Fengyun-4A（FY-4A）, the first of the Chinese next-generation geostationary meteorological satellites, launched in2016, offers several advances over the FY-2： more spectral bands, faster imaging, and infrared hyperspectral measurements. To support the major objective of developing the prototypes of FY-4 science algorithms, two science product algorithm testbeds for imagers and sounders have been developed by the scientists in the FY-4 Algorithm Working Group（AWG）. Both testbeds, written in FORTRAN and C programming languages for Linux or UNIX systems, have been tested successfully by using Intel/g compilers. Some important FY-4 science products, including cloud mask, cloud properties, and temperature profiles, have been retrieved successfully through using a proxy imager, Himawari-8/Advanced Himawari Imager（AHI）, and sounder data, obtained from the Atmospheric Infra Red Sounder, thus demonstrating their robustness. In addition, in early 2016, the FY-4 AWG was developed based on the imager testbed—a near real-time processing system for Himawari-8/AHI data for use by Chinese weather ***, robust and flexible science product algorithm testbeds have provided essential and productive tools for popularizing FY-4 data and developing substantial improvements in FY-4 products.

This paper mainly focus on the issues of combining the station coordinates and ERPs based on the SINEX file, and discusses the constraints and normal equation’s reconstruction in the SINEX file in details. The combination model and computational steps are given. A weighted‐combination method based on the polynomial fitting residuals is proposed for the pole motion parameters. Computations and comparisons are performed using the proposed methods. The results show that the SINEX combination solution have the consistent accuracy with those provided by IGS. The accuracy of station coordinates in x and y direction is about 3 mm, and 4 mm in direction z. The accuracy of pole motion parameters and their rate are 0.02mas and 0.05mas/d respectively. The accuracy of ERP solution based on the SINEX file is higher than that of the weighted‐combination method.

Conifers respond to herbivore attack with defensive chemicals, which are toxic to both insects and their associated microorganisms. Microorganisms associated with insects have been widely reported to metabolize toxic chemicals, which may help both microorganisms and host insects overcome host conifer defense. Dendroctonus valens LeConte, an introduced exotic pest from North America to China, has killed millions of healthy pines. Alpha-pinene is the most abundant defensive monoterpene in Chinese Pinus tabuliformis. Although microorganisms associated with D. valens have already been investigated, little is known about their bioactivities when encountering host defensive monoterpenes. In this study, we evaluated the influences of different concentrations ofα- pinene to D. valens and the three most frequently isolated yeasts and bacteria ofD. valens, and further assayed microorganisms＇ capabilities to degrade α-pinene. Results showed that the gallery lengths and body weight changes of bark beetles were significantly affected by 6 mg/mL and 12 mg/mL of α-pinene applied in media compared to controls. The tolerance of experimental microorganisms to α-pinene varied depending on the microbial species. Two out of three yeast strains and all three bacterial strains degraded 20%-50% of α-pinene compared to controls in 24 h in vitro. The microorganisms capable of α-pinene degradation in vitro and their tolerance to high levels ofα-pinene suggested that D. valens- associated microorganisms may help both microorganisms and the bark beetle overcome host α-pinene defense.

目的探究LY294002对急性肾损伤(AKI)大鼠肾功能及细胞自噬的影响。方法将36只SD大鼠采用随机单位组设计分组法分为对照(control)组、假手术(sham)组、模型(model)组、LY294002预处理(I/R+LY294002)组,每组9只。LY294002预处理组连续腹腔注射LY294002(40μl/d),模型组腹腔注射等量无菌生理盐水,干预时间为14 d。14 d后除对照组外,其余大鼠均行手术,假手术组仅暴露双侧肾脏及肾蒂,模型组及LY294002预处理组进一步建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤(RIRI)模型(缺血45 min,再灌注24 h)模拟AKI。建模成功后收集各组血液和肾脏,检测血清中肾损伤相关指标,观察肾脏组织病理改变,检测PI3K/AKT信号通路和自噬相关蛋白的表达情况。结果模型组血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)及肾损伤分子1(Kim-1)的浓度高于对照组及假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LY294002预处理组SCr、BUN及Kim-1的浓度低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LY294002预处理组可观察到RIRI大鼠肾脏组织病理改变如肾小管梗阻扩张、血管扩张充血、间质水肿得到减轻。模型组p-AKT/AKT和p-PI3K/PI3K的相对表达量和LC3Ⅱ、Beclin-1的表达高于对照组、假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LY294002预处理组p-AKT/AKT和p-PI3K/PI3K的相对表达量和LC3Ⅱ、Beclin-1的表达低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LY294002通过抑制PI3K/AKT信号通路,抑制了细胞自噬,肾脏损伤得到改善。这将为防治AKI提供一个新的思路。

