Different compositions of TC4/TC11 functional gradient materials interface by wire arc additive manufacturing

Titanium alloy is widely utilized in diverse industries due to its exceptional specific strength, making it a material with significant potential for advancement. Nevertheless, homogeneous materials are inadequate to meet the demands of various *** gradient materials(FGMs) have garnered increasing interest for their ability to tailor materials and structures. The continuous transition in FGMs often offers a more uniform and well-connected interface. However, there remains a lack of comprehensive research on the transition interface. In this study, TC4/TC11 double-alloy materials were produced using doublewire additive manufacturing. The wire feeding rates were adjusted to create materials with varying compositions. The grain morphologies, microstructures, and mechanical properties were examined. It was observed that as the TC11 content increased,the grain size decreased, the β content rose, the ultimate tensile strength improved, and the elongation decreased. Additionally,analysis of the fracture morphologies revealed that the dimples became smaller, indicating characteristics of ductile *** the solid solution aging heat treatment, it is observed that the α phase increases in size, and the mechanical properties are enhanced. These observations indicate that double-wire additive manufacturing can produce diverse interfaces. Furthermore,the heat treatment process has been shown to enhance the material properties, thus establishing an experimental foundation for FGMs.

电弧增材制造(wire arc additive manufacturing, WAAM)技术被认为是制造大型钛合金构件最具前景的增材制造技术之一。然而,成形过程稳定性差、成形件表面质量及尺寸精度低是制约WAAM钛合金构件推广运用的主要瓶颈,对WAAM成形过程进行实时监测及反馈控制是解决这一难题的重要研究方向,也是当前WAAM钛合金研究的热点之一。对于WAAM钛合金的高效稳定成形而言,成形机制的研究是基础,工艺及装备的优化是保证,成形过程的监测与控制是关键。简要介绍了WAAM钛合金的成形工艺、装备及其运用,指出了成形件组织及力学性能的特点及其调控方法。通过对WAAM钛合金常见缺陷及其形成机制的分析,指出了WAAM装备设计与工艺优化的方向。总结了WAAM成形过程中基于视觉信号、电信号、声信号及多信号融合的在线监测方法,综述了成形过程控制方法及控制系统的发展。最后,对全文进行了总结,展望了未来WAAM钛合金成形与控制领域值得深入研究的方向。

目的采用有意义使用言语量表(Meaningful Use of Speech Scale,MUSS)测量使用普通话的听力正常婴幼儿和儿童的言语能力发育正常值,为听力损失患儿的言语能力评估提供正常值对照。方法2012年9月至2023年1月共有256名月龄为1~60个月的北京地区普通话语言交流环境下的婴幼儿和学龄前儿童参与MUSS问卷调查,经过病史采集、耳聋高危因素排查和听力学检查,最终200名婴幼儿和儿童通过所有检查项,其问卷结果纳入统计分析,其中男105名,女95名。按照生理年龄将受试儿童分为10组(1月龄组、2~3月龄组、4~6月龄组、7~9月龄组、10~12月龄组、13~18月龄组、19~24月龄组、25~36月龄组、37~48月龄组和49~60月龄组),每组20人。采用SPSS19.0软件进行数据分析,根据拟合曲线计算回归方程。结果听力正常婴幼儿和儿童的MUSS得分随月龄的增加而提高,在56.5月龄时达到满分。回归方程为:得分=-0.0093×(月龄)^(2)+2.179×(月龄)+6.7186,r2=0.85;月龄=0.0039×(得分)^(2)+0.1484×(得分)+2.708,r^(2)=0.85。结论普通话听力正常婴幼儿和学龄前儿童言语能力得分随月龄增加呈增长趋势,根据得分和月龄,分别可推断出言语能力发育年龄和与年龄相对应的言语能力得分,可为听力损失患儿言语发育情况的评估提供正常值对照。

