The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 geV linac,a 1.1 geV Damping Ring,a booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 geV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Background Bare stent implantation in the treatment for native and recurrent coarctation of the aorta （CoA） has become established as an alternative to surgery and balloon angioplasty. However, this modality still encounters significant complications during the procedure and/or follow-up. The covered Cheatham-Platinum （CP） stent commonly used to be chosen as a rescue treatment in these patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of covered CP stent as the primary modality in the treatment for native CoA. Methods Twenty-five covered CP stents and 2 bare CP stents were implanted in 25 patients with native CoA. All patients after the intervention were invited for follow-up examinations. Results The peak systolic gradient across the lesion decreased significantly from a median value of 67.5 mmHg （quartile range, 19.3 mmHg） to 2 mmHg （quartile range, 4.0 mmHg）（P 〈0.0001）. Stenotic segment diameter increased from a median value of 5.0 mm （quartile range, 1.5 mm） to 17.9 mm （quartile range, 2.5 mm）（P 〈0.0001）. The median ratio of diameter of the coarctation postprocedure to preprocedure was 4.2 （quartile range, 1.6）. All of the CP stents were placed in the suitable position without any acute complications. During a follow-up period of up to 72 months, no complications were encountered. Most of the patients （21/25） were normotensive, apart from four patients requiring antihypertensive medication during the follow-up. Conclusion The implantation of covered CP stent as the primary modality is safe and effective in the treatment for native CoA in adolescents and adults.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in june 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in june 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(Pline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

目的评价PDA和ASD封堵器在巨大肺动静脉瘘治疗中的应用。方法5例肺动静脉瘘患者,经造影证实分别为:弥漫多发性肺小动静脉瘘2例,多发囊状肺动静脉瘘2例,单发囊状肺动静脉瘘1例。5例患者均伴有较大瘤囊及粗大引流血管,对5例患者实施介入治疗的材料均为PDA和(或)ASD封堵器。结果对5例患者7支血管的封堵技术操作均获成功。术后平均血氧饱和度由75.2%上升至92.7%,患者缺氧症状明显好转或消失,未发生严重不良后果。结论对有巨大瘤囊形成及伴有粗大供血动脉的肺动静脉瘘患者进行介入治疗时,应优先考虑PDA或ASD封堵器。此方法安全可靠,近期疗效满意。

目的分析双向格林术后并发症及心血管造影特征,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 38例先天性心脏病双向格林术后患者（男性24例,女性14例）接受心血管造影检查.年龄（7.8±5.6）岁,双向格林术至造影间隔时间为（4.1±1.9）年.所有患者均行上腔静脉及肺动脉造影,并测量肺动脉-上腔静脉连续压力.结果 38例患者肺动脉平均压力为（14.8±4.5）mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133kPa）,上腔静脉平均压力为（15.4±5.4）mm Hg;肺动脉到上腔静脉连续测压均无压力阶差.其中9例出现肺动脉压力升高,年龄为（6.6±4.7）岁,其上腔静脉平均压力为（22.9±5.1）mm Hg,肺动脉平均压力为（21.5±2.9）mm Hg.心血管造影提示14例患者[年龄（7.9±4.6）岁]出现静脉侧支血管,其中2例成功行经导管封堵术.侧支血管组上腔静脉压力[（17.8±7.2）mmHg比（14±3.6）mm Hg,P＜0.05]及肺动脉压力[（16.7±5.7）mm Hg比（13.7±3.4）mm Hg,P＜0.05]均高于无侧支血管组（n=24）.14例静脉侧支血管分布：后纵隔侧支12例,其中合并前纵隔侧支3例,合并中纵隔侧支1例;单独中纵隔侧支血管2例.2例患者肺动静脉瘘形成,其中单发囊状瘘和多发动静脉瘘各1例.2例患者存在体肺动脉侧支血管,均成功行经导管栓塞术.结论双向格林术可引起多种并发症,心血管造影检查能够早期发现并指导治疗.

目的分析左心室中部肥厚型梗阻性心肌病患者的临床及心血管造影特征.方法 5例（男：女=3：2）临床诊断为左心室中部肥厚型梗阻性心肌病的患者,年龄16～73（44±22）岁.所有患者均接受左心导管及心血管造影检查,并记录左心室心尖部-左心室基底部-左心室流出道-升主动脉连续压力.结果 5例患者中胸闷气短者4例,其中2例合并晕厥.所有患者心前区均可闻及收缩期杂音,且均存在左心室壁肥厚,室间隔厚度为19～31（23.8±5.4）mm,左心室舒张末期横径为35～55（43.4±7.4）mm,左心室射血分数为53%～70%、平均为（64.2±6.9）%.5例患者均存在左心室高电压伴异常Q波,其中1例患者合并阵发性室性心动过速,另有1例患者合并完全性左束支传导阻滞.左心导管检查证实收缩期左心室中部均存在梗阻,其中1例患者同时合并左心室流出道梗阻.左心室中部收缩期压力阶差为45～102（68.6±24.1）mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）.心血管造影检查提示前降支中段肌桥1例,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病1例.另外,2例患者合并左心室心尖部室壁瘤.结论左心室中部肥厚型梗阻性心肌病的临床特征不同于其他类型的肥厚型心肌病,完善的左心导管检查及造影有利于诊断并指导临床治疗.

目的探讨对左心导管术后并发股动脉血栓形成的患儿进行溶栓治疗的方法和疗效.方法 1999年1月至2009年4月,对左心导管术后并发股动脉血栓形成的16例患儿（男5例,女11例）进行溶栓治疗.首先经外周静脉途径溶栓,无效后再采用经对侧股动脉插管途径进行溶栓治疗.给予肝素100 U/kg,随后予尿激酶30 000～180 000 U冲击剂量后,以10 000～50 000 U/h静脉泵入维持至足背动脉恢复搏动.结果 16例患儿的年龄为（2.6±1.9）岁,身高（85.3±13.1）cm,体重（11.2 ±3.8）kg.同侧足背动脉搏动消失15例,明显减弱1例.紫绀属先天性心脏病患儿2例,非紫绀属先天性心脏病患儿14例,其中12例接受介入治疗.所有患儿经抗凝溶栓治疗后下肢缺血症状均恢复,其中3例患儿经对侧股动脉插管溶栓后成功,11例经外周静脉溶栓成功,另2例患儿给予肝素及解痉药物后恢复.术中所用肝素（950 ±682）U,尿激酶（295 357±198 770）U.溶栓起效时间（7.25 ±5.31）h.2例患儿溶栓后髂外动脉存在轻度残余狭窄,余患儿应用股动脉血管超声随访2周均提示管腔通畅.结论采用尿激酶对左心导管术后股动脉血栓形成患儿进行溶栓治疗安全有效,当经外周静脉途径溶栓无效时,应尽早采用经对侧股动脉插管途径进行溶栓.
