The biological activity of plant polysaccharides can be enhanced by sulfated *** this study,the immunomodulatory effect of sulfated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides(SCP3)on macrophages RAW264.7 and its potential molecular mechanism were *** showed that SCP3 at 25-100μg/m L increased viability and improved phagocytosis of RAW264.7 ***,SCP3 could activate mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathways,which increased the phosphorylation of Erk1/2,JNK,p38 and NF-κB p65,promoting secretion of cytokines tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and nitric oxide(NO)as well as the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).In addition,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)receptor inhibitors were able to block the production of NO and TNF-αby SCP3-stimulated *** on Western blot analysis and validation using specific inhibitors against MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways,the results demonstrated that SCP3 induced macrophages activation and enhanced TNF-αand NO production via TLR4-mediated MAPK and NF-κB *** summary,SCP3 has significant immunomodulatory *** underlying molecular mechanism was that SCP3 activates macrophages via TLR4 receptors to promote ROS production,which in turn activates the downstream MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway and then increases the secretion levels of cytokines and NO.

Obesity and type 2 diabetes are widespread throughout the world, especially in developed countries. Starch is an important part of human staple food, the modulating of starch digestibility is conducive to reducing postprandial blood glucose levels and alleviating the chronic disease caused by high caloric intake. The digestion properties of starch are correlated with its structural features, including crystallization, amylose/amylopectin ratio, non-starch components, etc. Among the modified methods applied to regulate starch digestibility, non-thermal processing techniques(NTPT) receive extensive attention due to the characteristics of safety, environmental friendliness and high efficiency. The influence and mechanism of NTPT on the digestion properties of starch are discussed in this review, including ultrasounds, high pressure, γ-irradiation, etc. NTPT induces the alternation of morphological and structural characteristics of native starch, changing their sensitivity to enzymes. The effects of NTPT on the digestibility of starch are highly related to the processing parameters and structure characteristics of native starch. The review shows that NTPT is an effective way to modulate the digestion properties of starch and prevent people from suffering from chronic diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Ten previously undescribed dammarane-type triterpenoid glycosides, cyclocarysaponins A–J(1–10), were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.) Iljinskaja. The structures of these compounds were characterized through detailed spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS). The cytotoxic activities of all isolates were assessed against five human cancer cell lines(Bel-7402, Caski, BGC-823, A2780, and HCT-116). Of the tested compounds, compounds 1, 7, and 9 exhibited selective cytotoxicity against one or more human cancer cell lines.

To improve the survival rate of larvae during material separation after biotransformation of existing residual film mixtures of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae,this paper adopts the method of combining physical test and EDEM simulation test,and selects Hertz Mindlin with JKR contact model to calibrate the discrete element simulation contact parameters of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae and the frass ***,the cylinder lifting method was used to determine the actual repose angle of the mixture of larvae and *** collision recovery coefficients between larvae-frass and steel,static friction coefficient,kinetic friction coefficient and the collision recovery coefficient between larvae were measured through physical tests such as the inclined plane *** Plackett-Burman test was then used to screen out the factors that have a significant impact on the repose angle:Poisson’s ratio of frass,frass-frass rolling friction coefficient,frass JKR surface energy,frass-larvae JKR surface *** optimal value intervals of four significant factors were determined based on the steepest climb test,Based on the Box-Behnken response surface analysis test,the second-order regression model between the repose angle and four significant factors was determined,and variance and interaction effects were *** with the actual repose angle as the goal,the significant factors were optimized and the optimal parameter combination of the four significant factors was *** simulation test of material repose angle and screening was carried out with the optimal parameter combination,and compared with the physical *** was found that the maximum relative errors of the two tests were 1.48%and 3.79%respectively,indicating that the calibrated parameter values are true and reliable,It can provide a reference for the discrete element simulation of the transportation and separation of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae-frass mixture.

Cyclocarya paliurus (Batalin) Iljinskaja (C. paliurus)， as a unique and rare monocotyledonous plant in Southern China， is a promising and economical Chinese herbal medicine and functional food. People have conducted a number of research on C. paliurus because of its rich triterpenoids. However， no comprehensive review has illustrated the composition and pharmacological activity of triterpenoids from C. paliurus. This review summarizes 177 triterpenoids from different parts of C. paliurus. The structures of compounds were elucidated， and their biosynthesis was inferred. The biological activities of compounds and triterpenoid-rich extracts， including anti-diabetes， antihyperlipidemia， anti-inflammatory， anticancer or cytotoxicity， antioxidation， etc， were discussed. C. paliurus can be an important and valuable supplement to the food market. This review provides a reference for the further research and application of C. paliurus triterpenoids in the fields of foods and pharmaceuticals.

