新能源汽车作为环保和能源转型的重要载体,其电子控制系统的性能直接影响车辆的安全性、效率和驾驶体验。文章以新能源汽车电子控制系统为切入点,首先分析了电子控制系统的组成和工作原理,然后对电子控制系统存在的问题进行了探讨,包括动力电池管理系统问题、驱动电机控制系统问题、制动能量回收系统问题和总线网络通信系统问题等。在此基础上,提出了针对电子控制系统的优化策略,包括动力电池管理系统、驱动电机控制系统等多个方面的具体优化方案,旨在为新能源汽车电子控制系统的设计和优化提供参考依据,推动新能源汽车电子控制技术得到进一步发展。

Thematic information of a long document(i.e.,a novel) can be multi-faceted:an interleaving of multiple topics,a sequential evolution of a set of themes,or a crossing superimposition of topics and themes.Conventional topic-based visualization approaches are inefficient to capture this complicated thematic structure.This paper introduces a novel topic-based model,called the topic hypergraph,that characterizes the thematic structure of a long document with a hypergraph representation.Each hypergraph node represents a unique document piece,and encodes its theme as a composition of multiple topics.Two types of relationships among nodes are modeled:an edge that connects two consecutive themes to present their sequential transition,and a hyperedge that encodes a topic.The new representation is essentially a 2D reformulation of the linear streamgraph representation,and can be adaptive by constructing a multi-level hierarchy.We design a suite of visualization and interaction tools to allow users to interactively analyze the theme evolution,theme diversities,and topic interleaving.Our approach is also suitable for comparing multiple long documents.

Objective To evaluate the association between diabetic retinopathy(DR) and mean ocular perfusion pressure(MOPP) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods Patients from the Fushun Diabetic Retinopathy Cohort Study(FS-DIRECT), a communitybased prospective cohort study conducted in northeast China, were included in this study. The presence and severity of DR were determined by grading fundus photographs according to the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study(ETDRS) retinopathy scale. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure(SBP and DBP) were recorded using an electronic sphygmomanometer. Intraocular pressure(IOP) was measured using an iCare rebound tonometer. MOPP was calculated using the formula MOPP = 2/3 [DBP + 1/3(SBP-DBP)]-IOP.Results In total, 1,857 patients who had gradable fundus photography and MOPP data were enrolled in this study. Male patients had a higher MOPP than female patients(52.25 ± 8.75 vs. 50.96 ± 8.74 mmHg, P = 0.002). Overall, both male and female patients with any type of DR, non-proliferative DR(NPDR), or non-sight-threatening DR(non-STDR) had significantly higher MOPP relative to patients without DR. Increased MOPP(per 1 mmHg) was in turn associated with the presence of any type of DR[odds ratio(OR) = 1.03, 95% confidence interval(CI) : 1.02–1.04], NPDR(OR = 1.03 95% CI: 1.02–1.04),and non-STDR(OR = 1.03, 95% CI: 1.01–1.04) after adjusting for confounders. Increased MOPP(per 1 mmHg) was also associated with an increased likelihood of macular edema(OR = 1.02, 95% CI:1.01–1.04).Conclusions The results suggest that increased MOPP was associated with DR and macular edema in northeastern Chinese patients with T2 DM.

Plant water use strategies in the Shapotou artificial sand-fixed vegetation of the southeastern margin of the Tengger Desert, northwestern China

