The generalized continuous variable two-mode entangled state |?> is proposed by using the technique of integration within an ordered product (IWOP) of operators. The characteristics of this new entangled representation and its application in quantum teleportation are analyzed in detail. These results indicate that such real parameters |?> indeed make up a new entangled representation owing to its completeness and orthogonal relation. By employing the |?> as quantum transmission channel, the teleportation of any single-mode quantum state 3 |ψ>3 can be realized by a unitary transformation.

An efficient microwave-assisted extraction tech- nique was used to extract wedelolactone from Eclipta alba. To optimize the effects of the microwave-assisted extraction （MAE） processing parameters on the yield ofwedelolactone, a response surface methodology with a central composite rotatable design was employed. Four independent variables were investigated： microwave power, ethanol concentration, extraction time and the solvent-to-solid ratio. The optimum conditions were： microwave power, 208 W; ethanol con- centration, 90%; extraction time, 26.5 min; and solvent-to- solid ratio, 33 mL.g-~. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of wedelolactone was （82.67±0.16）%, which is in close agreement with the value predicted by the statistical model. MAE was also compared to other conventional methods, including ultrasonic assisted extrac- tion, extraction at room temperature and heat reflux extraction. MAE has distinct advantages for the extraction of wedelolactone in terms of both time and efficiency. Therefore, MAE is a reliable method for the extraction of wedelolactone from Eclipta alba.

为探索灰岩在单轴压缩条件下的力学特性以及能量演化规律,本文利用基于有限差分的数值分析软件FLAC 3D进行灰岩标准圆柱体试件的单轴压缩模拟,并基于FLAC 3D软件当中的摩尔库伦本构模型和应变软化本构模型进行计算分析,得出在不同本构模型下的数值结果,并结合能量定律分析数值模型在加载过程中的能量演化情况。结果表明:(1)摩尔库伦模型的峰值强度随着粘聚力的衰减而降低;(2)应变软化本构模型的轴应力在峰值强度前与摩尔库伦模型的变化一致,但在峰值后随荷载增加强度逐渐减小;(3)在峰值强度前2种模型的总能量密度和耗散能密度在渐增,在峰值强度后摩尔库伦模型的弹性能密度趋于稳定,应变软化模型的弹性能密度逐渐趋近于0。

针对内蒙古蒙西地区实行清洁供暖采用峰谷分时电价政策,探究综合经济性最优的“煤改电”采暖系统以及峰谷时段运行时间组成。以内蒙古包头某居民住宅为研究对象,利用TRNSYS软件搭建了直热式电锅炉、太阳能+电辅助、超低温空气源热泵3种热源“峰谷分时电价”采暖系统模型,进行仿真模拟计算;通过对3种采暖模式的初装费、运行费、设备维护这3个因素进行综合经济性评价,结果表明:电锅炉、太阳能、空气源热泵3个系统峰谷电运行时间组成分别为3:7、2:8和3:7;从第3年开始,空气源采暖系统综合经济性凸显;第7年开始,太阳能采暖系统综合经济性才首次超过直热式电锅炉。若单纯考虑采暖经济性,建议首选空气源热泵采暖系统,直热式电锅炉为第二选项。该结果为后续“煤改电”的实施提供现实参考。

Local Contribution Method for Efficiency of Large Plates

From the measurement of liquid flow field on a large plate by a hot-film anemometer, three different regions on the large plate were presented, including a liquid circulation area near the inlet down-comer, a region with very slow moving or stagnant liquid on the side of the tray and an active flow region at the center of the plate. According to the contribution of the three regions, the tray efficiency for large plates was proposed. The prediction plate efficiency by the present model are compared with the experimental data in the literature and those calculated by other models. It is shown that the present model is more accurate for prediction of efficiency of large plates, and the calculation is simpler.

Base on industrial research and experience, the process of methanol distillation is analyzed,and above all, a new concept of high pressure flowsheet and low pressure flowsheet is defined. The new configuration helps to handle problems encountered in many factories in China. The inter influence between process and column internal pattern is also pointed out. Recommendation of new column internal designs is given. Finally, industrial examples tell the how the new concept works and the possibility of combining process to give more opens to solve engineering problems.

This paper proposes a modified operation mode of batch extractive distillation with two reboilers. The seoaration of ethanol and water using as ethylene glycol is well done to validate the feasibility, of this mode. The pilot-plant experimental data under the identical operational conditions between the regular mode and the modified mode are in particular discussed. The studied results prove more practical advantages of *** mode over the regular mode such as easier operation control, more flexibility and higher separation efficiency etc. So it suppues certain guidance for the industrial application of batch extractive distillation process.

A numerical model is developed for simulating the mass exchange advective and dispersive transport and biodegradation of toluene. The model parameters are estimated independently through laboratory batch experiments or from literature. Simulations are found to provide reasonable agreement with experimental data. Experimental results show that toluene removal due to biodegradation is more important at the later stage. The total cleanup time when NAPL (non-aqueous phase liquid) phase exists was twice more than that without NAPL. Sensitivity analysis of parameters suggests that model predictions are mainly dependent on mass transfer coefficient and microbial parameters such as the half-saturation coefficient and maximum specific substrate utilization rate.

Seed germination and seedling establishment are important for the reproductive success of plants,but seeds and seedlings typically encounter constantly changing environmental *** inhibiting seed germination and post-germinative growth through the PYR1/PYL/RCAR ABA receptors and PP2C co-receptors,the phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)prevents premature germination and seedling growth under unfavorable ***,little is known about how the ABA-mediated inhibition of seed germination and seedling establishment is ***,we report that ABA Signaling Terminator(ABT),a WD40 protein,efficiently switches off ABA signaling and is critical for seed germination and seedling *** is induced by ABA in a PYR1/PYL/RCAR-PP2C-dependent *** of ABT promotes seed germination and seedling greening in the presence of ABA,whereas knockout of ABT has the opposite *** found that ABT interacts with the PYR1/PYL/RCAR and PP2C proteins,interferes with the interaction between PYR1/PYL4 and ABI1/ABI2,and hampers the inhibition of ABI1/ABI2 by ABA-bound PYR1/PYL4,thereby terminating ABA *** together,our results reveal a core mechanism of ABA signaling termination that is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment in Arabidopsis.
