Furin is a pro-protein convertase that moves between the trans-Golgi network and cell surface in the secretory *** have previously reported that cerebral overexpres-sion of furin promotes cognitive functions in ***,by generating the brain-specific furin conditional knockout(ckO)mice,we investigated the role of furin in brain *** found that furin deficiency caused early death and growth *** resonance im-aging showed severe *** the brain of furin cko mice,impaired ciliogenesis and the derangement of microtubule structures appeared along with the down-regulated expres-sion of RAB2.,a ciliary vesicle *** line with the widespread neuronal loss,ependymal cell layers were *** proteomics analysis revealed that cell adhesion molecules including astrocyte-enriched ITGB8 and BCAR1 were altered in furin cKO mice;and astrocyte overgrowth was accompanied by the reduced expression of sox9,indicating a disrupted differ-entiation into ependymal ***,whereas alteration of RAB2. expression correlated with the role of vesicle trafficking in ciliogenesis,dysfunctional astrocytes might be involved in ependymal damage contributing to hydrocephalus in furin ckO *** structural and mo-lecular alterations provided a clue for further studying the potential mechanisms of furin.

Phase change materials(PCMs)offer a promising solution to address the challenges posed by intermittency and fluctuations in solar thermal ***,for organic solid-liquid PCMs,issues such as leakage,low thermal conductivity,lack of efficient solar-thermal media,and flamma-bility have constrained their broad ***,we present an innova-tive class of versatile composite phase change materials(CPCMs)developed through a facile and environmentally friendly synthesis approach,leveraging the inherent anisotropy and unidirectional porosity of wood aerogel(nanowood)to support polyethylene glycol(PEG).The wood modification process involves the incorporation of phytic acid(PA)and MXene hybrid structure through an evaporation-induced assembly method,which could impart non-leaking PEG filling while concurrently facilitating thermal conduction,light absorption,and ***,the as-prepared wood-based CPCMs showcase enhanced thermal conductivity(0.82.W m^(-1)K^(-1),about 4.6 times than PEG)as well as high latent heat of 135.5 kJ kg^(-1)(91.5%encapsula-tion)with thermal durability and stability throughout at least 2.0 heating and cooling cycles,featuring dramatic solar-thermal conversion efficiency up to 98.58%.In addition,with the synergistic effect of phytic acid and MXene,the flame-retardant performance of the CPCMs has been significantly enhanced,showing a self-extinguishing ***,the excellent electromagnetic shielding of 44.45 dB was endowed to the CPCMs,relieving contemporary health hazards associated with electromagnetic ***,we capitalize on the exquisite wood cell structure with unidirectional transport inherent in the development of multifunctional CPCMs,showcasing the operational principle through a proof-of-concept prototype system.

A 32. bp of nifH fragment was PCR amplified from Paenibacillus massiliensis T7 using the universal degenerate primers. The PCR-amplified nifH fragment was labeled with DIG; then used as a probe in Southern blot analysis. Southern blot result showed that there were two positive signals, indicating that there might be two copies of nifH in P. massiliensis T7. A total of 102.4 bp DNA sequence containing purD; nifBHDKENX was obtained by five rounds of inverse-PCR amplification. The predicted proteins of nifBHDKENX had high homology with those from other nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Only one putative σ[54]-dependent promoter sequence was detected upstream of the nifB gene; nifBHDKENX were likely to be organized in one operon. Assays of β-galactosidase activity of P. massiliensis T7PB carrying a nifB-lacZ fusion under different concentrations of NH4 [+]; O2.showed that the expression of nifB-lacZ was strongly inhibited by O2.

The electronic properties of ground state and charged excited states of nondegenerate polydiacetylene were investigated by means of a tight-binding model. The parameters of the model were obtained by comparison of the experimental and other theoretical results. It was found that there is a stable dimerized structure of polydiacetylene in ground state and the doping induces the nonlinear excitations, such as polarons and bipolarons. In order to compare the stability of polaron and bipolaron, the creation energy and binding energy were separately defined. By neglecting the electron-electron Coulomb interaction, a bipolaron is more stable than two independent polarons.

