the composed-barrier magnetic tunnel junctions ( MTJ ) under the forward and reverse biases are discussed, respectively, and the numerical results are compared with the experimental results of the single-barrier MTJ . We find that there exists an asymmetrical spin-polarized tunneling in this structure under the forward and reverse biases. It suggests that this type of MTJ will provide novel functions to the potential applications of traditional types of MTJ.

断陷盆地是中国重要的油气生产基地。随着油气勘探开发的日益深入,中—浅层(深度<3500 m)常规油气资源探明程度超过60%,凸起区构造圈闭勘探殆尽,寻找大规模油气藏的难度增加,勘探重点逐步转向中—深层。通过对渤海海域生烃、沉积、储层及源-储匹配关系等研究,系统梳理了致密油气成藏的石油地质条件,结合致密油气勘探实践分析了页岩油勘探潜力。研究结果表明:受断陷活动、湖平面升降和物源供给强度控制,古近系中—深层发育近源陡坡带扇三角洲、咸水介质辫状河三角洲、斜坡—凹陷区湖底扇、干旱欠补偿湖盆碳酸盐岩沉积4类致密储层沉积类型,当埋深大于3500 m后,储层受压实作用控制而逐渐致密化,致密储层主要表现为低孔—特低孔、低渗—特低渗的物性特征,埋深大、成分复杂、碳酸盐胶结是储层致密的主要原因,溶蚀孔隙与裂缝是主要的储集空间。深凹区在湖泛期具有相对较大的可容纳空间,有利于富有机质页岩的形成和保存,具备优越的源岩条件,古近系致密油气的勘探实践证实渤海海域具备大型致密岩性油气藏勘探潜力,同时页岩油发育条件优越且资源潜力巨大,这些非常规油气为渤海油田可持续勘探发现提供了重要的资源基础。
