The phase transformation of catalysts has been extensively observed in heterogeneous catalytic reactions that hinder the long cycling catalysis,and it remains a big challenge to precisely control the active phase during the complex conditions in electrochemical ***,we theoretically predict that carbon-based support could achieve the phase engineering regulation of catalysts by suppressing specific phase *** single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)as typical support,combined with calculated E-pH(Pourbaix)diagram and advanced synchrotron-based characterizations technologies prove there are two different active phases source from cobalt selenide which demonstrate that the feasibility of using support effect regulating the potential advantageous ***,it is worth noting that the phase engineering derived Co_(3)O_(4)-SWCNT exhibits a low overpotential of 201 mV for delivering the current density of 10 mA/cm^(2)in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Also,it reaches a record current density of 529 mA/cm^(2)at 1.63 V(***)in the electrocatalytic urea oxidation reaction(UOR),overwhelming most previously reported catalysts.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered the most up-and-coming complements for large-scale energy storage devices due to the abundance and cheap ***,due to the bigger radius,it is still a great challenge to develop anode materials with suitable space for the intercalation of sodium ***,we present hard carbon microtubes(HCTs)with tunable apertures derived from low-cost natural kapok fibers via a carbonization process for *** resulted HCTs feature with smaller surface area and shorter Na+diffusion path benefitting from their unique micro-nano *** importantly,the wall thickness of HCTs could be regulated and controlled by the carbonization *** a high temperature of 1,600℃,the carbonized HCTs possess the smallest wall thickness,which reduces the diffusion barrier of Na+and enhances the reversibility Na+*** a result,the 1600HCTs deliver a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 90%,good cycling stability(89.4%of capacity retention over 100 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1)),and excellent rate *** work not only charts a new path for preparing hard carbon materials with adequate ion channels and novel tubular micro-nano structures but also unravels the mechanism of hard carbon materials for sodium storage.

One-pot Synthesis of MoO_(3)/PI Composite with Enhanced Photocatalytic Performance for Oxidative Coupling of Amines to Imines

Organic-inorganic MoO_(3)/PI(MoPI)composites were prepared using a simple one-pot thermal copolymerization *** resulting composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity for the selective oxidation of benzylamine to N-benzylidene benzylamine(N-BDBA)in ambient air under simulated solar light irradiation compared to pristine MoO_(3) or polyimide(PI).In particular,the MoPI composite with a 0.3:1 molar ratio of Mo to melamine,referred to as MoPI-0.3,demonstrated the best performance in the photo-oxidation of benzylamine,achieving a benzylamine conversion of 95%with a N-BDBA selectivity exceeding 99%after 3 h *** enhanced photocatalytic activity of the MoPI-0.3 catalyst was attributed to the formation of a direct Z-scheme heterojunction between MoO_(3) and PI,facilitating more efficient separation of the photoinduced electrons and ***,the MoPI-0.3 composite maintained considerably high activity over four consecutive cycles,highlighting its good stability and ***,the MoPI-0.3 composite could photo-oxidize benzylamine derivatives and heterocyclic amines to their corresponding imines,demonstrating the universal applicability of this composite catalyst.

Major historical events often trigger the rapid flourishing of a few lineages,which in turn shape established biodiversity *** did this process occur and develop?This study provides a window into this *** endemic East Asian carps(EEAC)dominated the ichthyofauna of East Asia and exhibited a high degree of adaptation to monsoonal river-lake ecosystems.A series of evidence,including ecogeography,phylogenetics,and macroevolution,suggests that the EEAC is a lineage that arose with the East Asian monsoon and thrived intimately with subsequent monsoon *** further deduce the evolution of the EEAC and find that a range of historical events in the monsoon setting(e.g.,marine transgression and regression and glacial-interglacial cycle)have further reshaped the distribution patterns of EEAC’s *** genomics analyses reveal that introgressions during the initial period of EEAC radiation and innovations in the regulation of the brain and nervous system may have aided their adaptation to river-lake ecosystems in a monsoon setting,which boosted ***,this study strengthens knowledge of the evolutionary patterns of freshwater fishes in East Asia and provides a model case for understanding the impact of major historical events on the evolution of biota.