The effects of cryogenic treatment(CT)and tempering-cryogenic treatment(TCT)on the microstructure and properties of coarse-grained WC-10Co cemented carbides with different carbon contents were *** binder phase,WC mean grain sizes,W solubility in the binder,relative magnetic s aturation,densities,hardness,wear resistance and second phase precipitation of cemented carbides with different heat treatments were *** results show that there are significant changes of microstructure and properties in the samples with CT and TCT,especially due to the precipitation of metastable nanoparticles W_(x)Co_(y)C_(z) in the binder during the heat treatments of CT and *** the simultaneous combination of microstructure and nanoparticle-reinforced binder,a dramatically improved combination of hardness and wear resistance of the samples after TCT has been achieved.

In terms of the theory of the three hierarchies of distribution in economics,private law can be seen as embodying a 2.5th *** distribution confers equal objective rights on all private agents,who acquire subjective rights through de facto and de jure *** legal environment should be conducive to unleashing the energy and creativity of agents,supporting entrepreneurs,safeguarding competitive neutrality and promoting the mobility of factors of production in order to consolidate the material foundation of common *** changes the rules of primary distribution and is an inherent and rightful function of private *** equalizing the strengths and weaknesses of the interactions of private agents,redistribution is better able to promote self-determination and defend human dignity than public ***,it enables private law to achieve the national goals of enhancing social welfare and reducing confrontation in the operation of *** law lies between redistribution and tertiary distribution,occupying the 2.5th *** most typical expression is"interference liability,"i.e.,justified harm inflicted in cases of necessity(Aufopferungshaftung).This includes the expansion of the social liability of profitmaking legal persons,the expansion of tort liability,and the limitation of the return of *** law enables distributive justice to serve as a common basis for the various hierarchies of distribution,incorporating the different values of private law and weighting them differently depending on the *** justice can also help to transform all private law rules into laws of nature,thus highlighting the neutrality of private law.

Head and neck cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the *** propose SE-nnU-Net by adapting SE(squeeze and excitation) normalization into nnU-Net,so as to segment head and neck tumors in PET/CT images by combining advantages of SE capturing features of interest regions and nnU-Net configuring itself for a specific *** basic module referred to convolution-ReLU-SE is designed for *** the encoder it is combined with residual structure while in the decoder without residual *** loss function combines Dice loss and Focal *** specific data preprocessing and augmentation techniques are developed,and specific network architecture is ***,the deep supervised mechanism is introduced to calculate the loss function using the last four layers of the decoder of *** SE-nnU-net is applied to HECKTOR 2.2. and HECKTOR 2.2. challenges,respectively,using different experimental *** experimental results show that SE-nnU-Net for HECKTOR 2.2. obtained 0.745,0.82.,and 0.72. in terms of Dice,Precision,and Recall,respectively,while the SE-nnU-Net for HECKTOR 2.2. obtains 0.778 and 3.088 in terms of Dice and median HD95,*** SE-nnU-Net for segmenting head and neck tumors can provide auxiliary opinions for doctors diagnoses.

A wireless sensor network mobile target tracking algorithm(ISO-EKF)based on improved snake optimization algorithm(ISO)is proposed to address the difficulty of estimating initial values when using extended Kalman filtering to solve the state of nonlinear mobile target ***,the steps of extended Kalman filtering(EKF)are ***,the ISO is used to adjust the parameters of the EKF in real time to adapt to the current motion state of the mobile ***,the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated through filtering and tracking using the constant velocity circular motion model(CM).Under the specified conditions,the position and velocity mean square error curves are compared among the snake optimizer(SO)-EKF algorithm,EKF algorithm,and the proposed *** comparison shows that the proposed algorithm reduces the root mean square error of position by 52.and 41%compared to the SOEKF algorithm and EKF algorithm,respectively.
