Rubidium(Rb)deposits mostly occur in the South China and Central Asia orogenic belts and are often closely associated with highly differentiated granites.This study investigates a newly-discovered giant Rb deposit at Gariatong in the Central Lhasa terrane in Tibet.Detailed field studies and logging data revealed that the Rb mineralization mainly occurs in monzogranite and is related to greisenization.LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of zircon yielded ages of 19.1±0.2 Ma and 19.0±0.2 Ma for greisenized monzogranite and fresh monzogranite,respectively.The monzogranites are characterized as strongly peraluminous,with high contents of SiO2,Al2O3,K2O and Na2O as well as a high differentiation index.They are enriched in light rare earth and large ion lithophile elements with significant negative Eu anomalies and depleted high fieldstrength elements.Petrological and geochemical features of these ore-related monzogranites suggest that they are highly fractionated S-type granites,derived from remelting of crustal materials in a post-collisional setting.The geochemistry of zircon and apatite points to a low oxygen fugacity of the ore-related monzogranite during the magma’s evolution.The discovery of the Gariatong Rb deposit suggests that the Central Lhasa terrane may be an important region for rare metal mineralization.

The Jiama deposit,a significant porphyry-skarn-type copper polymetallic deposit located within the Gangdese metallogenic belt in Tibet,China,exemplifies a typical porphyry metallogenic system.However,the mineral chemistry of its accessory minerals remains under-examined,posing challenges for resource assessment and ore prospecting.Utilizing electron microprobe analysis and LA-ICP-MS analysis,this study investigated the geochemical characteristics of apatite in ore-bearing granite and monzogranite porphyries,as well as granodiorite,quartz diorite,and dark diorite porphyries in the deposit.It also delved into the diagenetic and metallogenic information from these geochemical signatures.Key findings include:(1)The SiO_(2) content,rare earth element(REE)contents,and REE partition coefficients of apatite indicate that the dark diorite porphyry possibly does not share a cogenetic magma source with the other four types of porphyries;(2)the volatile F and Cl contents in apatite,along with their ratio,indicate the Jiama deposit,formed in a collisional setting,demonstrates lower Cl/F ratios in apatite than the same type of deposits formed in a subduction environment;(3)compared to non-ore-bearing rock bodies in other deposits formed in a collisional setting,apatite in the Jiama deposit exhibits lower Ce and Ga contents.This might indicate that rock bodies in the Jiama deposit have higher oxygen fugacity.Nevertheless,the marginal variation in oxygen fugacity between ore-bearing and non-ore-bearing rock bodies within the deposit suggests oxygen fugacity may not serve as the decisive factor in the ore-hosting potential of rock bodies in the Jiama deposit.

Isotope effect on the Casimir force

Isotopic dependence of the Casimir force is key to probing new physics and pushing novel technologies at the micro and nanoscale, but is largely unexplored. In 2002, an isotope effect of 10^(-4) was estimated for metals—orders of magnitude beyond the experimental resolution. Here, by employing the Lifshitz theory, we reveal a significant isotope effect of over 10^(-1) for polar dielectrics. This effect arises from the isotope-mass-induced line shift of the zone-center optical phonons and is insensitive to the linewidth. We perform numerical analyses on both the imaginary and real-frequency axes, and derive analytical formulas for predicting the isotope effect. The three-orders-of-magnitude difference between polar dielectrics and metals arises from the distinct isotopic dependence of the phonon and plasma frequencies. Our work opens up a new avenue for engineering forces at small scales and may also facilitate the quest for the fifth force of nature.

龙玛拉铅锌矿床是位于冈底斯成矿带之念青唐古拉铅锌成矿亚带东段的一个典型矽卡岩型矿床。前人对矿床成矿物质来源及演化、成岩-成矿时代、矿床形成动力学背景等方面进行过一定的研究,但对矽卡岩矿物学及分带模式还缺乏系统的研究。为此,本文通过详细的野外地质编录、系统的镜下鉴定和电子探针分析,开展矽卡岩矿物组合、矿物成分及其分带特征研究。矿床矽卡岩矿物主要包括石榴子石、辉石、硅灰石、绿泥石和绿帘石等。矽卡岩矿物组合和化学成分在空间上具有明显的分带性。矽卡岩主要发育在角岩与大理岩接触带,或沿裂隙充填在围岩中,横向上显示了从褪色角岩→石榴子石矽卡岩→深色角岩→透辉石矽卡岩(矿体)→大理岩→角岩的分带特征。垂向上由顶板至底板表现出从角岩→石榴子石矽卡岩→透辉石矽卡岩→大理岩→石榴子石矽卡岩→透辉石矽卡岩→角岩的岩性分带特征。矿床石榴子石为钙铁-钙铝榴石类质同象系列(And_(7.92~88.63)Gro_(5.92~86.46)Pyr+Spe_(1.04~5.11)),端员组分变化范围较大,表明矽卡岩的形成环境并不是完全封闭的体系。通过对铅锌主矿体的赋矿矽卡岩中石榴子石进行研究,表明成矿流体是从矿区南西方向向北东方向运移就位形成主矿体,为矿区寻找成矿岩体及深部找矿提供指导。

