This study presents experimental results focused on a performance comparison of a transcritical CO2 ejector system without an internal heat exchanger(IHX) (EJE-S) to a transcritical CO2 ejector system with an IHX(EJE-IHX-S) . The comparison includes the effects of changes in operating conditions such as cooling water flow rate and inlet temperature. Experiments are conducted to assess the influence of the IHX on the heating coefficient of performance(COPr) ,heating capacity,entrainment ratio,pressure lift,and other parameters. The primary flow rate of the EJE-IHX-S is higher than that of the EJE-S. The pressure lift and actual ejector work recovery are reduced when the IHX is added to the transcritical CO2 ejector system. Using a more practical performance calculation,the compression ratio in the EJE-S is reduced by 10.0%-12.1%,while that of EJE-IHX-S is reduced only by 5.6%-6.7% compared to that of a conventional transcritical CO2 system. Experimental results are used to validate the findings that the IHX weakens the contribution of the ejector to the system performance.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of manual acupuncture on endometrial blood flow parameters by three-dimensional(3D) power Doppler ultrasound in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods: Seventy patients undergoing IVF-ET were equally randomized into traditional or sham acupuncture treatment group for totally 4 days(from the day of oocyte aspiration to the day of embryo transfer) of treatment by random envelope method at the Reproductive Medicine Center and Outpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medicine College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to December 2015. Patients in the traditional acupuncture group accepted traditional acupuncture methods with manual acupuncture, and Zhongji(CV3), Qihai(CV 6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR 3), Tianshu(ST 25), Guilai(ST 29) and Zusanli(ST 36) were chosen. Patients at the sham acupuncture group accepted shallow acupuncture methods at 4 non-meridian points at each shoulder and upper arm. Outcome measures included endometrial ultrasonic indices such as vascularization index(VI), flow index(FI) and vascularization flow index(VFI), endometrial thickness and volume, subendometrial VI(sVI), subendometrial FI(sFI), subendometrial VFI(sVFI), implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, live birth rate and number of live births. Results: Finally, 34 patients in the traditional acupuncture group and 35 in the sham acupuncture group completed this trial. VI, FI and VFI of the traditional acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the sham acupuncture group(P0.05). The variation law of cladding thickness as well as the structures and properties of H90-steel clad strip produced by inversion solidification was studied. The interface bonding mechanisms were approached. It is found that the thickness of H90 cladding goes sequentially through the solidification growth stage, holding stage, and remelting stage, with an increase in immersion time. The higher the preheating temperature of the steel coil, the thicker is the maximum cladding thickness. Observation by using optical microscopy （OM） and the electron probe microanalyzer （EPMA） shows that the microstructure of H90 cladding is composed of equiaxed grains, and that interdiffusion between Cu and Fe at interface occurs but obvious diffusion of Zn and the intermetallic layer are not observed. The diffusion layer is thin and about 4 μm. Multipass small reduction cold rolling and repeated bending tests show that the interface is firmly bonded. Tensile test shows that the mechanical properties of the as-clad strips can meet the requirements of GB5213-2001 for the F-grade deep-drawing steel plate though there is a slight difference in the mechanical properties among the clad strips with different cladding thickness.

Dissipative Kerr solitons(DKS) have long been suffering from poor power conversion efficiency when driven by continuous-wave lasers. By deriving the critical coupling condition of a multimode nonlinear optics system in a generalized theoretical framework,two efficiency limitations of the conventional pump method of DKS are revealed: the effective coupling rate is too small and is also power-dependent. A general approach is provided to resolve this challenge by introducing two types of nonlinear couplers to couple the soliton cavity and CW input through nonlinear processes. The collective coupler opens multiple coupling channels and the self-adaptive coupler builds a power-independent effective external coupling rate to the DKS for approaching the generalized critical coupling condition, which promises near-unity power conversion efficiencies. For instance, a conversion efficiency exceeding 90% is predicted for aluminum nitride microrings with a nonlinear coupler utilizing second-harmonic generation. The mechanism applies to various nonlinear processes, including Raman and Brillouin scattering, and thus paves the way for micro-solitons toward practical applications.

AlSn8Pb2Si2.5Cu0.8Cr0.2 is a bush material with high hardness, and the main elements tin and plumbum mainly exist along the grain boundary, resulting in bad plasticity and confectioning. It is found that the continuous tin and lead distributing along grain boundary are broken by cold-rolling, and their shape is spheroidized and uniform through annealing at constant temperature. The continuous precipitated phase composed of tin and lead doesn＇t exist along grain boundary. The properties of bush material are greatly increased.

Studies were conducted on the interfacial microstructure of a steel/liquid aluminium and its evolution during the bonding rolling process. The effects of wetting time and deformation on the diffusion layer and on the bonding strength were examined. By means of electron microscopy and electron probe analysis, it was found that the diffusion layer is mainly composed of FeAI3. For a steel temperature of 250℃ and an aluminium temperature of 850 ~C, the diffusion layer was formed within 3 s, and the shear strength of the samples increased after 8 to 14 s. Although the interface was not damaged, it was deformed notably. For an aluminium temperature of 750℃ and a wetting time of 11 to 17 s, the shear strength of the interface remained high, but the interface was obviously broken during rolling, leading to reduced bonding strength.
