Effects of the initial perturbations on the Rayleigh–Taylor–Kelvin–Helmholtz instability system

The effects of initial perturbations on the Rayleigh–Taylor instability (RTI), Kelvin–Helmholtz instability (KHI), and the coupled Rayleigh–Taylor–Kelvin–Helmholtz instability (RTKHI) systems are investigated using a multiple-relaxation-time discrete Boltzmann model. Six different perturbation interfaces are designed to study the effects of the initial perturbations on the instability systems. It is found that the initial perturbation has a significant influence on the evolution of RTI. The sharper the interface, the faster the growth of bubble or spike. While the influence of initial interface shape on KHI evolution can be ignored. Based on the mean heat flux strength D3,1, the effects of initial interfaces on the coupled RTKHI are examined in detail. The research is focused on two aspects: (i) the main mechanism in the early stage of the RTKHI, (ii) the transition point from KHI-like to RTI-like for the case where the KHI dominates at earlier time and the RTI dominates at later time. It is found that the early main mechanism is related to the shape of the initial interface, which is represented by both the bilateral contact angle θ_(1) and the middle contact angle θ_(2.. The increase of θ_(1) and the decrease of θ_(2. have opposite effects on the critical velocity. When θ_(2. remains roughly unchanged at 90 degrees, if θ_(1) is greater than 90 degrees (such as the parabolic interface), the critical shear velocity increases with the increase of θ_(1), and the ellipse perturbation is its limiting case;If θ_(1) is less than 90 degrees (such as the inverted parabolic and the inverted ellipse disturbances), the critical shear velocities are basically the same, which is less than that of the sinusoidal and sawtooth disturbances. The influence of inverted parabolic and inverted ellipse perturbations on the transition point of the RTKHI system is greater than that of other interfaces: (i) For the same amplitude, the smaller the contact angle θ_(1), the later the transitio

Simple and cost-effective determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride by electrical micro-titration

By employing an electrical micro-titration system, in which a capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detector（C^4D） was used to monitor the reaction process in real time, herein a novel method for determining ciprofloxacin hydrochloride（CIPHCl） was developed for the first time. Mode 1： Standard CIPHCl solutions at different concentrations were loaded into reaction cells, respectively, and were titrated with standard Ag^＋. Upon the titration, the formation of a precipitate alters the number of ions in the solution, raising the change of conductivity, which was monitored by a special C-4 D to construct a titration curve. The endpoint of the titration was located from the peak of the curve. Between the elapsed time and the initial concentration of titrand, a linear relationship was established over the range of2.0–8.0 mmol/L. Mode 2. Standard Fe^3＋ took the place of Ag^＋, and was used as titrant to recognize ciprofloxacin contributed to the formation of complexation, which also resulting a change of solution conductivity. Under optimized conditions, a working range of 1.0–5.0 mmol/L CIPHCl was found. Because the reaction solutions were isolated from the working electrodes, this pioneer work shows significant simplicity and cost-effectiveness, by eliminating the requirements for detector exchange/renewal between different measurements, and by involving no auxiliary chemicals. Both of the two approaches were applied successfully to determine CIPHCl in tablet samples. And the results were in good agreement with those obtained by reference method.

Herein, the authors review the self-regulation system secured by well-designed hybrid materials, composites, and complex system. As a broad concept, the self-regulated material/system has been defined in a wide research field and proven to be of great interest for use in a biomedical system, mechanical system, physical system, as the fact of something such as an organisation regulating itself without intervention from external perturbation. Here, they focus on the most recent discoveries of self-regulation phenomenon and progress in utilising the self-regulation design. This paper concludes by examining various practical applications of the remarkable materials and systems including manipulation of the oil/water interface, cell out-layer structure, radical activity, electron energy level, and mechanical structure of nanomaterials. From material science to bioengineering, self-regulation proves to be not only viable, but increasingly useful in many applications. As part of intelligent engineering, self-regulatory materials are expected to be more used as integrated intelligent components.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2.2.. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

