Existing large-scale public building energy saving renovation is the inherent requirement of sustainable development, it has been proved that implementing the energy performance contracting mode in the Existing large public buildings energy-saving is an effective way both at home and abroad. EPC mode has obvious characteristics for the ESCO and the customers, it can meet the basic requirements of large public buildings energy-saving, such as the width of funding sources, program specifi cation, advanced technology, information fl ow and management level higher, etc. Under the condition of market economy, it also provides a broad platform for the ESCO implements building energy saving transformation, which is conducive to the realization of the win-win cooperation between the parties, and to promote the healthy development of the existing large public building energy saving reconstruction.

探究中原城市群生态环境效应演变机制,对中原城市群人地交互机制的研究与区域可持续发展具有重要的借鉴意义。基于2005、2010、2015和2020年的土地利用数据,以景观生态学和土地功能分类指数构建综合生态环境质量指数,并结合空间自相关分析、热点分析和生态贡献率,揭示中原城市群土地利用功能转化特征及生态环境的相应规律。结果表明:1)2005—2020年中原城市群农业生产空间占比64.96%,工矿生产空间和城镇生活空间土地利用动态度变化较大,分别增加10.99%和4.28%,林地生态空间变化速度最慢,为0.03%。2)2005—2020年中原城市群生态环境质量下降明显,整体上以较低质量区为主,占总面积的67%左右。低质量区以环状分布在边缘地区,高质量区和较高质量区呈现“三级、多核”的分布。3)2005—2020年中原城市群空间集聚性较为明显,以高高聚集和不显著为主,城镇与农村生活空间的不断扩大,使得低质量区面积不断扩张,冷点区域增加明显。4)2005—2020年生态质量改善和恶化趋势相互促进又彼此抑制,林地生态空间、草地生态空间转化为农业生产空间是生态环境质量恶化的主要原因。研究结果可为城市群经济发展和生态环境保护的耦合关系提供全新视角,持续推进区域可持续发展和加快生态文明建设的步伐。

This study proposes a bi-layer windmill-shaped metamaterial that consists of resonators, with similar shapes, on both sides of a dielectric substrate. In this study, the second layer is rotated clockwise around the substrate normal at 90°and thereafter flipped in the first layer. Due to the introduction of a windmill-like shape, the resonant structures result in new resonant modes and thus can achieve multi-band high-efficiency cross-polarization conversions and asymmetric transmissions(ATs) for a linearly polarized incident plane wave with a maximum asymmetric parameter of 0.72. Depending on the geometric parameters of our windmill-shaped structures, the AT effects can be flexibly modulated in a broad multiband from 160 THz to 400 THz, which has not been reported in previous studies. These outstanding AT effects provide potential applications in optical diodes, polarization control switches, and other nano-devices.

Ethylenediurea(EDU)has been used as a chemical protectant against ozone(O3).However,its protective effect and physiological mechanisms are still *** present study aimed to investigate the changes of foliar visible injury,physiological characteristics and emission rates of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in one-year-old Populus alba"Berolinensis"saplings pretreated with EDU and exposed to elevated O3(EO,120μg/m3).The results showed that foliar visible injury symptoms under EO were significantly alleviated in plants with EDU application(p<0.05).Under EO,net photosynthetic rate,the maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII and the photochemical efficiency of PSII of plants pretreated with 300 and600 mg/L EDU were similar to unexposed controls and significantly higher compared to EOstressed plants without EDU pretreatment,*** content was highest in EO without EDU and decreased significantly by 14.9%and 21.3%with 300 and600 mg/L EDU pretreatment,*** pretreatment alone increased superoxide dismutase activity by 10-fold in unexposed plants with further increases of 88.4%and 37.5%in EO plants pretreated with 300 and 600 mg/L EDU pretreatment,respectively(p<0.05).Abscisic acid content declined under EO relative to unexposed controls with the effect partially reversed by EDU ***,VOCs emission rate declined under EO relative to unexposed plants with a recovery of emission rate observed with 300 and 600 mg/L EDU *** findings provided significant evidence that EDU exerted a beneficial effect and protection on the tested plants against O3 stress.

A vegetative storage protein （VSP） with trypsin inhibitor activity in a deciduous tree, Sapindus mukorassi, was characterized by means of sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Western-blot, immuno-histochemical localization, light- and electro-microscopy, together with analysis of proteinase inhibitor activity of the purified VSP in vitro. There were two proteins with molecular masses of about 23 and 27 kDa in a relatively high content in the bark tissues of terminal branches of S. mukorassi in leafless periods. The proteins decreased markedly during young shoot development, indicating their role in seasonal nitrogen storage. Immuno-histochemical localization with the polyclonal antibodies raised against the 23 kDa protein demonstrated that the 23 kDa protein was the major component of protein inclusions in protein-storing cells. The protein inclusions were identified by protein-specific staining and should correspond to the electron-dense materials in different forms in the vacuoles of phloem parenchyma cells and phloem ray parenchyma cells under an electron microscope. So, the 23 kDa protein was a typical VSP in S. mukorassi. The 23 and 27 kDa proteins shared no immuno-relatedness, whereas the 23 kDa protein was immuno-related with the 22 kDa VSP in lychee and possessed trypsin inhibitor activity. The 23 kDa protein may confer dual functions： nitrogen storage and defense.
