Group Decision-Making Model of Renal Cancer Surgery Options Using Entropy Fuzzy Element Aczel-Alsina Weighted Aggregation Operators under the Environment of Fuzzy Multi-Sets

Since existing selection methods of surgical treatment schemes of renal cancer patients mainly depend on physicians’clinical experience and judgments,the surgical treatment options of renal cancer patients lack their scientifical and reasonable information expression and group decision-making model for renal cancer *** multi-sets(FMSs)have a number of properties,which make them suitable for expressing the uncertain information of medical diagnoses and treatments in group decision-making(GDM)*** choose the most appropriate surgical treatment scheme for a patient with localized renal cell carcinoma(RCC)(T1 stage kidney tumor),this article needs to develop an effective GDM model based on the fuzzy multivalued evaluation information of the renal cancer ***,we propose a conversionmethod of transforming FMSs into entropy fuzzy sets(EFSs)based on the mean and Shannon entropy of a fuzzy sequence in FMS to reasonably simplify the information expression and operations of FMSs and define the score function of an entropy fuzzy element(EFE)for ranking ***,we present the Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm operations of EFEs and the EFE Aczel-Alsina weighted arithmetic averaging(EFEAAWAA)and EFE Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric averaging(EFEAAWGA)***,we develop a multicriteria GDM model of renal cancer surgery options in the setting of ***,the proposed GDM model is applied to two clinical cases of renal cancer patients to choose the best surgical treatment scheme for a renal cancer patient in the setting of *** selected results of two clinical cases verify the efficiency and rationality of the proposed GDM model in the setting of FMSs.

An Innovation of Evaluation and Design of Vehicle Acceleration Sound Based on EEG Signals

There is a bottleneck in the design of vehicle sound that the subjective perception of sound quality that combines multiple psychological factors fails to be accurately and objectively ***,EEG signals are introduced in this paper to investigate the evaluation and design method of vehicle acceleration sound with powerful sound ***,the experiment of EEG acquisition and subjective evaluation under the stimulation of powerful vehicle sounds is conducted,respectively,then three physiological EEG features of PSD_β,PSD_γand DE are constructed to evaluate the vehicle sounds based on the correlation analysis ***,the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(AGA)is proposed to optimize the Elman model,where an intelligent model(AGA–Elman)is constructed to objectively predicate the perception of subjects for the vehicle sounds with powerful sound *** results demonstrate that the error of the constructed AGA–Elman model is only 2.88%,which outperforms than the traditional BP and Elman model;Finally,two vehicle acceleration sounds(Design1 and Design2)are designed based on the constructed AGA–Elman model from the perspective of order modulation and frequency modulation,which provide the acoustic theoretical guidance for the design of vehicle sound incorporating the EEG signals.

Three-Stages Hyperspectral Image Compression Sensing with Band Selection

Compressed sensing(CS),as an efficient data transmission method,has achieved great success in the field of data transmission such as image,video and *** can robustly recover signals from fewer Measurements,effectively alleviating the bandwidth pressure during data ***,CS has many shortcomings in the transmission of hyperspectral image(HSI)*** work aims to consider the application of CS in the transmission of hyperspectral image(HSI)data,and provides a feasible research scheme for CS of HSI *** has rich spectral information and spatial information in bands,which can reflect the physical properties of the *** of the hyperspectral image compressed sensing(HSICS)algorithms cannot effectively use the inter-band information of HSI,resulting in poor reconstruction *** this paper,A three-stage hyperspectral image compression sensing algorithm(Three-stages HSICS)is proposed to obtain intra-band and inter-band characteristics of HSI,which can improve the reconstruction accuracy of ***,we establish a multi-objective band selection(Mop-BS)model,amulti-hypothesis prediction(MHP)model and a residual sparse(ReWSR)model for HSI,and use a staged reconstruction method to restore the compressed *** simulation results show that the three-stage HSICS successfully improves the reconstruction accuracy of HSICS,and it performs best among all comparison algorithms.

Research on Measurement Method of Muffler Performance under High Temperature and High-Speed Airflow Conditions

Ignoring the influence of flow velocity and flow temperature on muffling performance,performance tests were conducted without airflow in the development phase of the muffler which accounts to the difficulty of obtaining a perfect match between the actual noise reduction effect and the design *** on the two-load test theory,a set of high-temperature and high-speed airflow simulation measurement devices for the muffler has been *** order to avoid the impact of high-temperature and high-speed airflow on the sensor,a high temperature resistant sensor holder has been designed for the test *** sound pressure has been measured in the pipe by using the lead-out *** addition,a variable impedance load is placed at the end of the test tube to realize the switch between two different impedance loads by the wave handle of the variable impedance load.A sound source correction method is proposed to decrease the random fluctuation of the spectral characteristics of the output noise signal,which is caused by the acoustic impedance variation at the connection between the transition pipeline and the combined sound source ***,an acoustic software has been used to calculate the transmission loss of the muffler in the presence of high temperature *** comparing the experimental measurements and the simulation results,the small difference shows that:the bench not only can effectively simulate high-temperature and flow velocity environment of the engine but also accurately test the transmission loss of the muffler.