Reported here is an iridium-catalyzed enantio-divergent C（sp3）–H borylation of α-gem-dimethyl groups of trifluoromethyl ketone-derived hydrazones to construct a series of acyclic all-carbon quaternary stereocenters with a high level of chiral induction. Two different chiral bidentate boryl ligands from a common chiral source not only can switch the enantioselectivity but also are complementary in terms of the substrate scope.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are neuroinflammatory demyelinating disorders that lead to permanent visual loss and motor *** date,no effective treatment exists as the exact causative mechanism remains ***,experimental models of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are essential for exploring its pathogenesis and in screening for therapeutic *** most patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are seropositive for IgG autoantibodies against aquaporin-4,which is highly expressed on the membrane of astrocyte endfeet,most current experimental models are based on aquaporin-4-IgG that initially targets *** experimental models have successfully simulated many pathological features of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,such as aquaporin-4 loss,astrocytopathy,granulocyte and macrophage infiltration,complement activation,demyelination,and neuronal loss;however,they do not fully capture the pathological process of human neuromyelitis optica spectrum *** this review,we summarize the currently known pathogenic mechanisms and the development of associated experimental models in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,suggest potential pathogenic mechanisms for further investigation,and provide guidance on experimental model *** addition,this review summarizes the latest information on pathologies and therapies for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders based on experimental models of aquaporin-4-IgG-seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,offering further therapeutic targets and a theoretical basis for clinical trials.

Reducing the measurement errors in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers

Nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers serve as the physical platform for nonadiabatic holonomic quantum *** quantum computation has entered the noisy intermediate-scale era, building accurate intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers is clearly necessary. Given that measurements are the sole means of extracting information, they play an indispensable role in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers. Accordingly, developing methods to reduce measurement errors in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers is of great importance. However, while much attention has been given to the research on nonadiabatic holonomic gates, the research on reducing measurement errors in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers is severely lacking. In this study, we propose a measurement error reduction method tailored for intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers. The reason we say this is because our method can not only reduce the measurement errors in the computer but also be useful in mitigating errors originating from nonadiabatic holonomic gates. Given these features,our method significantly advances the construction of accurate intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers.

目的提高临床使用量表进行听觉言语康复效果评估的便利性,便于存档、查询以及后续取用数据进行统计分析。方法使用MATLAB图形用户界面进行界面设计及编程,开发听觉言语康复效果评估系统,将纸质的评估量表转化为电子量表,在评估界面上进行听觉康复效果评估,包括婴幼儿有意义听觉整合量表(IT-MAIS)、有意义听觉整合量表(MAIS)、有意义使用言语量表(MUSS)、听觉行为分级(CAP)问卷、言语可懂度分级(SIR)问卷,并且将量表评估的结果保存为Excel文件存储在计算机中。结果完成了听觉言语康复效果评估系统的设计,形成了基本信息录入、量表评估、数据查询三大界面。结论该听觉言语康复效果评估系统适用于儿童听障患者听觉言语康复效果的评估,有较高的便利性和良好的适应性。

Applications of in-situ solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance in methanol to olefins reaction

The methanol-to-olefins（MTO） reaction offers an alternative pathway for the production of low-carbon olefins from non-oil feedstocks. Fundamental research has been impeded by a lack of comprehensive understanding of its underlying mechanism,despite the significant progress made in industry. In-situ solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance（ss NMR） spectroscopy has emerged as a pivotal tool, offering crucial insights into key species under real-time operando conditions. Furthermore, the host–guest interaction between zeolites or surface species residing on zeolites and the reactant/active intermediates is revealed by the combination of in-situ13C MAS NMR and 2D correlation spectroscopy. Moreover, recent technological advancements in hyperpolarization（HP） methods, including HP129Xe NMR and dynamic nuclear polarization（DNP）, have significantly improved the sensitivity of ss NMR, enabling detailed structural and kinetic analysis as well as the detection of trace species. In this feature article, we summarized recent advancements in（in-situ） ss NMR spectroscopy applied to MTO reaction processes,encompassing mechanistic investigations at various stages and the intricate host–guest interactions. These theoretical insights into the dynamic evolution of MTO reactions lay a solid foundation for the optimization of catalytic processes and the development of efficient catalysts, thereby advancing the techniques towards more sustainable and economical production route for olefins.
