Recently, multirobot systems(MRSs) have found extensive applications across various domains, including industrial manufacturing, collaborative formation of unmanned equipment, emergency disaster relief, and war scenarios [1]. These advancements are largely supported by the development of consistency control theory. However, traditional dynamicsfree models may cause instability in complex robotic systems. Lagrangian dynamics offers a better approach for modeling these systems, as it facilitates controller design and optimization analysis. Despite this, challenges persist with unknown parameters and nonlinear friction within the systems.

Background:To investigate SCL/TAL 1 interrupting locus(STIL)’s role and prognostic significance in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)progression,we examined STIL and E2 promoter binding factor 1(E2F1)expression and their impacts on LUAD prognosis using Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis(GEPIA).Methods:Functional assays including CCK-8,wound-healing,5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU),Transwell assays,and flow cytometry,elucidated STIL and E2F1’s effects on cell viability,proliferation,apoptosis,and *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)identified potential pathways,while metabolic assays assessed glucose ***:Our findings reveal that STIL and E2F1 are overexpressed in LUAD,correlating with adverse *** enhances cell proliferation,migration,and invasion,and suppresses apoptosis,activating downstream of *** E2F1 reversed the promotion effect of the STIL overexpression on cell viability and ***,STIL modulates glycolysis,influencing glucose consumption,lactate production,and energy balance in LUAD ***:Our model,incorporating STIL,age,and disease stage,robustly predicts patient prognosis,underscored STIL’s pivotal role in LUAD pathogenesis through metabolic *** comprehensive approach not only confirms STIL’s prognostic value but also highlights its potential as a therapeutic target in LUAD.

Background:Balloon catheter isolation is a promising auxiliary method for thermal ablation treatment of liver cancer. We aimed to explore the safety and effectiveness of balloon catheter isolation-assisted ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation (MWA) in treating liver cancer in difficult anatomical ***:Data of 132 patients with 145 difficult-site liver cancer treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA were retrospectively analyzed. Participants were classified into the isolation (n=40)and non-isolation (n=92) groups based on whether the patients were treated using a balloon catheter prior to ablation. The major complication rates, local tumor residuals (LTR), and tumor follow-up for local tumor progression (LTP) at 6 and 12 months post-ablation were compared between the two ***:The rates of major postoperative complications did not significantly differ between the isolation and non-isolation groups (2.5%vs. 4.3%, P=0.609). The postoperative LTR rates were significantly different between the isolation and non-isolation groups (4.8%vs. 17.5%, P=0.032). Balloon catheter isolation [odds ratio (OR)=0.225, 95%confidence interval (CI):0.085–0.595, P=0.009] and tumor diameter(OR=2.808, 95%CI:1.186–6.647, P=0.019) were identified as independent factors influencing LTR *** cumulative LTP rates at 6 and 12 months after ablation showed no significant differences between the isolation and non-isolation groups (2.6%vs. 7.9%, P=0.661; 4.9%vs. 9.8%, P=0.676, respectively).Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed that tumor diameter was an independent risk factor for cumulative LTP rate (OR=3.445, 95%CI:1.406–8.437, P=0.017).Conclusions:Balloon catheter isolation-assisted MWA was safe and effective in the treatment of difficultsite liver cancer. Additionally, tumor diameter significantly influenced LTR and LTP rates after ablation.

