It has been confirmed that microplastics(MPs)are present in the *** study simulated secondary PE-MPs via aging and mechanical processes to evaluate their effects on Pak choi(Brassica rapa L.)over 21 *** common pollutants,dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane(DDT)and naphthalene,were used in the combined toxicity *** results indicated that the growth of Pak choi was significantly inhibited after exposure to secondary PE-MPs,and the combined effects were antagonistic,owing to the adsorption capacity of secondary PE-MPs to DDT and *** stress in Pak choi can be markedly affected,leading to oxidative damage to plant *** moisture content,soil bulk density,soil density,cation exchange capacity(CEC),and FDA hydrolase in the planted soils increased in the treated groups,and the TOC content changed *** also found that the microbial composition of the soil in the DDT and naphthalene groups showed more significant alterations than that in the other *** diversity analysis showed that species diversity increased in the combined groups but indicated a clear downward trend in the single MPs *** study suggests that secondary PE-MPs harm the growth of Pak choi and can change soil properties,revealing the harm to the ecosystem of MPs in the soil.

Feature Selection(FS)is an important data management technique that aims to minimize redundant information in a *** work proposes DENGO,an improved version of the Northern Goshawk Optimization(NGO),to address the FS *** NGO is an efficient swarm-based algorithm that takes its inspiration from the predatory actions of the northern *** order to overcome the disadvantages that NGO is prone to local optimum trap,slow convergence speed and low convergence accuracy,two strategies are introduced in the original NGO to boost the effectiveness of ***,a learning strategy is proposed where search members learn by learning from the information gaps of other members of the population to enhance the algorithm's global search ability while improving the population ***,a hybrid differential strategy is proposed to improve the capability of the algorithm to escape from the trap of the local optimum by perturbing the individuals to improve convergence accuracy and *** prove the effectiveness of the suggested DENGO,it is measured against eleven advanced algorithms on the CEC2015 and CEC2017 benchmark functions,and the obtained results demonstrate that the DENGO has a stronger global exploration capability with higher convergence performance and ***,the proposed DENGO is used for FS,and the 29 benchmark datasets from the UCL database prove that the DENGO-based FS method equipped with higher classification accuracy and stability compared with eight other popular FS methods,and therefore,DENGO is considered to be one of the most prospective FS ***'s code can be obtained at https://***/matlabcentral/fileexchange/158811-project1.

Walnut dreg protein hydrolysates(WDPHs)exhibit a variety of biological activities,however,the cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)inhibitory peptide of WDPHs remain *** aim of this study was to rapidly screen for such peptides in WDPHs through a combination of in silico and in vitro *** total,1262 peptide sequences were observed by nano liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(nano LC-MS/MS)and 4 novel COX-2 inhibitory peptides(AGFP,FPGA,LFPD,and VGFP)were *** kinetic data indicated that AGFP,FPGA,and LFPD displayed mixed-type COX-2 inhibition,whereas VGFP was a non-competitive *** is mainly because the peptides form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions with residues in the COX-2 active *** results demonstrate that computer analysis combined with in vitro evaluation allows for rapid screening of COX-2 inhibitory peptides in walnut protein dregs.

To understand the hot compression deformation characteristics of the self-developed Al-9.3Zn-2.4Mg^(-1).1Cu alloy,the hot compression tests of Al-9.3Zn-2.4Mg^(-1).1Cu alloy were investigated by Gleeble 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator to determine the best hot processing *** hot deformation temperatures were 300,350,400,and 450℃,and the strain rates were 1,0.1,0.01,and 0.003 s^(-1),*** on the experimental results,the constitutive equation and hot processing maps are established,and the corresponding strain rate and temperature-sensitive index are *** results show that Al-9.3Zn-2.4Mg^(-1).1Cu alloy has a dynamic softening trend and high strain rate sensitivity during the isothermal compression *** hot deformation behavior can be described by an Arrhenius-type equation after strain *** temperature has a negligible effect on the hot processing properties,while a low strain rate is favorable for the hot working of *** processing maps and microstructure show that the optimal processing conditions were in the temperature range of 400-450℃and strain rate range of 0.003-0.005 s^(-1).