Mechanism of apoptotic induction on T24 cells by honokiol and its synergistic anticancer effect in combination with hydroxycamptothecin

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism of honokiol(HNK)on bladder cancer cells and its synergistic anticancer effect with hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT).METHODS:Control,HNK,HCPT,and HNK plus HCPT groups were *** morphological characteristics of T24 cells were examined *** maximal experimental concentration of HNK and HCPT were determined according to IC10 detected by MTT.T24 cell viability and the percentage of apoptotic cells were assessed on the basis of MTT and flow cytometric *** expression of caspase-3,caspase-9,phosphorylated nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)-p65,Akt,and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)proteins were analyzed by Western ***:Apoptosis in T24 cells was observed microscopically in both the HNK and HCPT groups and even more obvious in the HNK plus HCPT *** percentage of T24 cell viability decreased down to 19.41%,and the percentage of apoptotic cells rose to 54.08% when treated with HNK plus HCPT in an HNK dose-dependent *** induction of caspase-3 and caspase-9 proteins and the inhibition of phosphorylation of NF-κB-p65,Akt,and ERK proteins in T24 cells were demonstrated in the HNK groups,and more significantly in the HNK plus HCPT groups,but not in the HCPT ***:The anticancer effect of HNK may be due to the activation of the caspase pathway and inhibition of phosphorylation of NF-κB,Akt,and *** in combination with HCPT produces a synergistic cell-killing effect on bladder cancer cells.

γ-catenin alleviates cardiac fibrosis through inhibiting phosphorylation of GSK-3β

Cardiac fibrosis is a common pathological change of many cardiovascular diseases. β-catenin has been shown to promote fibrosis. However, the precise role of its homolog γ-catenin in the process of fibrosis remains largely unclear. In this study, we found that the expression of γ-catenin was significantly decreased in angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)-induced cardiac fibrosis model, contrary to most reports of β-catenin. Overexpression of γ-catenin in cardiac fibroblasts(CFs) significantly inhibited the expression of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA), whereas knocking down the expression of γ-catenin with si RNA promoted the occurrence of cardiac ***, γ-catenin could bind to GSK-3β to inhibit the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, therefore preventing cardiac fibrosis. Our study shows that γ-catenin is an important protective factor in cardiac fibrosis, which provides a new potential target for the treatment of cardiac fibrosis.

The liver,adipose tissue,and skeletal muscle work not only independently but also collaboratively to maintain glucose and lipid homeostasis under different nutritional and environmental conditions(da Silva Rosa et al.,2020).Dysfunctions of these active metabolic and endocrine tissues lead to a variety of metabolic,cardiovascular,and cerebrovascular disorders,including type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),atherosclerosis,metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD;also previously known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease),and stroke(Wang et al.,2020).Here,we summarize the interaction between the liver and muscle in the regulation of glucolipid metabolism and discuss the key metabolic factors that mediate their crosstalk in the context of physiological(fasting and postprandial state)and pathological conditions(obesity,T2DM,and MAFLD).

We report a unique shell margin that differed from the usual shell structure of Pinctada *** observed empty organic envelopes in the prismatic layer and the formation of the nacreous layer in the shell *** the characteristics of the growing margin indicated that the shell was growing *** explain this anomaly,we propose the concept of "jumping development".During jumping development,the center of growth in the bivalve shell jumps forward over a short time interval when the position of the mantle *** development explains the unusual structure of the anomalous shell and the development of annual growth lines in typical *** growth lines are the result of a discontinuity in the shell microstructure induced by jumping development.

Analysis of home care-based multi-level old-age service system

With the deepening of China＇s aging, China＇s social pension problem more obvious each day, and gradually become the focus of attention of the whole society. On the one hand, China entered the aging society, old-age needs to grow exponentially. The sixth national census shows that in our country, the population aged 60 and 13.26% of the total population over the total number of 179 million, 65 years and older the proportion of 8.87% of the total population, the absolute number of nearly 120 million. Hundreds of millions of older age groups will produce a growing demand for care services, which is the original old-age service system and the whole economic and social development is a huge pressure. On the other hand, with the economic and social transformation, the traditional model of family pension has been unable to adapt to the profound changes in modem employment, family structure, the concept of retirement, since most parts of China, ＂old before getting ricE＂ the situation, how to solve the elderly the pension problem is related to the overall situation of China＇s economic and social development, related to the overall situation of building a harmonious society in China.