Microplastics(MPs)and nanoplastics(NPs)have become hazardous materials due to the massive amount of plastic waste and disposable masks,but their specific health effects remain *** this study,fluorescence-labeled polystyrene NPs(PS-NPs)were injected into the circulatory systems of mice to determine the distribution and potential toxic effects of NPs in ***,whole-body imaging found that PS-NPs accumulated in the testes of ***,the toxic effects of PS-NPs on the reproduction systems and the spermatocytes cell line of male mice,and their mechanisms,were *** oral exposure to PS-NPs,their spermatogenesis was affected and the spermatogenic cells were *** spermatocyte cell line GC-2 was exposed to PS-NPs and analyzed using RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)to determine the toxic mechanisms;a ferroptosis pathway was found after PS-NP *** phenomena and indicators of ferroptosis were then determined and verified by ferroptosis inhibitor ferrostatin-1(Fer-1),and it was also found that nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)played an important role in spermatogenic cell ferroptosis induced by ***,it was confirmed in vivo that this mechanism of Nrf2 played a protective role in PS-NPs-induced male reproductive *** study demonstrated that PS-NPs induce male reproductive dysfunction in mice by causing spermatogenic cell ferroptosis dependent on Nrf2.

Ethylene plays essential roles in plant growth,development and stress *** ethylene signaling pathway and molecular mechanism have been studied extensively in Arabidopsis and rice but limited in ***,we established a sand-culture method to screen pingyangmycin mutagenized peanut lines based on their specific response to ethylene(“triple response”).An ethylene-insensitive mutant,inhibition of peanut hypocotyl elongation 1(iph1),was identified that showed reduced sensitivity to ethylene in both hypocotyl elongation and root *** bulked segregant analysis sequencing,a major gene related to iph1,named AhIPH1,was preliminarily mapped at the chromosome Arahy.01,and further narrowed to a 450-kb genomic region through substitution mapping strategy.A total of 7014 genes were differentially expressed among the ACC treatment through RNA-seq analysis,of which only the Arahy.5BLU0Q gene in the candidate mapping interval was differentially expressed between WT and mutant *** sequence variations,functional annotation and transcriptome analysis revealed that a predicated gene,Arahy.5BLU0Q,encoding SNF1 protein kinase,may be the candidate gene for *** gene contained two single-nucleotide polymorphisms at promoter region and was more highly expressed in iph1 than *** findings reveal a novel ethylene-responsive gene,which provides a theoretical foundation and new genetic resources for the mechanism of ethylene signaling in peanuts.

本试验旨在低鱼粉饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽,研究其对牛蛙蝌蚪生长、变态、肝脏代谢及抗氧化能力的影响。试验挑选4800尾初始体重为0.04 g左右的牛蛙蝌蚪,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复320尾牛蛙蝌蚪,分别饲喂5种不同的等氮等脂饲料,其中以15%鱼粉饲料(FM15组)为对照,另设置2个不同鱼粉水平饲料,鱼粉水平分别为10%、5%,并在每个鱼粉水平饲料中分别添加2.5%和5.0%酶解鱼小肽,分别记为F10E2.5、F10E5、F5E2.5、F5E5组,试验投喂持续65 d。结果显示:1)与FM15组相比,低鱼粉水平饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽均能提高蝌蚪的变态率和存活率,其中F10E5组牛蛙蝌蚪变态率显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与FM15组相比,除F5E2.5组外其余3组肠道脂肪酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与FM15组相比,饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽均能显著提高肠道超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),此外F10E5组肠道谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与FM15组比,饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽均能显著提升肠道磺基转移酶(SULT)基因相对表达量(P<0.05),此外F10E5组肠道CAT、SOD及谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)基因相对表达量显著提升(P<0.05)。5)除F5E5组外,饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽均能改善肝细胞空泡化。6)与FM15组相比,饲料中添加酶解鱼小肽均能显著提高肝脏谷草转氨酶与酸性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05),此外添加5.0%酶解鱼小肽后肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加10%鱼粉和5.0%酶解鱼小肽(F10E5)能够在不影响生长的情况下,提高牛蛙蝌蚪变态率、存活率及抗氧化能力。