龙玛拉铅锌多金属矿床是冈底斯成矿带东段北缘念青唐古拉矽卡岩型多金属成矿带一个典型的铅锌矿床,矿床以铅锌银矿化为主,伴生铁铜矿化,具有矿化元素丰富,品位高的特点。矿体在纵向上发育明显的矿化分带,从矿体顶部向下依次发育铅锌银矿化、锌铜矿化、铁铜矿化和铁矿化,表现出从矿体顶部到矿体,从低温到高温的元素和矿物组合的分布规律。镜下鉴定及电子探针分析结果表明,矿床主要金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿和磁铁矿,同时存在少量的斜方辉铅铋矿、自然铋等铋矿物以及白铁矿、铜蓝、孔雀石等次生矿物,金属矿物间具有复杂的穿插交代关系,根据详细的野外观察和镜下鉴定厘清了矿物生成顺序。黄铁矿Co/Ni比值集中在1~5之间,显示出岩浆热液成因的特点,其Fe/(S+As)比值和胶状黄铁矿的出现暗示矿床形成于中浅成环境,闪锌矿富Fe、Mn,多为铁闪锌矿,表明其形成于中高温环境,按照Fe元素温度计估算出闪锌矿成矿温度为259~305℃,磁黄铁矿以单斜磁黄铁矿为主,为低温成因,且在浅部围岩和矿体中均大量出现,显示出成矿流体运移至近地表后快速降温,在强还原条件下发生了硫化物沉淀,龙玛拉矿床为远端岩浆热液矽卡岩型矿床。矿床中铋矿物与银具有密切的时空关系,指示铋对银的富集可能具有重要作用,对该带银成矿规律的研究具有一定的指示意义。

Objective Lhasa terrane has recorded the geologic history conceming the formation and evolution of Paleo-Tethys and the intra-continental convergence in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau （Yin and Harrison, 2000）. Previous investigations have focused on the initial timing of the India-Asia collision and the Cretaceous-Cenozoic magmatism and sedimentation （Wang Tianyang et al., 2017）, however, there are only few studies concerning the Paleozoic evolution in Lhasa terrane. This paper mainly reports a new discovery of 341 Ma gabbro, which is located in the Xiongcun copper-gold district at the southern margin of Lhasa terrane, Tibet. As an important magmatic record during the Paleozoic evolution process of Lhasa terrane, the Early Carboniferous Xiongcun gabbro will provide new constraints for the tectonic evolution of Paleo-Tethys Ocean in the Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous.

为客观评价室内环保吸烟室中抽吸卷烟对周围空气质量的影响,建立了卷烟环境烟草烟气(ETS)污染物分析方法体系,包含CO、PM_(2.5)等13种室内空气质量指标和烟碱等3种ETS标志物指标。考察了室内环保吸烟室在不同空气交换率(低、中、高)时,吸烟室中(测试时,2名志愿者各抽吸1支卷烟)、出风口处、门口处、门外1 m处、门外3 m处及非吸烟区空气污染物浓度的差异。结果表明:(1)所建立的离线分析方法效果良好,适用于卷烟ETS污染物的定量分析。(2)与风机不开(低空气交换率)相比,室内环保吸烟室在中、高空气交换率时,CO、PM_(2.5)等13种空气质量指标浓度均显著降低,且所有采样点处13种空气质量指标的浓度均低于室内空气限量值;3种卷烟ETS标志物浓度均显著降低,所有采样点均未检出茄尼醇,仅吸烟室中能检测到烟碱和3-乙烯基吡啶。(3)中、高空气交换率时,除CO(降低率约为77.00%)外,室内环保吸烟室中空气质量指标和ETS标志物浓度降低率均大于等于93.00%。因此,室内环保吸烟室在正常维护保养情况下,抽吸卷烟对周围空气质量的影响较小。

为阐明滤嘴对卷烟主流烟气不同成分逐口释放趋势的影响规律,比较了滤嘴卷烟和无滤嘴卷烟63种烟气成分的逐口释放量,通过记录滤嘴卷烟在不同抽吸口数序号时燃烧线的位置,在未抽吸卷烟的对应位置处划线,测定了卷烟阴燃至不同划线位置的烟气成分单口滤嘴截留率,分析了滤嘴截留对卷烟烟气成分逐口释放趋势的影响特征。结果表明:①滤嘴卷烟烟气成分逐口释放趋势与沸点相关,随抽吸口数序号增加主要呈现出低沸点成分的释放量持续增加、中沸点成分的释放量先增加后降低、高沸点成分的释放量先增加后趋于稳定3种趋势。②无滤嘴卷烟烟气成分逐口释放量随抽吸口数序号增加均呈增加趋势。③滤嘴截留率随烟支变短呈增加趋势,不同烟气成分的逐口释放趋势主要取决于其逐口滤嘴截留率的变化幅度。

Benzo(a)pyrene-7,8-dihydrodiol-9,10-epoxide(BPDE), the metabolite of benzo(a)pyrene (B(a)P) from cigarette smoke or environmental pollutant, could induce pulmonary toxicity and inflammation. SIRT1, an NAD+-dependent histone deacetylase, is known to regulate inflammation in the occurrence and development of various diseases, but its effect on BPDE-induced acute lung injury is still unknown. The present study aimed to explore the role of SIRT1 in BPDE-induced acute lung injury. Here,human bronchial epithelial cells(BEAS-2B) were stimulated with BPDE at different concentrations(0.50, 0.75, 1.00 μmol/L) for 24 hrs, and we found that the levels of cytokines released from the cells were increased and the expression of SIRT1 in cells was down-regulated with dose-dependence. In addition, BPDE stimulation up-regulated the protein expression of HMGB1, TLR4, and p-NF-κB p65 in BEAS-2B cells. Then the activator and inhibitor of SIRT1 were used before BPDE exposure, and the results showed that the activation of SIRT1 significantly attenuated the levels of inflammatory cytokines and HMGB1, and reduced the expression of HMGB1, ac-HMGB1, TLR4, and p-NF-κB p65 protein,which were reversed partly by the inhibition of SIRT1. This study indicates that the SIRT1 activation may protect against BPDE-induced inflammatory damage in BEAS-2B cells by regulating the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB pathway.