冰蓄冷空调系统对电网调峰及改善用冷经济性有重要作用。该文通过对盘管式冰蓄冷系统的蓄冰过程研究发现,蓄冰过程包含两个明显阶段:第1阶段,10.0到4.0℃过程中,水的密度随温度降低而增大,4.0℃冷水迅速聚集到蓄冷单元底部,并逐渐充满整个水域;第2阶段,4.0到0℃过程中,水的密度随着温度降低而减小。前期,换热管下表面最先出现冰层;后期,随着上方聚集的低温水增多,换热管上表面开始产生冰层。该实验中,当蓄冰过程进行到100 min时,换热管上下表面冰层厚度均达到8.56 mm。之后,上表面冰层厚度逐渐超过下表面。该研究揭示冰蓄冷单元内部自然对流及4.0℃时水的密度逆转对结冰过程的影响规律,对盘管式冰蓄冷系统的优化设计及运行控制有一定指导意义。

The mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) pathway is abnormally activated in lung ***, the anti-lung cancer effect of m TOR inhibitors as monotherapy is modest. Here, we identified that ginsenoside Rh2, an active component of Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., enhanced the anti-cancer effect of the m TOR inhibitor everolimus both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, ginsenoside Rh2 alleviated the hepatic fat accumulation caused by everolimus in xenograft nude mice models. The combination of everolimus and ginsenoside Rh2(labeled Eve-Rh2) induced caspase-independent cell death and cytoplasmic vacuolation in lung cancer cells, indicating that Eve-Rh2 prevented tumor progression by triggering paraptosis. EveRh2 up-regulated the expression of c-MYC in cancer cells as well as tumor tissues. The increased cMYC mediated the accumulation of tribbles homolog 3(TRIB3)/P62+ aggresomes and consequently triggered paraptosis, bypassing the classical c-MYC/MAX pathway. Our study offers a potential effective and safe strategy for the treatment of lung cancer. Moreover, we have identified a new mechanism of TRIB3/P62+ aggresomes-triggered paraptosis and revealed a unique function of c-MYC.

Sea water intrusion is an environmental problem cause by the irrational exploitation of coastal groundwater resources and has attracted the attention of many coastal *** this study,we used time series monitoring data of groundwater levels and tidal waves to analyze the influence of tide flow on groundwater dynamics in the southern Laizhou *** auto-correlation and cross-correlation coefficients between groundwater level and tidal wave level were calculated specifically to measure the boundary conditions along the *** addition,spectrum analysis was employed to assess the periodicity and hysteresis of various tide and groundwater level *** results of time series analysis show that groundwater level fluctuation is noticeably influenced by tides,but the influence is limited to a certain distance and cannot reach the saltwater-freshwater interface in the southern Laizhou *** are three main periodic components of groundwater level in tidal effect range(i.e.23.804 h,12.500 h and 12.046 h),the pattern of which is the same as the *** affected groundwater level fluctuations lag behind the *** dynamic analysis of groundwater indicates that the coastal aquifer has a hydraulic connection with seawater but not in a direct *** to the existence of the groundwater mound between the salty groundwater(brine)and fresh groundwater,the maximum influencing distance of the tide on the groundwater is 8.85 *** that the fresh-saline groundwater interface is about 30 km away from the coastline,modern seawater has a limited contribution to sea-salt water intrusion in Laizhou *** results of this study are expected to provide a reference for the study on sea water intrusion.