Stable oxygen and hydrogen isotopic compositions(δ^(18)O and δD) of plant xylem water and its potential water sources can provide new information for studying water sources, competitive interactions and water use patterns of plants. The contributions of different water sources to three plants, Hedysarum scoparium(HS), Caragana Korshinskii(CK) and Artemisia ordosica(AO), were investigated in the artificial sand-fixed vegetation of Shapotou, the southeastern margin of the Tengger Desert of northwestern China, based on meteorological data and δ^(18)O and δD values of precipitation, groundwater, soil water and xylem water of HS, CK and AO. Our results indicated that soil water infiltration through precipitation was the main water source of the artificial sand-fixed vegetation. Obvious differences in soil water content and in δ^(18)O of soil water and xylem water were found among different seasons. No relationship was found between the δ^(18)O in plant xylem water and in soil water in January. The same water use patterns were found in CK, HS and AO in May, suggesting they have the same water sources. The different water sources of CK, HS and AO in August indicate that water competition occurred. In addition, the main water sources of CK, HS and AO in August mainly come from shallow soil water, while they use relatively deep soil water in May. This phenomenon is related to the differences of soil water content throughout soil profile, precipitation, transpiration and water competition under different growth periods. The water use patterns of CK, HS and AO respond to soil water content throughout the soil profile and their competition balance for water uptake during different growth season. The results indicate that these sandfixed plants have developed into a relatively stable stage and they are able to regulate their water use behavior as a response to the environmental conditions, which reinforces the effectiveness of plantation of native shrubs without irrigation in degraded areas.

目的报告程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)抑制剂所致严重肝损伤的临床特征及肝损伤后再挑战的安全性。方法对接受PD-1抑制剂治疗的641例肿瘤患者进行回顾性调查。结果641例患者中共有10例患者(1.56%)出现严重肝损伤,中位发生时间为53(1~265)d,中位转归时间为25(3~56)d。肝损伤类型主要表现为肝细胞损伤型,部分表现为混合型。10例患者均出现转归,其中5例接受了再挑战。3例患者经历了肝毒性复发,其中2例因严重肝毒性复发而永久性停药,2例患者的肝损伤类型与上次不同。结论PD-1抑制剂引起的严重肝损伤预后较好,但最终可能导致大多数患者永久性停用PD-1抑制剂。半数患者接受了PD-1抑制剂再挑战,其中相当一部分患者经历了严重的肝毒性复发。

该研究运用证据图系统梳理中成药治疗室性早搏的临床研究,了解该领域的证据分布。通过检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)数据库中关于中成药治疗室性早搏的文献,检索日期为2016年1月至2022年12月。采用图表结合文字的方式对证据进行分析与展示。最终纳入文献164篇,包括干预性研究147篇、观察性研究4篇、系统评价13篇。结果共获得27种中成药,其中参松养心胶囊和稳心颗粒报告频次较高;临床用药存在超适应证使用现象;近年来国内外该领域发文量呈下降趋势;干预性研究的结局指标有8类,动态心电图、临床有效率、安全性、超声心动图报告频次较高,缺乏对β受体阻滞剂减停率、主要心血管事件和药物经济学指标的报告,评价维度单一;纳入文献整体质量较低,降低了研究结论的可信度。未来需更加规范临床用药,提高临床研究质量,开展临床综合评价,为中成药治疗室性早搏提供更健全的科学依据。

Stochastic Volatility Modeling based on Doubly Truncated Cauchy Distribution and Bayesian Estimation for Chinese Stock Market

In order to measure the uncertainty of financial asset returns in the stock market, this paper presents a new model, called SV-dt C model, a stochastic volatility(SV) model assuming that the stock return has a doubly truncated Cauchy distribution, which takes into account the high peak and fat tail of the empirical distribution simultaneously. Under the Bayesian framework, a prior and posterior analysis for the parameters is made and Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) is used for computing the posterior estimates of the model parameters and forecasting in the empirical application of Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index(SSECI) with respect to the proposed SV-dt C model and two classic SV-N(SV model with Normal distribution)and SV-T(SV model with Student-t distribution) models. The empirical analysis shows that the proposed SV-dt C model has better performance by model checking, including independence test(Projection correlation test), Kolmogorov-Smirnov test(K-S test) and Q-Q plot. Additionally, deviance information criterion(DIC) also shows that the proposed model has a significant improvement in model fit over the others.