Flocculation flotation is the most efficient method for recovering fine-grained minerals,and its essence lies in flotation and recovery of *** physical characteristics of flocs are mainly determined by their apparent particle size and structure(density and morphology).Substantial researches have been conducted regarding the effect of floc characteristics on particle settling and water ***,the influence of floc characteristics on flotation has not been widely *** on the floc formation and flocculation flotation,this study reviews the fundamental physical characteristics of flocs from the perspectives of floc particle size and structure,summarizing the interaction between floc particle size and ***,it thoroughly discusses the effect of floc particle size and structure on floc floatability,further revealing the influence of floc characteristics on bubble collision and adhesion and elucidating the mechanisms of interaction between flocs and ***,it is observed that floc particle size is not the only factor influencing flocculation *** the appropriate apparent particle size range,flocs with a compact structure exhibit higher efficiency in bubble collision and adhesion during flotation,thereby resulting in enhanced flotation *** study aims to provide a reference for flocculation flotation,targeting the development of more efficient and refined flocculation flotation processes in the future.

This paper proposes a new method for service restoration of distribution network with the support of transportable power sources(TPSs)and repair crews(RCs).Firstly,a coupling model of distribution networks and vehicle routing of TPSs and RCs is proposed,where the TPSs serve as emergency power supply sources,and the RCs are used to repair the faulted *** the uncertainty of traffic congestion,the probability distribution of the travel time spent on each road is derived based on the Nesterov user equilibrium model,and a two-stage stochastic program is formulated to determine the optimal routings of TPSs and *** efficiently solve the proposed stochastic mixed-integer linear program(MILP),a two-phase scenario reduction method is then developed to scale down the problem size,and an adaptive progressive hedging algorithm is used for an efficient *** effectiveness of the proposed methods and algorithms has been illustrated in a modified IEEE 33-bus system.

Highly dispersed bimetallic alloy nanoparticle electrocatalysts have been demonstrated to exhibit exceptional performance in driving the nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)RR)to generate ammonia(NH_(3)).In this study,we prepared mesoporous carbon nanofibers(mCNFs)functionalized with ordered PtFe alloys(O-PtFe-mCNFs)by a composite micelle interface-induced co-assembly method using poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS)as a *** employed as electrocatalysts,O-PtFe-mCNFs exhibited superior electrocatalytic performance for the NO_(3RR)compared to the mCNFs functionalized with disordered PtFe alloys(D-PtFe-mCNFs).Notably,the NH_(3)production performance was particularly outstanding,with a maximum NH_(3)yield of up to 959.6μmol/(h·cm~2).Furthermore,the Faraday efficiency(FE)was even 88.0%at-0.4 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE).This finding provides compelling evidence of the potential of ordered PtFe alloy catalysts for the electrocatalytic NO_(3)RR.

With the advent of Industry 4.0,marked by a surge in intelligent manufacturing,advanced sensors embedded in smart factories now enable extensive data collection on equipment *** analysis of such data is pivotal for ensuring production safety,a critical factor in monitoring the health status of manufacturing *** defect detection techniques,typically limited to specific scenarios,often require manual feature extraction,leading to inefficiencies and limited versatility in the overall *** research presents an intelligent defect detection methodology that leverages deep learning techniques to automate feature extraction and defect localization *** proposed approach encompasses a suite of components:the high-level feature learning block(HLFLB),the multi-scale feature learning block(MSFLB),and a dynamic adaptive fusion block(DAFB),working in tandem to extract meticulously and synergistically aggregate defect-related characteristics across various scales and hierarchical *** have conducted validation of the proposed method using datasets derived from gearbox and bearing *** empirical outcomes underscore the superior defect detection capability of our *** demonstrates consistently high performance across diverse datasets and possesses the accuracy required to categorize defects,taking into account their specific locations and the extent of damage,proving the method’s effectiveness and reliability in identifying defects in industrial components.
