Inflammatory and Immunomodulatory Effects of Tripterygium wilfordii Multiglycoside in Mouse Models of Psoriasis Keratinocytes

Objective:To determine the role of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside(TGW) in the treatment of psoriatic dermatitis from a cellular immunological ***:Mouse models of psoriatic dermatitis were established by imiquimod(IMQ).Twelve male BALB/c mice were assigned to MQ or IMQ+TGW groups according to a random number *** changes in vivo were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin *** of immune cells and cytokines in mice,as well as PAM212 cell proliferation in vitro were assessed by flow ***-inflammatory cytokine expression was determined using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain ***:TGW significantly ameliorated the severity of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse skin lesions and restrained the activation of CD45^(+)cells,neutrophils and T lymphocytes(all Pliferation and downregulated the mRna levels of inflammatory cytokines including interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-23,tumor necrosis factor α,and chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(Plike inflammation by inhibiting KCs proliferation,as well as the associated immune cells and cytokine *** inhibited IL-17 secretion from γδ T cells,which improved the immune-inflammatory microenvironment of psoriasis.

Osmia solitary bees are important pollinators of various crops *** has been widely used to synchronize the emergence time of Osmia species from cocoons with the blooming time of different crops,but the fitness of Osmia after refrigeration remains ***,the effects of long-term refrigeration at 0℃on the vitality,flight ability,and metabolism of Osmia excavata,which is known as the"king of pollination"in China,were *** survival rate(>90%before 120 d),weight loss rate(light speed of *** were not greatly affected after long-term *** content of fats,which have antifreeze and energy storage properties,was not significantly altered in *** before 130 d of refrigeration,which might explain why the survival rates and flight speed of *** remained high after long-term ***,the flight duration and distance decreased significantly(Plination potential of *** for various crops with different flowering periods is high after long-term refrigeration;however,long-term refrigeration may decrease pollination *** findings highlight new research directions that could improve the ecological service function of refrigerated ***.

Microstructure and texture evolution of Cu–Cr–Co–Ti alloys during the two-stage cryorolling

This study entailed an investigation of the mechanical properties, microstructural and texture orientation evolutions of CuDCrDCoDTi alloys prepared via twostage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatment. To this end, X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction were employed. The results indicate that the two-stage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatments led to the development of profuse twin bundles and significantly enhanced the mechanical properties. The initial cryorolling led to coplanar slip and developed a strong Y({111} ) orientation, accelerating the formation of Goss({011} ) orientation and a Brass-type *** intermediate aging treatment relieved the restriction on dislocation slip and reoriented the grains toward the Copper({112} ) and Z({111} ) *** Z orientation, with a relatively high volume fraction,dominated the macrotexture. Secondary cryorolling intensified twinning and shear banding, transforming the Copper-type shear bands into Brass-type shear bands with rhomboidal prism morphology. The areas inside the Brasstype shear bands exhibited a Y orientation, and the areas outside the shear bands exhibited a stable Brass-type texture. The evident decrease in the weighted Schmid factors demonstrated that the two-stage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatment can modify the texture evolution and aid the design of high-performance Cu alloys.

What Drives Up Land Price in China?Evidence from Bidding Processes of Land Auctions in Beijing

The land price in big cities draws much attention and discussion for its skyrocketing *** researches are from the macro perspective due to data *** paper aims to investigate the critical factors in the price formation process of a land auction,using the listing auction micro bidding-level data in Beijing from 2013 to *** construct a model for the relationship between quitting price and land,bidder's characteristics,housing market conditions and competitive intensity(including private and public signals),then we use OLS for *** find that competitive intensity increases the quitting price by causing competition and interaction between *** importantly,we find evidence of cheating behavior in the land *** show that bidders have higher quitting prices when they are in a joint venture,and when a central SOE developer or a top 10 developer exist in the joint *** also find different behavior of developers in the short run and long *** research contributes to the literature of land auctions by analyzing the price formation process and developers'*** also provide supporting evidence for the government to make adjustments of the auction system and identify the cheating developers.

数学课程资源是推动数学课堂教学改革的工具.随着现代信息技术的迅速发展,数字课程资源的开发、使用和研究正在受到数学教育研究者和一线教师越来越多的关注.以初中“二次函数的图象和性质”为例,通过课堂观察和文本分析探究数字课程资源提供的多元表征是否有助于学生理解二次函数图象和性质,进而初步探索数字课程资源对学生学习的影响.结果发现:数字课程资源不仅有助于提供二次函数的多元表征,还帮助学生建立不同多元表征之间的联系,促进了学生理解二次函数的图象和性质.研究启示:数字课程资源提供的自主式操作能增强学生与教材的互动;数字课程资源营造的开放题情境能更好地满足不同学生的需求;数字课程资源呈现的动态化表征有助于促进学生的数学理解.

Environmental factors such as diet and lifestyle can influence the health of both mothers and ***,its transgenerational transmission and underlying mechanisms remain largely ***,using a maternal lactation-period low-protein diet(LPD)mouse model,we show that maternal LPD during lactation causes decreased survival and stunted growth,significantly reduces ovulation and litter size,and alters the gut microbiome in the female LPD-F1 *** transcriptome of LPD-F1 metaphase II(MII)oocytes shows that differentially expressed genes are enriched in female pregnancy and multiple metabolic ***,maternal LPD causes early stunted growth and impairs metabolic health,which is transmitted over two *** methylome alteration of LPD-F1 oocytes can be partly transmitted to the F2 ***,our results reveal that LPD during lactation transgenerationally affects offspring health,probably via oocyte epigenetic changes.

Neuroprotective Effect and Mechanism of Tanreqing Injection on Ischemic Stroke:Insights from Network Pharmacology and in vivo Experiments
