Tomato is a model system for studying fleshy fruit *** fertilization,cell division and expansion in the pericarp are crucial for fruit development and determine the final fruit ***3 was found to be expressed in the tomato ovary wall/pericarp of zero to two days post-anthesis fruits as a KNOX I class member,but its function in fruit development was ***,we found that mutations of TKN3 by CRISPR/Cas9 caused fruit developmental defects,and fruit weight was dramatically reduced in the tkn3cr *** observation of fruit pericarps revealed that mutation of TKN3 repressed cell expansion after fertilization,leading to flattened cells in the mesocarp and thereby thinner pericarps in red ***,tkn3cr mutants also displayed pleiotropic phenotypes including enlarged leaves and floral organs,indicating conserved functions in meristem maintenance and leaf *** two-hybrid and BiFC assays further showed that TKN3 could interact with Solyc10g086640(a homolog of Arabidopsis PNY),which has a similar expression pattern as ***-wide identification of genes regulated by TKN3 indicated that the auxin and gibberellin(GA)pathways might mediate the function of *** works revealed that TKN3 controls cell expansion in pericarps,and provides new insights into the roles of KNOX proteins in fruit development.

作为数字素养的重要组成部分,乡村教师数字化教学能力的提升是推动乡村教育数字化转型、实现乡村教育高质量发展的关键所在。然而,当前我国乡村教师的数字教育资源应用意愿不强、数字技术应用创新能力不足、数字技术与教育教学融合深度不够等问题较为突出。对此,文章依托空间生产理论,结合深度访谈,聚焦乡村教师的远程学习支持服务需求,构建了指向乡村教师数字素养提升的远程学习支持服务体系。该体系包含三方支持主体(即学术导师、以师范生为主的助教团队、乡村教师),四类支持服务(即知识支持服务、管理支持服务、情感支持服务、技术支持服务),三种支持机制(即反馈机制、协调机制、动力机制),以期提升乡村教师的数字化教学远程研修效果,助推乡村教育数字化转型与教育公平发展。

目的:观察凉血通络颗粒辅助聚桂醇对行大隐静脉高位结扎术下肢静脉曲张(湿热下注型)患者术后康复及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年12月期间本院收治的70例湿热下注型下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎术联合聚桂醇治疗;试验组在对照组基础上加用凉血通络颗粒。分析比较两组的临床疗效、术后恢复情况、症状改善情况[视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)、静脉临床严重程度评分表(VCSS)]、血液流变学相关指标(血液黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率)、炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)]以及复发情况。结果:试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。试验组术后4w的VAS、VCSS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组住院及下床活动时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4w,试验组的血液黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4 w,两组的IL-6、TNF-α、MMP-13水平均显著降低,且试验组的血清IL-6、TNF-α、MMP-13水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉血通络颗粒辅助聚桂醇及大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗湿热下注型下肢静脉曲张,能提高疗效,减轻患者疼痛,缓解病情,抑制炎症反应,促进术后恢复。

1906年至1911年间,晚清小说家对五大臣几乎清一色地作西游化、妖魔化等艺术处理,这是公使形象书写史上的别样呈现。晚清小说对五大臣形象的刻画,妙趣横生且极具寓言化特色,整体追求内在的“荒诞”与“怪、奇、丑”等审美观念,这与立宪幻梦破灭后形成的巨大落差不无关系。小说家普遍对之进行充满丑恶的描写并非偶然,正反映了彼时国民迫切打破封建专制束缚的心声。深究五大臣被晚清小说家塑造为“跳梁丑角”,乃至不断被妖魔化的成因,不仅在于日益高涨的革命风潮及其不可逆转的历史趋向,也在于报刊媒介对其的持续关注与负面报道。五大臣的文学形象丰富了中国近代文学小说人物的多元构成,也是百余年来我们探寻民族复兴之路的一个缩影,彰显了中国人走向现代化的曲折历程。

Global illumination is the core part of photo-realistic rendering. The photon mapping algorithm is an effective method for computing global illumination with its obvious advantage of caustic and color bleeding rendering. It is an active research field that has been developed over the past two decades. The deficiency of precise details and efficient rendering are still the main challenges of photon mapping. This report reviews recent work and classifies it into a set of categories including radiance estimation, photon relaxation, photon tracing, progressive photon mapping, and parallel methods. The goals of our report are giving readers an overall introduction to photon mapping and motivating further research to address the limitations of existing methods.

Effect of temperature on antioxidant defense and innate immunity in Brandt’s voles

Ambient temperature is an importa nt factor in flue ncing many physiological processes, in eluding antioxidant defense and immunity. In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that antioxidant defense and immunity are suppressed by high and low temperature treatme nt in Bran dt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandtii). Thirty male voles were randomly assigned into different temperature groups (4, 23, and 32℃, n=10 for each group), with the treatment course lasting for 27 d. Results showed that low temperature in creased gross en ergy in take (GEI) and liver, heart, and kidney mass, but decreased body fat mass and dry carcass mass. With the decline in temperature, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentration, which is indicative of reactive oxyge n species (ROS) levels, in creased in the liver, decreased in the heart, and was unchanged in the kidney, testis, and small intestine. Lipid peroxidation indicated by malonaldehyde (MDA) content in the liver, heart, kidney, testis, and small intestine did not differ among groups, implying that high and low temperature did not cause oxidative damage. Similarly, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) in the five tissues did not respond to low or high temperature, except for elevation of CAT activity in the testis upon cold exposure. Bacteria killing capacity, which is indicative of innate immunity, was nearly suppressed in the 4℃ group in contrast to the 23℃ group, whereas spleen mass and white blood cells were un affected by temperature treatment. The levels of testosterone, but not corticostero ne, were in flue need by temperature treatment, though neither were correlated with innate immunity, H2O2 and MDA levels, or SOD, CAT, and TAOC activity in any detected tissues. Overall, these results showed that temperature had different in flue nces on oxidative stress, an tioxida nt en zymes, and immunity, which depended on the tissues and parameters tested. We study the ground state properties, potential energy curves and potential energy surfaces of the superheavy nucleus270 Hs by using the multidimensionally-constrained relativistic mean-field model with the effective interaction PC-PK1. The binding energy,size and shape as well as single particle shell structure corresponding to the ground state of this nucleus are obtained.270 Hs is well deformed and exhibits deformed doubly magic feature in the single neutron and proton level schemes. One-dimensional potential energy curves and two-dimensional potential energy surfaces are calculated for270 Hs with various spatial symmetries imposed. We investigate in detail the effects of the reflection asymmetric and triaxial distortions on the fission barrier and fission path of270 Hs. When the axial symmetry is imposed, the reflection symmetric and reflection asymmetric fission barriers both show a double-hump structure and the former is higher. However, when triaxial shapes are allowed the reflection symmetric barrier is lowered very much and then the reflection symmetric fission path becomes favorable.

Improviag transportation system is essential for all people in each city since transport plays a very important role. Using mathematical programming approach transport problem is an effective way to improve transportation system. In this paper, the traffic equilibrium problem （TEP） with a general nonadditive route cost function is studied. We formulate the route cost function for each route as a disutility function, which can evaluate route cost function flexibly and analyze the route toll conveniently. Furthermore, we present the TEP with a nonlinear complementary problem （NCP） formulation. The monotonicity and the existence with the NCP formulation are also given under relative assumptions.