基于词嵌入的地理知识库实体类别对齐方法研究

地理知识库是地理实体及其相互间关系的集合,对于智能搜索、问答、推荐等知识服务有重要的支撑作用。然而,已有的地理知识库由于来源、形式、构建者等的不同,在实体地名、空间位置、类别等方面存在"同义异形"和"同形异义"的语义异构现象,影响了地理知识库间的知识融合与共享。语义对齐是解决语义异构的一种有效方法,其中实体类别对齐是语义对齐的基础,对于提高实体地名和空间位置的对齐精度具有重要作用。现有的实体类别对齐方法主要采用传统的字符相似度和结构相似度等来度量类别的相似度,无法捕捉实体类别深层次的语义相关性,从而影响了类别对齐的精确性。因此,本文提出了一种基于词嵌入的地理实体类别对齐方法,采用词嵌入模型从语料中学习实体类别的语义信息,并通过词向量来表达,以此弥补现有方法存在的缺失,进而提升实体对齐精度。进一步地,通过通用语料与地理信息语料的融合,本文实现了词嵌入模型所用语料在地理语义方面的增强,从而更精准地度量地理实体类别间的相关性。不同地理知识库实体类别对齐的实验表明,本文提出的方法能够有效捕捉地理实体类别的深层次语义信息,其实体类别对齐的调和平均值(F1)可达0.9568,有效提高了实体类别的对齐精度。

为分析BDS-3基本系统载波相位平滑伪距单点定位性能,采用B1、B3单频以及B1/B3无电离层组合(B1/B3IF)3种模式,分别进行标准伪距单点定位和载波相位平滑伪距单点定位实验。对国际GNSS服务(IGS)测站数据进行处理,结果表明,载波相位平滑伪距可提高定位结果的稳定性;B1、B3和B1/B3IF 3种模式平滑后3D定位精度分别提高了0.08、0.04和0.93 m;平滑后B1/B3IF模式高程定位精度较B1和B3模式分别高0.99和2.38 m,表明BDS-3基本系统电离层延迟改正模型有一定优化空间。将载波相位平滑伪距应用于手机端定位,平滑后重复性定位精度和定位精度分别提高了39.7%和6%。

评述两个基于相空间的建模与分析方法及其应用。第一个是基于闵可夫斯基泛函的形态分析方法,第二个是基于离散玻尔兹曼方程的建模与分析方法。两者均是统计物理学相空间描述方法的进一步发展:以相对独立的行为特征量为基,构建相空间,使用该相空间和其子空间来描述系统的行为特征;该相空间中的一个点对应系统的一组行为特征;两点间的距离d可用来描述两组行为特征的差异,其倒数可用来描述两组行为特征的相似度(S=1/d);一段时间内两点间距离的平均值d可用来描述两个动理学过程的差异,其倒数可用来描述这两个动理学过程的相似度(S_(p)=1/d)。从历史角度,基于闵可夫斯基泛函的形态相空间分析方法在先,接受其启发是离散玻尔兹曼方法朝着相空间描述方法发展过程中的关键环节。形态分析方法独立于数据来源,因而离散玻尔兹曼模拟得到的结果,除了可以使用其自带的分析功能之外,还可进一步使用形态分析方法获得另一个层面或视角的认识。在复杂介质动理学研究中,这两个方法从不同的视角,使得许多以前无法提取的信息得以分层次、定量化研究。

With the development of social economy and radiotherapy technique,proton/heavy ion radiotherapy has been applied widely to clinical *** present,there are at least 2. hospitals in china at various stages of planning,construction,commissioning or clinical operation of medical proton/heavy ion beam radiotherapy *** with common radiotherapy accelerators used in conventional external beam radiotherapy,the proton/heavy ion therapy {2. has more stringent requirements for quality control so as to achieve an optimum therapeutic *** order to protect the health rights of patients undergoing radiotherapy,to facilitate the relevant administrative supervision departments to carry out standard-based approval and routine supervision and to promote the development of related medical undertakings,the standard for testing of quality control for medical proton/heavy ion beam radiotherapy equipment is drafted to fill the gap in this regard in china and even *** standard contains five indicators and corresponding testing methods for radiological protection and safety and 16 indicators for quality control of equipment *** standard is a mandatory standard and is based on the relevant Chinese legal requirements for the testing of radiotherapy equipment,so all the indicators listed in the standard shall be *** the drafting of the standard,the opinions from hospitals that are currently using proton/heavy ion medical accelerators for radiotherapy purpose and from the related equipment manufacturers were taken into *** draft standard was revised with reference to these opinions and the feasibility of the related quality control *** official version of the standard was released on March 7,2.2.,and implementation is scheduled to begin on March 1,2.2..
