A high dynamic range and low-noise CMOS(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor)front-end interface integrated circuit(IC) with multi-channel detection is presented in this paper. Two different current detection channels, composed of a trans-impedance amplifier(TIA) and an integrator-differentiator TIA, are used to boost the current detection range. A capacitance-coupled instrument amplifier(CCIA) is also included to realize high precision voltage detection. A fourth-order sigma-delta modulator using a second-order loop filter and a second-order noise shaping integral quantizer is adopted to realize effective number of bits above 16 bits. The presented interface IC is implemented in 0.18-μm CMOS process with supply voltage of 3.3 V, and a proto-type electrochemical sensor platform with miniaturized sensor array is developed to verify the functionality of the interface IC. Measurement results indicate that the designed interface IC achieves 157.8 d B current detection dynamic range, and the measured input-referred current noise and voltage noise floor are 1.04 p A and 58.4 n V within 10 k Hz integration bandwidths,respectively.

The exploration of high-efficient catalysts based on hierarchical Ti-containing zeolites with optimized active titanium species distribution is of great value in enhancing the epoxidation of bulky olefins. Herein, hierarchical TS-1(MFI) zeolite with an extra-large external surface area(210 m2/g) and highly active octahedral- coordinated Ti species was prepared via organic base-assisted sequential post-treatment. Such a catalyst afforded a high turnover number value(TON, 114) in 1-octene epoxidation reaction, which was over twice than that(53) of the untreated conventional microporous TS-1 parent. According to the detailed characterization results, we revealed the hierarchical porosity construction effect of tetrapropylamonium hydroxide(TPAOH) treatment(first step) and the octahedral-coordinated Ti species fabrication effect of ethylamine(EA) treatment(second step) under hydrothermal condition. Such a facile post-treatment strategy reported in this work may provide guidance for the rational synthesis of TS-1 zeolite with enhanced catalytic activity.

Theranostic agents that can be sensitively and specifically activated by the tumor microenvironment(TME)have recently attracted considerable attention.In this study,TME-activatable 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)-copper peroxide(CuO_(2))@poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)@red blood cell membrane(RBCM)(TCPR)nanoparticles(NPs)for second near-infrared photoacoustic imaging-guided tumor-specific photothermal therapy were developed by co-loading CuO_(2)NPs and TMB into PLGA camouflaged by RBCMs.As an efficient H_(2)O_(2)supplier,once exposed to a proton-rich TME,CuO_(2)NPs can generate H_(2)O_(2)and Cu^(2+),which are further reduced to Cu^(+) by endogenous glutathione.Subsequently,the Cu^(+)-mediated Fenton-like reaction produces cytotoxic·OH to kill the cancer cells and induce TMB-mediated photoacoustic and photothermal effects.Combined with the RBCM modification-prolonged blood circulation,TCPR NPs display excellent specificity and efficiency in suppressing tumor growth,paving the way for more accurate,safe,and efficient cancer theranostics.

Male infertility is a significant cause of psychosocial and marital distress in approximately 50% of couples who are unable to conceive,with male factors being the underlying cause.Guijiajiao(Colla Carapacis et Plastri,CCP)is a Traditional Chinese Medicine commonly used to treat male infertility.The present study aimed to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying the preventive effects of CCP on male infertility.An infertile male rat model was established using cyclophosphamide(CTX),and CCP was administered for both treatment and prevention.Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)was also performed to explore the role of gut microbiota in the CCP-mediated prevention of male infertility in rats.Sperm motility and concentration were determined using a semiautomatic sperm classification analyzer.Subsequently,histopathological analysis using HE staining was performed to examine the changes in the small intestine and testis.Moreover,the serum levels of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and testosterone were measured by ELISA.In addition,immunohistochemistry was conducted to detect CD3 expression in the small intestine,while RT-qPCR was employed to assess the expressions of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β),cluster of differentiation 3(CD3),Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),and C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10(CXCL-10)in the small intestine and epididymis.Finally,gut microbiota was analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing.CCP improved sperm motility,number,and concentration in CTX-induced infertile male rats.CCP increased the serum testosterone level,inhibited the immune cell infiltration of the intestinal lamina propria,and promoted the aggregation of CD3+T cells in CTX-induced male infertility rats.CCP also inhibited the expressions of MCP-1,CXCL-10,and IL-1βin the epididymis of male infertility rats.At the genus level,CTX led to a reduction in the abundance of Lactobacillus,Clostridia_UCG.014,and Romboutsia in the intestinal tract of rats.In contrast,CCP decreased the abundance of Ruminococcus and increased the abundance of Romboutsi