AIM:To investigate the etiology of ocular pathogens and to establish the various pathogens present in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)patients with cytomegalovirus retinitis(CMVR).METHODS:A total of 17 HIV-infected patients with concomitant eye disorders were *** were divided into CMVR group(10 patients,18 eyes)and non-CMVR group(7 patients,9 eyes)based on clinical manifestations and the presence of cytomegalovirus(CMV)-DNA in ocular *** viral load of CMV was assessed using polymerase chain reaction in aqueous humor,vitreous fluid,and peripheral blood samples of patients in the CMVR ***,peripheral blood CD4+T cell counts were measured in both ***:In the CMVR group,the CMV-DNA load in the vitreous and aqueous humor samples was substantially higher than in the peripheral blood samples(P<0.01).CMVDNA load in the aqueous humor and vitreous samples of the two eyes in the CMVR group was determined to be statistically significant(10 patients,16 eyes,P=0.018,0.012).Peripheral blood CD4+T cell counts in the CMVR group were adversely linked with the CMV-DNA load in both the aqueous humor and peripheral blood(P=0.005,0.048).Compared with the non-CMVR group,the peripheral blood CD4+T cell count in the CMVR group decreased significantly(P=0.014).The peripheral blood CD4+T cell count exceeded 300 cells/μL in 85.71%of non-CMVR patients,whereas it was below 100 cells/μL in 90.00%of the CMVR *** intraocular specimens of the patients who underwent CMVR testing did not include any additional ***:In HIV-associated CMVR patients,there may exist alternative,yet unidentified,infection pathways for intraocular CMV in addition to the conventional *** substantial difference in CMV-DNA load between the eyes of most CMVR patients suggests that CMV may originate from different sources in each *** proportion of peripheral blood CD4+T cells in HIV patients is negatively correlated with the quantity of CMV viruses

Iodine is widely used in aqueous zinc batteries（ZBs） due to its abundant resources,low cost,and active redox *** addition to the active material in zinc-iodine batteries,iodine also plays an important role in other ZBs,such as regulating the electrochemical behavior of zinc ions,promoting the reaction kinetic and reversibility of other redox pairs,catalytic behaviors related to iodine reactions,coupling with other halogen ions,shuttle behaviors of polyiodides,***,there is currently a lack of comprehensive discussion on these ***,this review provides a comprehensive overview of the electrochemical behaviors of iodide in the aqueous *** effect of iodine ions on the Zn2+desolvation behaviors and the interfacial behaviors of Zn anode was *** redox pairs boosting other redox pairs,such as MnO2/Mn2+redox pair and vanadium redox pair to obtain high reversibility and capacity was also ***,the catalytic behaviors related to iodine reactions in aqueous ZBs,synergistic reaction with other halogen ions and suppression of shuttle behaviors for high performance zinc-iodine batteries were systematically ***,future prospects for designing effective iodine electrochemical behaviors with practicability are proposed,which will provide scientific guidance for the practical application of iodine-related aqueous ZBs.

In this study,a string of Cr-Mnco-modified activated coke catalysts(XCryMn1-y/AC)were prepared to investigate toluene and Hg0 removal *** characterizations including XRD,TEM,SEM,in situ DRIFTS,BET,XPS and H_(2)-TPR showed that 4%Cr0.5Mn0.5/AC had excellent physicochemical properties and exhibited the best toluene and Hg0 removal efficiency at 200◦*** varying the experimental gas components and conditions,it was found that too large weight hourly space velocity would reduce the removal efficiency of toluene and *** O_(2) promoted the abatement of toluene and Hg0,the inhibitory role of H_(2)O and SO_(2) offset the promoting effect of O_(2) to some *** significantly inhibited Hg0 removal,resulting from that toluene was present at concentrations orders of magnitude greater than mercury’s or the catalyst was more prone to adsorb toluene,while Hg0 almost exerted non-existent influence on toluene *** mechanistic analysis showed that the forms of toluene and Hg0 removal included both adsorption and oxidation,where the high-valent metal cations and oxygen vacancy clusters promoted the redox cycle of Cr^(3+)+Mn^(3+)/Mn^(4+)+Cr^(6+)+Mn^(2+),which facilitated the conversion and replenishment of reactive oxygen species in the oxidation process,and even the CrMn1.5O4 spinel structure could provide a larger catalytic interface,thus enhancing the adsorption/oxidation of toluene and ***,its excellent physicochemical properties make it a costeffective potential industrial catalyst with outstanding synergistic toluene and Hg0 removal performance and preeminent resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2).
