SHRIMP zircon U-Pb geochronology of early Mesozoic felsic igneous rocks from the southern Lancangjiang and its tectonic implications

The SHRIMP zircon U-Pb geochronology of three typical samples, including two monzo nitic granites from the lincang batholith and a rhyolite from the Manghuai Formation are presented in the southern Lancangjiang, western Yunnan Province. The analyses of zircons for the biotite monzonitic granites from the northern (02DX-137) and southern (20JH-10) lincang batholith show the single and tight clusters on the concordia, and yield the weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages of 229.4 ± 3.0 Ma and 230.4 ± 3.6 Ma, respectively, representing the crystallized ages of these granites. The zircons for the rhyolitic sample (02DX-95) from the Manghuai Formation give a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 231.0 ± 5.0 Ma. These data suggest that the igneous rocks from the lincang granitic batholith and Manghuai Formation have a similar crystallized age. In combination with other data, it is inferred that both were generated at a narrow age span (~230 Ma) and were originated from the postcollisional tectonic regime. An early Proterozoic 206Pb/238U apparent age of 1977±44 Ma is additionally obtained from one zircon from the biotite monzonitic granite (southern lincang batholith), indicative of devel- opment of the early Proterozoic Yangtze basement in the region. These precisely geochronological data provide important constraints on better understanding the Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Tethys, western Yunnan Province.

Mineralization of sediment-hosted ore deposits in reef-chert suite in china

THE reef-chert suite, named by Chen, mainly consists of four types of rocks, with reef carbonate in thelower part, fine detrital rocks in the upper part, chert beds with ore bodies in the intermediate, and synchronous volcanic rocks either in this sequence or in the same sequence in the neighboring district. It isformed as a fixed and ordered suite in space and time, and is the comprehensive product of normal sedimentary process, biological process in extensional basin, hydrothermal sedimentary process near basinbase and magmatic process in the deep of lithosphere in the special geological setting. Many of thesediment-hosted ore deposits usually occur in such a suite in china, such as Dajiangping pyrite deposit,Shuikoushan lead-zinc ore deposit, Changkeng gold-silver deposit, Dachang cassiterite-lead-zinc ore deposit, Xikuangshan stibium ore deposit, Changba-Lijiangou lead-zinc ore deposit, Baiyunebo

Large-scale manufacturing of functional single-atom ink for convenient glucose sensing

Printing techniques hold great potential in the manufacture of electronics such as sensors,micro-supercapacitors,and flexible ***,developing large-scale functional conductive inks with appropriate rheological properties and active components still remains a ***,through optimizing the formulations of ink,iron single sites supported N-doped carbon black(Fe_(1)-NC)inks can serve as both conductive electrodes and high-reactive catalysts to realize convenient glucose detection,which pronouncedly reduces the dosage of enzyme and simplifies the sensors *** detail,utilizing in-situ pyrolysis method,Fe_(1)-NC single-atom catalysts(SACs)are prepared in bulk(dekagram-level).The batched Fe_(1)-NC SACs materials can be uniformly mixed with modulated ink to realize the screen printing with high resolution and ***,the whole scalable preparation and ink-functional process can be extended to various metals(including Co,Ni,Cu,and Mn).The introduction of highly active Fe_(1)-NC sites reduces the amount of enzyme used in glucose detection by at least 50%,contributing to the cost reduction of *** strategy in harnessing the SACs onto the carbon inks thus provides a broad prospect for the low-cost and large-scale printing of sensitive sensing devices.

Study on fish community structure in the Zhujiang Estuaryand its adjacent waters

Based on data of demersal trawl Samples from 1987 to 1988 in the Zhujiang Estuary and its adjacent waters, relationships between fish community and environmental factors are studied by using clssification , MDS ordina-tion and several community parameters. The results shaw that the distribution of fish shoes is zoned by salinty anddivided into three types. The freshwater community which is restricted in the Lianhua Hill - Humen waterway is sim-ple and stable, the coastal community which lives in the shallow waters is complex, and the estuary community whichis idenhfied in the lingdingyang area and affected by Physical and ecological pinemore greatly greatly has obvious seasonalvariations.

With the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data,the explosive growth of data has raised higher demands on computer hardware and *** techniques inspired by biological nervous systems are expected to be one of the approaches to breaking the von Neumann *** neuromorphic devices modulate electrical transport characteristics by piezopotential and directly associate external mechanical motion with electrical output signals in an active manner,with the capability to sense/store/process information of external *** this review,we have presented the piezotronic neuromorphic devices(which are classified into strain-gated piezotronic transistors and piezoelectric nanogenerator-gated field effect transistors based on device structure)and discussed their operating mechanisms and related manufacture ***,we summarized the research progress of piezotronic neuromorphic devices in recent years and provided a detailed discussion on multifunctional applications,including bionic sensing,information storage,logic computing,and electrical/optical artificial ***,in the context of future development,challenges,and perspectives,we have discussed how to modulate novel neuromorphic devices with piezotronic effects more *** is believed that the piezotronic neuromorphic devices have great potential for the next generation of interactive sensation/memory/computation to facilitate the development of the Internet of Things,AI,biomedical engineering,etc.

Discovery of Permian island-arc basalts in the Cenxi area and the tectonic significance──A piece of evidence for the paleo-Tethyan tectonic belt in western Guangdong and eastern Guangxi

Cenxi Permian basalts are the late Palaeozoic island-arc type basalts first found in South china. REE and trace element characteristics and distribution patterns show that this volcanic formation, which has been isotopically dated at 261 MaB.P. by the 39Ar/ 40Ar method, is of an active continental marginal island arc type, and that the tectonic environment at that time was an island-arc marginal sea or minor ocean basin related with the paleo-Tethyan tectonic belt in western Guangdong-eastern Guangxi.

The non-point source (NFS) information system based on remote sensing and GIS and its preliminary application

A non-point source information system (NPSIS) has been constructed by use of remote sensing and GIS technology, and a construction method of NPSIS introduced with Shenzhen as an example. With the remote sensing land-using images as an environment unit, the analysis modules based on NPSIS are built through combining the NPS model with NPSIS, and the preliminary NPS calculation and analysis performed.

Synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction in situ study of fine-grained minerals in shock veins of Suizhou meteorite

The synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction technique developed for in situ study ahigh pressure and temperature has also been used to investigate microscopic mineral inclusionsin ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks and deep-mantle samples. Present study added twomore examples of successful utilization of synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction technique for insitu investigations of fine-grained (0.5―30 μm in size) minerals in very thin shock melt veins othe Suizhou meteorite: ( i ) X-ray diffraction measurement of extremely small-sized vein matrixminerals, and (ii) identification of the micron-sized new mineral tuite embedded in the vein matrixIt has been revealed that the fine-grained vein matrix consists of well crystallized garnet, kamacite and troilite, and the powder diffraction pattern consisting of 17 lines with d-values, intensities( I ), relative intensities (I/Io) and Miller indices, as well as the cell parameters for the new mineratuite has also been successfully obtained. The result of present investigations has enriched thecontent of dynamic high-pressure mineralogy and that of Earth’s mantle geochemistry.
