A study on the electrochemical disinfection with H202 generated at the gas diffusion electrode （GDE） from active carbon/poly- tetrafluoroethylene was performed in a non-membrane cell. The effects of Pt load and the pore-forming agent content in GDE, and operating conditions were investigated. The experimental results showed that nearly all bacterial cultures inoculated in the secondary effluent from wastewater treatment plant could be inactivated within 30 min at a current density of 10 mA/cm^2. The disinfection improved with increasing Pt load. Addition of the pore-forming agent NH4HCO3 improved the disinfection, while a drop in the pH value resulted in a rapid rise of germicidal efficacy and the disinfection time was shortened with increasing oxygen flow rate. Adsorption was proved to be ineffective in destroying bacteria, while germicidal efficacy increased with current density. The acceleration rate was different, it initially increased with current density. Then decreased, and finally reached a maximum at a current density of 6.7 mA/cm^2. The disinfection also improved with decreasing total bacterial count. The germicidal efficacy in the cathode compartment was approximately the same as in the anode compartment, indicating that the contribution of direct oxidation and the indirect treatment of bacterial cultures by hydroxyl radical was similar to the oxidative indirect effect of the generated H2O2.

This paper is concerned with the distributed Nash equilibrium(NE) computation problem for non-cooperative games subject to partial-decision *** the purpose of congestion mitigation,coding-decoding-based schemes are constructed on the basis of logarithmic and uniform quantizers,*** be specific,the data(decision variable) are first mapped to codewords by an encoder scheme,and then sent to the neighboring agents through a directed communication network(with non-doubly stochastic weighted matrix).By using a decoder scheme,a new distributed algorithm is established for seeking the *** order to eliminate the convergence error caused by quantization,a dynamic variable is introduced and a modified codingdecoding-based algorithm is constructed under the uniform quantization scheme,which ensures the asymptotic convergence to the *** proposed algorithm only requires that the weighted adjacency matrix is row stochastic instead of double ***,one numerical example is provided to validate the effectiveness of our algorithms.

Pollination involves a series of complex cellular interactions and signal transduction events. Numerous reports have suggested a central role for protein kinases in pollen germination and pollen tube growth and a large number of receptor-like kinases have been detected exclusively in pollen in higher plants. However, few are well characterized, especially for the receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases. Here we report a receptor-like kinase gene, OsRLCK1, which belongs to the receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase Ⅷ subfamily. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis and whole mount RNA in situ hybridization showed that OsRLCK1 is a pollen-specific gene and expressed only in the mature pollen. When expressed in the onion epidermal cells, the OsRLCK1-GFP fusion protein was diffused throughout the cell, indicating its cytoplasmic and nuclear localization. The Maltose Binding Protein-OsRLCK1 recombinant protein was found to be capable of autophosphorylation on threonine residue, showing that it encodes a functional kinase. These results suggest that OsRLCK1 is likely to play a role in a signaling pathway associated with pollen performance during pollination in rice.

This paper is concerned with a Nash equilibrium(NE)tracking issue in online games with bandit feedback,where cost functions vary with time and agents only have access to the values of these functions at two points during each round.A partial-decision information setting is considered,in which agents have only access to the decisions of their *** primary objective of this paper is to develop a distributed online NE tracking algorithm that ensures sublinear growth of regret with respect to the total round T,under both the bandit feedback and partial-decision information *** utilizing a two-point estimator together with the leader-following consensus method,a new distributed online NE tracking algorithm is established with the estimated gradient and local estimated decisions based on the projection gradient-descent ***,sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee an improved upper bound of dynamic regret compared to existing bandit ***,a simulation example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Maize （Zea mays） is the most widely grown grain crop in the world, playing important roles in agriculture and industry. However, the functions of maize genes remain largely unknown. High-quality genome- wide transcriptome datasets provide important biological knowledge which has been widely and suc- cessfully used in plants not only by measuring gene expression levels but also by enabling co-expression analysis for predicting gene functions and modules related to agronomic traits. Recently, thousands of maize transcriptomic data are available across different inbred lines, development stages, tissues, and treatments, or even across different tissue sections and cell lines. Here, we integrated 701 transcriptomic and 108 epigenomic data and studied the different conditional networks with multi-dimensional omics levels. We constructed a searchable, integrative, one-stop online platform, the maize conditional co- expression network （MCENet） platform. MCENet provides 10 global/conditional co-expression net- works, 5 network accessional analysis toolkits （i.e., Network Search, Network Remodel, Module Finder, Network Comparison, and Dynamic Expression View） and multiple network functional support toolkits （e.g., motif and module enrichment analysis）. We hope that our database might help plant research communities to identify maize functional genes or modules that regulate important agronomic traits.
