Catalyst–support interaction plays a crucial role in improving the catalytic activity of oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Here we modulate the catalyst–support interaction in polyaniline-supported Ni_(3)Fe oxide(Ni_(3)Fe oxide/PANI)with a robust hetero-interface,which significantly improves oxygen evolution activities with an overpotential of 270 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and specific activity of 2.08 mA cm_(ECSA)^(-2)at overpotential of 300 mV,3.84-fold that of Ni_(3)Fe *** is revealed that the catalyst–support interaction between Ni_(3)Fe oxide and PANI support enhances the Ni–O covalency via the interfacial Ni–N bond,thus promoting the charge and mass transfer on Ni_(3)Fe *** the excellent activity and stability,rechargeable Zn-air batteries with optimum Ni_(3)Fe oxide/PANI are assembled,delivering a low charge voltage of 1.95 V to cycle for 400 h at 10 mA cm^(-2).The regulation of the effect of catalyst–support interaction on catalytic activity provides new possibilities for the future design of highly efficient OER catalysts.

Electrical properties of La_2Mo_(1.98)Nb_(0.02)O_(8.99) oxide ionic conductors prepared by tape casting

LaMoNbOthick films have been successfully prepared by using a tape casting technique. Partial stabilization of the high temperature cubic phase is revealed in Nb doped LaMoO(LMO) films. The sintering temperature is decreased to 925 ℃ as compared with that of 1150 ℃ in bulk ceramics. The grain exhibits an oxide ionic conductivity of 0.014 S cmat 603 ℃ for LaMoNbO, which is 39% higher than pure LMO. Additionally, the Nb doped LMO films present low grain boundary resistance showing the potential application as solid electrolytes.

Distributed fiber optic monitoring of a CFA pile with a central reinforcement bar bundle

In this paper,we present an application of distributed fiber optic sensor(DFOS)technology to measure the strain of a continuous flight auger(CFA)test pile with a central reinforcement bar bundle,during a static load test carried out in *** distributed in nature,DFOS gives much more information about the pile performance as compared to traditional point sensors,such as identifying cross-sectional irregularities or other *** strain profiles recorded along the depth of the piles from the DFOS were used to calculate pile deformation(contraction),shaft friction,and tip resistance under various *** on this pile load test,a finite element(FE)analysis was performed using a one-dimensional nonlinear load-transfer *** by the shaft friction and tip resistance derived from the monitored data,the FE model was able to simulate the pile and soil performance during the load testing with good *** effect of the reinforcement cage and central reinforcement bar bundle were investigated,and it was found that the addition of a reinforcement cage would reduce the pile settlement by up to 20%.

Electrochemical water splitting represents one of the most promising technologies to produce green hydrogen,which can help to realize the goal of achieving carbon *** substantial efforts on a laboratory scale have been made for understanding fundamental catalysis and developing high-performance electrocatalysts for the two half-reactions involved in water electrocatalysis,much less attention has been paid to doing relevant research on a larger *** example,few such researches have been done on an industrial ***,we review the very recent endeavors to bridge the gaps between fundamental research and industrial applications for water *** begin by introducing the fundamentals of electrochemical water splitting and then present comparisons of testing protocol,figure of merit,catalyst of interest,and manufacturing cost for laboratory and industry-based water-electrolysis *** attention is paid to tracking the surface reconstruction process and identifying real catalytic species under different testing conditions,which highlight the significant distinctions of corresponding electrochemical reconstruction *** in catalyst designs for industry-relevant water electrolysis are also summarized,which reveal the progress of moving the practical applications forward and accelerating synergies between material science and *** and challenges of electrocatalyst design strategies are proposed finally to further bridge the gaps between lab-scale research and large-scale electrocatalysis applications.

Clinical characteristics and risk factors of hepatitis B virus-related cirrhosis/hepatocellular carcinoma:A single-center retrospective study

Background and aims:Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a major global health problem which progresses to liver cirrhosis(LC)and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Early prediction of disease changes and intervention are essential to slow disease progression and protect liver *** study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with HBV-related LC and HCC at different serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels and explore the risk factors of HBV infection progressing to LC/***:A total of 379 patients with HBV infection treated in The Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen between January 2014 and December 2016 without any antiviral drug therapy were *** were divided into the LC/HCC and non-LC/HCC groups based on clinical diagnosis,which was determined through imaging and expressions of pathological and laboratory test markers,and patients with LC/HCC were further divided into three groups according to the serum ALT *** in general information,clinical symptoms,and expression levels of serological indices of the above groups were compared and analyzed,logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for LC/HCC development,and the clinical diagnostic efficacy of indicators was judged by the receiver operator characteristic(ROC).Results:LC/HCC mainly occurred in the ALT normal and mildly elevated groups,with 70.83% of patients with HCC having an LC *** the comparison of different ALT level groups,the moderately eseverely elevated group had the highest proportion of patients with skin jaundice,abdominal varices,rebound tenderness,higher white blood cell and neutrophil(NEUT)counts;and higher levels of aspartate aminotransferase,glutamyl transpeptidase,total bilirubin,and direct *** LC/HCC group was older and had significantly higher proportions of male patients,alcohol consumption,and combined hypertension than the non-LC/HCC group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,combi

Deep Learning Network for Energy Storage Scheduling in Power Market Environment Short-Term Load Forecasting Model

In the electricity market,fluctuations in real-time prices are unstable,and changes in short-term load are determined by many *** studying the timing of charging and discharging,as well as the economic benefits of energy storage in the process of participating in the power market,this paper takes energy storage scheduling as merely one factor affecting short-term power load,which affects short-term load time series along with time-of-use price,holidays,and temperature.A deep learning network is used to predict the short-term load,a convolutional neural network(CNN)is used to extract the features,and a long short-term memory(LSTM)network is used to learn the temporal characteristics of the load value,which can effectively improve prediction *** the load data of a certain region as an example,the CNN-LSTM prediction model is compared with the single LSTM prediction *** experimental results show that the CNN-LSTM deep learning network with the participation of energy storage in dispatching can have high prediction accuracy for short-term power load forecasting.