Intestinal oxidation-reduction balance is essential to protect host health. Research on the underlying mechanisms of oxidation homeostasis can provide conditions to the treatment or protection of intestinal oxidative stress. Therefore， the mechanism of polysaccharide (MBP) with alkali-extracted from mung bean skin in alleviating oxidative damage induced by H2O2-induced in Intestinal epithelial cells (IEC)-6 cells was explored. Results indicated that MBP effectively mitigated the H2O2-induced decrease in IEC-6 cell viability， restored superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity， lowered malondialdehyde (MDA) content， and decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) level. Western blotting showed that MBP may mitigate oxidative damage through NF-κB， MAPK and Nrf2 signaling pathway， and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis confirmed that MBP can protect cells by regulating MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways. Moreover， the results of the inhibitor experiment also support the above hypothesis. These results verified that MBP has the capacity to mitigate oxidative damage induced by H2O2in IEC-6 cells through MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathway. The study showed that MBP can assist preventing intestinal diseases relating to oxidative stress， which could facilitate the development of functional foods.

The prevalence of ulcerative colitis (UC) is increasing annually， while current non-targeted drugs for UC have limited effectiveness， easily relapsed， and serious side effects. Herein， curcumin (Cur)-loaded nanoparticle with conlon-targeted property based on Mesona chinensis polysaccharides was developed for the synergistic and targeted improvement of UC. Results show that ZmNPs have good encapsulation of Cur， targeted delivery of Cur to the colon， and prolonged its retention time. In vivo safety assessments have shown that ZmNPs have good safety and biocompatibility. As expected， Cur-ZmNPs effectively alleviated the symptoms of DSS-induced UC by decreasing colonic inflammation by inhibiting the TLR4/MAPK pathway， regulating the levels of oxidative stress and immune homeostasis of UC mice. Oral administration of Cur-ZmNPs can reduce apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells， alleviate colonic mucosal damage and repair intestinal barrier function. Cur-ZmNPs also had a positive effect on improving gut microbiota disorders and promoting the production of SCFAs. This study provides a novel strategy for synergistic alleviation of UC by MCP-based NPs loaded with food bioactives.

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)糖脂代谢变化与新生儿胎便菌群及免疫功能的关系。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月于本院产检及分娩的84例GDM患者作为GDM组,另选取同期于本院产检及分娩的84例健康孕妇作为对照组。比较两组的糖脂代谢指标,新生儿胎便菌群的丰富度、均匀度和菌群分布,免疫功能指标水平。采用Pearson相关性分析法分析GDM糖脂代谢指标与新生儿胎便菌群及免疫功能指标的相关性。结果与对照组相比,GDM组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著升高(P<0.001),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著降低(P<0.001);厚壁菌门相对丰度、Chao1指数、Observed species指数、Shannon指数和Simpson指数均显著降低(P<0.001),变形菌门相对丰度显著升高(P<0.001);GDM组新生儿免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平,CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞构成比,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值降低,CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞构成比均升高(P<0.001)。GDM组糖脂代谢指标与新生儿胎便菌群指标、免疫功能指标均具有相关性(P<0.05);新生儿胎便菌群指标与免疫功能指标均具有相关性(P<0.001)。结论GDM患者糖脂代谢紊乱,并影响了新生儿的免疫功能和肠道菌群,且新生儿肠道菌群可影响新生儿的免疫功能。

作为一个贯穿电影史学的有力概念,艺术电影开辟了一个区分美学品位的重要空间。但近年来,电影在制作、发行和放映方面经历了一系列连续的重组,维持艺术电影品位等级的接受机制发生重大变化,具有中间性品质的公司和影片越来越多。全球艺术电影的“迪士尼化”,形塑了一种强大、灵活的“市场现实主义”美学,以便随时回收那些曾被艺术电影放弃的材料和形式,这进一步削弱了艺术片作为“排斥标记”的价值,降低了其形成“选择性”市场的意愿和能力。“艺术”已不再是一种类型话语,也不是一种身份策略,而是一种以创造力为内核的创意方法论,全球艺术电影正在形成一个可以容纳不同风格的弹性交换领域。
