目的了解西宁市宾馆、理发店空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨及甲醛等化学污染物的污染状况及健康风险特征,识别可能存在有害物质,为西宁市公共场所卫生状况的改善与管理提供依据。方法2021年对西宁市18家宾馆、9家理发店空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨及甲醛进行监测,采用健康风险评价方法评价宾馆、理发店空气中化学污染物对从业人员的非致癌和致癌风险。结果2021年西宁市宾馆、理发店空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨均未超标,慢性非致癌效应的危害系数(hazard quo-tient,HQ)均低于1。甲醛致癌风险值高于1×10^(-4),苯的致癌风险值略高于1×10^(-6)。结论西宁市宾馆、理发店空气中氨、苯、甲苯和二甲苯暴露量未超过不良反应阈值,非致癌风险较低;甲醛、苯对人群具有潜在的致癌风险。

目的探讨西宁市城区PM_(2.5)对儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病门诊量的影响。方法收集2018—2020年西宁市城区逐日气象资料、大气污染物数据、儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病门诊量并进行分析。采用基于Quasi-Poisson回归的广义线性模型(GLM),控制时间的季节和长期趋势、气象因素、星期几效应后,分别开展PM_(2.5)与逐日儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病门诊量的单滞后效应(lag0~lag7)和累积滞后效应(lag01~lag07)分析,计算PM_(2.5)每升高10μg/m^(3)时儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病增加的超额危险度(ER)。结果2018—2020年西宁市城区PM_(2.5)浓度变化趋势与儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病门诊量呈现一致的月度特征,PM_(2.5)年平均浓度为32μg/m^(3),儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病日均门诊量依次为119、57、32例。PM_(2.5)浓度每升高10μg/m^(3),儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病门诊量分别在滞后日lag1 d、lag1 d、lag0 d到达最大值,就诊风险分别增加2.02%(95%CI:1.64%~2.41%),2.18%(95%CI:1.60%~2.77%),2.10%(95%CI:1.41%~2.81%),且存在累积滞后效应。结论西宁市城区PM_(2.5)对儿童呼吸系统疾病、上呼吸道感染和慢性下呼吸道疾病存在一定的急性效应。

目的:调研无创产前筛查(noninvasive prenatal testing,NIPT)胎儿性染色体非整倍体(sex chromosomal aneuploidy,SCA)疾病高危孕妇接受产前诊断的情况以及对于SCA胎儿的接受程度和妊娠选择。方法:选取2019年12月—2023年2月自愿来天津市妇女儿童保健中心进行NIPT的孕妇共23804例,收集NIPT成功检测并提示胎儿SCA高危的孕妇情况,对其介入性产前诊断情况以及分娩情况等进行回顾性分析。结果:NIPT检测成功者中阳性率为0.30%(72/23730)。72例中仅44例(61.11%)接受介入性产前诊断(均进行羊膜腔穿刺)并确诊SCA病例25例,阳性预测值为56.82%(25/44)。NIPT针对性染色体三体综合征的总体阳性预测值为95.45%(21/22),针对性染色体单体综合征的阳性预测值为13.64%(3/22),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=29.700,P<0.001)。确诊SCA者中13例孕妇选择继续妊娠,均足月活产。不同类型的SCA终止妊娠率不同(47,XXX 20%,47,XXY 100%,47,XYY 40%,45,X 100%);28例拒绝进行介入性产前诊断的孕妇经追访,2例妊娠晚期失访;1例自然流产,未进行相关遗传学检测;1例因超声发现胎儿胸腔积液、脐膨出引产,引产胎儿未作相关检测;24例足月活产(其中1例分娩后半年追访:因生殖器问题行染色体核型分析,确诊47,XXY)。结论:NIPT提示胎儿SCA高危的遗传咨询应全面谨慎,针对胎儿确诊为SCA而选择继续妊娠以及拒绝产前诊断的孕妇,应提供完善的妊娠期产检监测,以及胎儿分娩后的生长发育监测和干预的健康管理。

采用热充氢方法对S31603不锈钢进行预充氢,随后在空气环境中对未充氢与热充氢试验钢进行不同温度下的慢应变速率拉伸试验,研究了热充氢对试验钢显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:相同温度下,热充氢前后试验钢的强度、延伸率和断面收缩率均没有明显变化,热充氢对试验钢的塑性及强度无明显影响;不同状态试样的拉伸断口形貌均为韧窝状断裂,热充氢、温度变化不改变试验钢的断裂性质;充氢前后试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率均随着温度升高而降低,但断面收缩率保持稳定,且均在高温铁素体所在位置优先发生断裂。

This article addresses the secure finite-time tracking problem via event-triggered command-filtered control for nonlinear time-delay cyber physical systems(CPSs)subject to cyber *** the attack circumstance,the output and state information of CPSs is unavailable for the feedback design,and the classical coordinate conversion of the iterative process is incompetent in relation to the tracking *** solve this,a new coordinate conversion is proposed by considering the attack gains and the reference signal *** employing the transformed variables,a modified fractional-order command-filtered signal is incorporated to overcome the complexity explosion issue,and the Nussbaum function is used to tackle the varying attack *** systematically constructing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,an adaptive event-triggered mechanism is presented in detail,with which the communication resources are greatly saved,and the finite-time tracking of CPSs under cyber attacks is ***,an example demonstrates the effectiveness.

Polymer microspheres(PMs),such as polyacrylamide,have been widely applied for enhanced oil recovery(EOR),yet with environmental ***,we report a microfluid displacement technology containing a bio-based eco-friendly material,i.e.,calcium alginate(CaAlg)microspheres for *** dominant mechanisms responsible for EOR over Ca Alg fluid have been verified,including the microscopic oil displacement efficacy augmented by regulating capillary force(determined by the joint action of interfacial tension and wettability between different phases)and macroscopic sweep volume increment through profile control and mobility ratio *** comprehensive effectiveness can be further impacted when the CaAlg microsphere is embellished ulteriorly by using appropriate amount of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS).The core flooding and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)tests demonstrate that CaAlg-SDS microsphere can balance the interphase property regulation(wettability alteration and IFT reduction)and rheology properties,enabling simultaneous profile control and oil *** introduction of SDS will have a negative impact on rheological properties,which is not favored for *** results show that the involvement of 4-m M SDS will provide the best behavior,with an EOR rate of 34.38%.This cost-effective and environmentally-friendly bio-microspherebased microfluidic displacement technology is expected to achieve“green”oil recovery in future oilfield exploitation.
