Flexible wearable optoelectronic devices fabricated fromorganic–inorganic hybrid perovskites significantly accelerate the developmentof portable energy,biomedicine,and sensing fields,but their poor thermal stabilityhinders further ***,all-inorganic perovskites possessexcellent thermal stability,but black-phase all-inorganic perovskite filmusually requires high-temperature annealing steps,which increases energy consumptionand is not conducive to the fabrication of flexible wearable *** this work,an unprecedented low-temperature fabrication of stable blackphaseCsPbI3perovskite films is demonstrated by the in situ hydrolysis reactionof diphenylphosphinic chloride *** released diphenyl phosphateand chloride ions during the hydrolysis reaction significantly lower the phasetransition temperature and effectively passivate the defects in the perovskitefilms,yielding high-performance photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 AW−1 and a detectivity of 1.3×10^(14)***,high-fidelity imageand photoplethysmography sensors are demonstrated based on the fabricated flexible wearable *** work provides a newperspective for the low-temperature fabrication of large-area all-inorganic perovskite flexible optoelectronic devices.

Masquelet technique using an allogeneic cortical bone graft for a large bone defect:A case report

BACKGROUND The induced-membrane technique was initially described by Masquelet as an effective treatment for large bone defects,especially those caused by ***,we report a case of chronic osteomyelitis of the radius associated with a 9 cm bone defect,which was filled with a large allogeneic cortical bone graft from a bone *** bony union was achieved after 14 months of *** studies have used autogenous bone as the primary bone source for the Masquelet technique;in our case,the exclusive use of allografts is as successful as the use of autologous bone *** the advent of bone banks,it is possible to obtain an unlimited amount of allograft,and the Masquelet technique may be further improved based on this new way of bone *** SUMMARY In this study,we reported a case of repair of a long bone defect in a 40-year-old male patient,which was characterized by the utilization of allograft cortical bone combined with the Masquelet technique for the treatment of the patient's long bone defect in the *** patient's results of functional recovery of the forearm were surprising,which further deepens the scope of application of Masquelet technique and helps to strengthen the efficacy of Masquelet technique in the treatment of long bones *** Allograft cortical bone combined with the Masquelet technique provides a new method of treatment to large bone defect.

Detecting Arrays and Their Optimality

Detecting arrays were proposed by Colbourn and McClary in 2008, which are of interest in generating software test suites to cover all t-sets of component interactions and detect interaction faults in component-based systems. So far, optimality and constructions of detecting arrays have not been studied systematically. Indeed, no useful benchmark to measure the optimality of detecting arrays has previously been given, and only some sporadic examples of optimal detecting arrays have been found. This paper tries to take the first step by presenting a lower bound on the size of detecting arrays and some methods of constructing optimal detecting arrays. A number of infinite series of optimal detecting arrays are then obtained.

Condition-based maintenance optimization for continuously monitored degrading systems under imperfect maintenance actions

Condition-based maintenance(CBM) is receiving increasing attention in various engineering systems because of its effectiveness. This paper formulates a new CBM optimization problem for continuously monitored degrading systems considering imperfect maintenance actions. In terms of maintenance actions,in practice, they scarcely restore the system to an as-good-as new state due to residual damage. According to up-to-data researches, imperfect maintenance actions are likely to speed up the degradation process. Regarding the developed CBM optimization strategy, it can balance the maintenance cost and the availability by the searching the optimal preventive maintenance *** maximum number of maintenance is also considered, which is regarded as an availability constraint in the CBM optimization problem. A numerical example is introduced, and experimental results can demonstrate the novelty, feasibility and flexibility of the proposed CBM optimization strategy.

Low-temperature-processed metal oxide electron transport layers for efficient planar perovskite solar cells

As a promising photovoltaic technology, perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs) have developed rapidly over the past few years and the highest power conversion efficiency is beyond 25%. Nowadays, the planar structure is universally popular in pero-SCs due to the simple processing technology and low-temperature *** transport layer(ETL) is verified to play a vital role in the device performance of planar pero-SCs. Particularly, the metal oxide(MO) ETL with low-cost, superb versatility, and excellent optoelectronic properties has been widely studied. This review mainly focuses on recent developments in the use of low-temperature-processed MO ETLs for planar pero-SCs. The optical and electronic properties of widely used MO materials of TiO_(2), ZnO, and SnO_(2), as well as the optimizations of these MO ETLs are briefly introduced. The commonly used methods for depositing MO ETLs are also discussed. Then, the applications of different MO ETLs on pero-SCs are ***, the challenge and future research of MO-based ETLs toward practical application of efficient planar peroSCs are proposed.