目的探讨乐眠操对抑郁伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2022年2至8月在北京大学第六医院住院的抑郁伴失眠患者79例,根据是否进行乐眠操干预分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=39)。试验组患者除常规治疗、护理外,每天早晚各1次乐眠操干预,对照组患者进行常规治疗和护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、健康调查量表36(SF-36)评估患者在干预前、后的相应指标。结果试验组和对照组一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。乐眠操干预2周后,与对照组比较,试验组患者PSQI、ISI总分明显减少,SF-36总分明显增加(P均<0.001)。结论乐眠操可以改善抑郁伴失眠患者的睡眠质量。

Unsteady Flow Characteristic of Low-Specific-Speed Centrifugal Pump under Different Flow-Rate Conditions

To investigate the unsteady flow characteristics in centrifugal pump, the flow field in a low-specific-speed centrifugal pump with complex impeller is numerically simulated under different conditions. The RNG κ-ε turbulence model and sliding mesh are adopted during the process of computation. The results show that the interaction between impeller and volute results in the unstable flow of the fluid, which causes the uneven distribution of pressure fluctuations around the circumference of volute. Besides the main frequency and its multiple frequency of pressure fluctuations in the centrifugal pump, the frequency caused by the long blades of complex impeller also plays a dominant role in the low-frequency areas. Furthermore, there exists biggish fluctuation phenomenon near the tongue. The composition of static pressure fluctuations frequency on the volute wall and blade outlet is similar except that the fluctuation amplitude near the volute wall reduces. In general, the different flow rates mainly have influence on the amplitude of fluctuation frequency in the pump, while have little effect on the frequency composition.

ICG and Sunitinib-loaded NH_(2)-MOFs for Folate-mediated Hepatocellular Carcinoma Dual-modal Therapy

This research investigated a novel folic acid(FA)-modified zirconium core metal-organic framework(MOF)Uio-66 as a nanocarrier to deliver indocyanine green(ICG)and Sunitinib to cancer cells for combination therapy.Platinum-loaded Uio-66 nanoparticles(Pu)were synthesized via a one-pot method,followed by the modification with FA on their surfaces.This afforded FPu that enabled subsequent loading of ICG and Sunitinib to achieve dual-modal cancer therapy.Drug loading/release test and singlet oxygen detection were also conducted in vitro,and the nanoparticles showed considerable drug loading efficiency for both ICG and Sunitinib,coupled with a high singlet oxygen generation rate.Specifically,drug loading and encapsulation efficiency of Sunitinib were 2.30%and 72.67%,while those for ICG were 2.87%and 90.28%,respectively.Additionally,cytotoxicity test on HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cancer cell line revealed that the fully functional nanoparticles possess excellent biocompatibility and as such could be further investigated as a potential drug delivery system for effectual carcinoma cancer treatment.

目的:在浩渺的艺术宇宙中,舞蹈以其独特的身体语言诠释着生命的韵律与情感的交织。陶身体剧场是中国现代舞坛的一颗璀璨明珠,其遵循的创作理念和实践深度挖掘了“身体”这一载体所承载的生命力量与社会文化内涵。文章旨在通过深入剖析陶身体剧场的舞蹈创作实践,探索编导如何处理“社会身体”与“自然身体”的内在联系,并以此为启示,鼓励新生代舞蹈创作者打破常规思维框架,实现对生命深层次联结的艺术表达。方法:文章以陶身体剧场的“两个身体”为核心研究对象,通过深度解读和分析剧场作品,揭示其在舞蹈创作中如何运用独特的身体语言,构建并展现个体与他人、社会以及自然之间的复杂而微妙的生命羁绊关系。结果:研究发现,陶身体剧场通过独特的舞蹈艺术形式,成功实现本我生命的自我联结、他我生命的相互羁绊,乃至超我生命的超越呈现,不仅丰富了观众对生命体验的理解,还为舞蹈创作提供了新的可能和视角。结论:文章强调陶身体剧场的实践案例对于推动当代舞蹈创作的重要价值,指出舞蹈作为一门艺术,可以并且应当成为联结人与人之间生命纽带的力量,倡导舞蹈创作者借鉴陶身体剧场的经验,以更开阔的视野和创新的方式创作能够激发共鸣、体现生命深度的作品。
