UV curable hyperbranched prepolymers based on amine-ester, ester-amide and ether-amide started with AB_2-type monomers have been prepared by the authors. A series of work on allyl ether maleate hyperbranched polyesters for UV curing coatings by Hult and his colleagues has been reported. However, the UV cured films from those materials are all flammable when attached to fire without addition of flame retardants.

A desirable methanol oxidation electrocatalyst was fabricated by metal atom diffusion to form an alloy of an assembled three-dimensional （3D） radial nanostructure of SnNi nanoneedles loaded with SnNiPt nanoparticles （NPs）.Herein,metal atom diffusion occurred between the SnNi support and loaded Pt NPs to form a SnNiPt ternary alloy on the catalyst *** as-obtained catalyst combines the excellent catalytic performance of the alloy and advantages of the 3D nanostructure;the SnNiPt NPs,which fused on the surface of the SnNi nanoneedle support,can dramatically improve the availability of Pt during electrocatalysis,and thus elevate the catalytic *** addition,the efficient mass transfer of the 3D nanostructure reduced the onset ***,the catalyst achieved a favorable CO poisoning resistance and enhanced *** atomic interdiffusion,the catalytic activity drastically increased by 45%,and the other performances substantially *** results demonstrate the significant advantage and enormous potential of the atomic interdiffusion treatment in catalytic applications.

A cementitious material was prepared by mixing 80wt% Si-Mn slag powder, 10wt% lime, and 10wt% anhydrite. The compressive strength of mortar samples reaches 51.48 MPa after 28 d curing. The analyses of X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） show that much ettringite is formed in the sample cured for 3 d, and C-S-H gel increases rapidly during subsequent curing. Nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） analysis of 29Si and 27Al and infrared spectroscopy （IR） analysis show that aluminum decomposition from tetrahedral network of the slag glass and its subsequent migration and re-combination play an important role in the process of hydration and strength development of the samples.

Bioorthogonal catalysis mediated by abiotic transition metal catalysts(TMCs)is emerging as a momentum-gathering strategy for in situ generation of ***,the unpredictable leakage and deposition of TMCs in living systems easily lead to nonspecific exposure of catalysts and concomitant off-target prodrug ***,we propose an enzyme-gated bioorthogonal catalytic nanoreactor constructed from hyaluronic acid(HA)-coated dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles(DMSNs),where the latter serves as a host for robustly immobilizing organometallic Ru(ll)catalysts via covalent *** covalent immobilization of catalysts within the nanoscaffold effectively avoids nonspecific metal leakage under biological ***,the grafted HA not only acts as a"gatekeeper"preventing unintended catalyst exposure in nontargeted tissues but also acts as a ligand targeting CD44 overexpressed cancer *** receptor-mediated endocytosis into tumor cells,HA is degraded by the overexpressed hyaluronidase-1,leading to the channel opening of the nanoreactors and hence gaining the accessibility of Ru(ll)complexes to *** therapeutic potency of this enzyme-gated nanoreactor in mediating site-specific activation of caged prodrugs was systematically demonstrated both in cellular settings and in tumor-bearing murine *** enzyme-gated strategy enhances the efficacy of localized treatment while avoiding off-target prodrug activation,paving the way for advancing bioorthogonal catalysis for disease management in a safe and effective way.

Heat stress(HS)can be detrimental to the gut health of *** negative outcomes induced by HS are increasingly recognized as including modulation of intestinal *** turn,the intestinal microbiota is a unique ecosystem playing a critical role in mediating the host stress ***,we aimed to characterize gut microbiota of pigs’exposure to short-term HS,to explore a possible link between the intestinal microbiota and HS-related changes,including serum cytokines,oxidation status,and intestinal epithelial barrier *** findings showed that HS led to intestinal morphological and integrity changes(villus height,serum diamine oxidase[DAO],serum D-lactate and the relative expressions of tight junction proteins),reduction of serum cytokines(interleukin[IL]-8,IL-12,interferongamma[IFN-g]),and antioxidant activity(higher glutathione[GSH]and malondialdehyde[MDA]content,and lower superoxide dismutase[SOD]).Also,16S rRNA sequencing analysis revealed that although there was no difference in microbial a-diversity,some HS-associated composition differences were revealed in the ileum and cecum,which partly led to an imbalance in the production of short-chain fatty acids including propionate acid and valerate *** networks revealed that HS-derived changes in bacterial genera and microbial metabolites,such as Chlamydia,Lactobacillus,Succinivibrio,Bifidobacterium,Lachnoclostridium,and propionic acid,were correlated with oxidative stress,intestinal barrier dysfunction,and inflammation in ***,our observations suggest that intestinal damage induced by HS is probably partly related to the gut microbiota dysbiosis,though the underlying mechanism remains to be fully elucidated.

BACKGROUND Cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)is rare but may result in uterine rupture during pregnancy or massive hemorrhage during abortion *** of this condition is increasing,and most patients with CSP are now diagnosed early and can be managed ***,some atypical patients are misdiagnosed,and their surgical risks are underestimated,increasing the risk of fatal *** SUMMARY A 27-year-old Asian woman visited our institution because of abnormal pregnancy,and she was diagnosed with a hydatidiform mole through transvaginal ultrasound(TVS).Under hysteroscopy,a large amount of placental tissue was found in the scar of the lower uterine segment,and a sudden massive hemorrhage occurred during the removal *** bilateral internal iliac arteries were temporarily blocked under laparoscopy,and scar resection and repair were rapidly *** was discharged in good condition 5 d after the *** Although TVS is widely used in the diagnosis of CSP,delays in the diagnosis of atypical CSP *** treatment following internal iliac artery temporary occlusion may be an appropriate management method for unanticipated massive hemorrhage during CSP surgery.

As a novel three dimensional digital image correlation （3D DIC） method, the bi-prism-based single lens （BSL） 3D DIC method has been proposed and developed in recent years. Making use ofa bi-prism, this method is able to perform a 3D DIC measurement using only a single camera. Thus, the integration level of a BSL 3D DIC system could be much higher than that of the double-camera 3D DIC system. In this paper, using a small-angle bi-prism and a camera with a longer focal length, a special BSL 3D DIC system with a long working distance is designed for measurements in extreme environments. The principle of the system is first studied, and practical methods are then proposed for the system set-up and the determination of system parameters. Then, feasibility of the measurement system is verified by out-of-plane rigid-body translation tests. Finally, the BSL 3D DIC system is proven to be capable of combining with a high-temperature testing instrument to perform deformation tests in a high-temperature environment of up to 1500℃.

Designing efficient electrocatalysts for efficient hydrogen evolution is extremely desired but challenging. Herein, we report a facile MOF-assisted strategy to synthesize the hierarchical hollow spherical NiRu-C nanohybrid with closely packed rod-like bulges on the surface. Benefited from the more exposed active sites of NiRu-C nanohybrid and the efficient electron/mass transport in its unique hierarchical hollow spherical nanostructure, the optimized nanohybrid showed excellent performance for alkaline hydrogen evolution with ultralow overpotentials, which are much superior to those of Pt/C and the overwhelming majority of reported electrocatalysts. The interpretation of the reaction mechanism was further discussed with DFT calculations. Our research may provide a guidance for the development of advanced electrocatalysts with controlled morphology and excellent performance for future energy applications.