Fluid discrimination incorporating amplitude variation with angle inversion and squirt flow of the fluid

Pre-stack seismic inversion is an important method for fluid identification and reservoir characterization in exploration geophysics. In this study, an effective fluid factor is initially established based on Biot poroelastic theory, and a pre-stack seismic inversion method based on Bayesian framework is used to implement the fluid identification. Compared with conventional elastic parameters, fluid factors are more sensitive to oil and gas. However, the coupling effect between rock porosity and fluid content is not considered in conventional fluid factors, which may lead to fuzzy fluid identification results. In addition,existing fluid factors do not adequately consider the physical mechanisms of fluid content, such as squirt flow between cracks and pores. Therefore, we propose a squirt fluid factor(SFF) that minimizes the fluid and pore mixing effects and takes into account the squirt flow. On this basis, a novel P-wave reflection coefficient equation is derived, and the squirt fluid factor is estimated by amplitude variation with offset(AVO) inversion method. The new reflection coefficient equation has sufficient accuracy and can be utilized to estimate the parameters. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in fluid identification are verified by the synthetic and field examples.

Seismic data reconstruction based on low dimensional manifold model

Seismic data reconstruction is an essential and yet fundamental step in seismic data processing workflow,which is of profound significance to improve migration imaging quality,multiple suppression effect,and seismic inversion *** methods play a central role in solving the underdetermined inverse problem of seismic data *** this paper,a novel regularization approach is proposed,the low dimensional manifold model(LDMM),for reconstructing the missing seismic *** work relies on the fact that seismic patches always occupy a low dimensional ***,we exploit the dimension of the seismic patches manifold as a regularization term in the reconstruction problem,and reconstruct the missing seismic data by enforcing low dimensionality on this *** crucial procedure of the proposed method is to solve the dimension of the patches *** this,we adopt an efficient dimensionality calculation method based on low-rank approximation,which provides a reliable safeguard to enforce the constraints in the reconstruction *** experiments performed on synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that,compared with the curvelet-based sparsity-promoting L1-norm minimization method and the multichannel singular spectrum analysis method,the proposed method obtains state-of-the-art reconstruction results.

Monitoring the change in horizontal stress with multi-wave time-lapse seismic response based on nonlinear elasticity theory

Monitoring the change in horizontal stress from the geophysical data is a tough challenge, and it has a crucial impact on broad practical scenarios which involve reservoir exploration and development, carbon dioxide (CO_(2)) injection and storage, shallow surface prospecting and deep-earth structure description. The change in in-situ stress induced by hydrocarbon production and localized tectonic movements causes the changes in rock mechanic properties (e.g. wave velocities, density and anisotropy) and further causes the changes in seismic amplitudes, phases and travel times. In this study, the nonlinear elasticity theory that regards the rock skeleton (solid phase) and pore fluid as an effective whole is used to characterize the effect of horizontal principal stress on rock overall elastic properties and the stress-dependent anisotropy parameters are therefore formulated. Then the approximate P-wave, SV-wave and SH-wave angle-dependent reflection coefficient equations for the horizontal-stress-induced anisotropic media are proposed. It is shown that, on the different reflectors, the stress-induced relative changes in reflectivities (i.e., relative difference) of elastic parameters (i.e., P- and S-wave velocities and density) are much less than the changes in contrasts of anisotropy parameters. Therefore, the effects of stress change on the reflectivities of three elastic parameters are reasonably neglected to further propose an AVO inversion approach incorporating P-, SH- and SV-wave information to estimate the change in horizontal principal stress from the corresponding time-lapse seismic data. Compared with the existing methods, our method eliminates the need for man-made rock-physical or fitting parameters, providing more stable predictive power. 1D test illustrates that the estimated result from time-lapse P-wave reflection data shows the most reasonable agreement with the real model, while the estimated result from SH-wave reflection data shows the largest bia

Strengthening of the concrete face slabs of dams using sprayable strain-hardening fiber-reinforced cementitious composites

In this study,sprayable strain-hardening fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(FRCC)were applied to strengthen the concrete slabs in a concrete-face rockfill dam(CFRD)for the first ***,numerical,and analytical investigations were carried out to understand the flexural properties of FRCC-layered concrete *** was found that the FRCC layer improved the flexural performance of concrete slabs *** cracking and ultimate loads of a concrete slab with an 80 mm FRCC layer were 132%and 69%higher than those of the unstrengthened concrete slab,*** the maximum crack width of 0.2 mm,the deflection of the 80-mm FRCC strengthened concrete slab was 144%higher than that of the unstrengthened concrete *** addition,a FE model and a simplified analytical method were developed for the design and analysis of FRCC-layered concrete ***,the test result of FRCC leaching solution indicated that the quality of the water surrounding FRCC satisfied the standard for drinking *** findings of this study indicate that the sprayable strain-hardening FRCC has a good potential for strengthening hydraulic structures such as CFRDs.
