基于随机突变的电商平台信用监管弹性研究

本文集成随机突变理论和弹性理论,探讨了电商平台信用监管的弹性测度问题。首先,构建监管部门和平台企业信用监管演化博弈模型,引入白噪声和It^o随机微分方程建立随机动力系统;进一步,结合随机突变理论,用极限概率密度函数描述系统的均衡表现,引入弹性指标定量表述系统均衡态改变前对扰动的吸收能力,仿真模拟系统参数变化对弹性的影响。研究表明:(1)监管主体从积极监管到消极监管的结构性突变源于变量组合经过分歧点集合时产生的自组织相变;(2)监管系统弹性演化过程与随机突变过程一致,突变的发生会导致监管弹性迅速改变;(3)上级政府惩罚力度对弹性影响显著,两者呈“U”形关系;在满足“突变”临界值约束下,超额收益对弹性有负向影响,监管主体协同度和公众媒体参与度对弹性有正向影响。本研究将电商平台信用监管研究拓展到弹性研究领域,为平台监管预警和政策优化提供思路;同时,为弹性理论和突变论的集成提供方法论尝试。

Cut-and-choose paradigm makes Yao’s protocol for two-party computation secure in malicious model with an error *** CRYPTO 2013,based on multi-phase cut-and-choose,Lindell reduced this probability to the optimal ***,this work can only compute single-output functions with optimal error *** transform multi-phase cut-and-choose for singleoutput case into one that can deal with two-output functions,meanwhile maintaining the optimal error *** on this new paradigm,we propose an efficient two-output secure computation ***,by utilizing the specific property of the output garbled keys,we solve the authenticity issue of the generator’s output with only symmetric cryptographic operations linear in the output length of the generator,which is the most efficient method so far in standard model without Random oracle(RO).

Frequency modulation(FM)-to-amplitude modulation(AM) conversion is an important factor that affects the time±power curve of inertial confinement fusion(ICF) high-power laser facilities. This conversion can impact uniform compression and increase the risk of damage to optics. However, the dispersive grating used in the smoothing by spectral dispersion technology will introduce a temporal delay and can spatially smooth the target. The combined effect of the dispersive grating and the focusing lens is equivalent to a Gaussian low-pass filter, which is equivalent to 8 GHz bandwidth and can reduce the intensity modulation on the target to below 5% with 0.3 nm @ 3 GHz + 20 GHz spectrum phase modulation. The results play an important role in the testing and evaluating of the FM-to-AM on the final optics and the target, which is beneficial for comprehensively evaluating the load capacity of the facility and isentropic compression experiment for ICF.

Use of Different Barium Salts to Inhibit the Thaumasite Form of Sulfate Attack in Cement-based Materials

We investigated the effects of different barium compounds on the thaumasite form of sulphate attack（TSA）resistance of cement-based materials when they were used as admixtures in ***,we analyzed the inhibition mechanisms within different types of barium salts,namely BaCO_3 and Ba（OH）_2,on the thaumasite *** controlcement mortar and mortars with barium salts to cement and limestone weight ratios of 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5% were immersed in 5%（by weight）MgSO_4 solution at 5 ℃ to mimic ***,mass,and compressive strength of the mortar samples were monitored and measured to assess the generaldegradation extent of these *** products of sulphate attack were further analyzed by XRD,FTIR,and SEM,*** show that different degradation extent is evident in allmortars cured in MgSO_4 ***,barium salts can greatly inhibit such *** in hydroxide form has better effectiveness in protection against TSA than carbonate form,which may be due to their solubility difference in alkaline cement pore solution,and the presence of these barium compounds can reduce the degree of TSA by comparison with the almost completely decomposed controlsamples.

随着企业、政府以及私人等数据资产的不断增加,机器学习领域对于图像等分类应用需求也随之不断增涨.为了应对各种实际的需求,机器学习即服务(machine learning as a service,MLAAS)的云服务部署思想逐渐成为主流.然而,基于云服务实现的应用往往会带来严重的数据隐私安全问题.FPCBC(federated learning privacy-preserving classification system based on crowdsourcing aggregation)是一种基于众包聚合的联邦学习隐私保护分类系统.它将分类任务众包给多个边缘参与方并借助云计算来完成,不再使用联合训练理想模型的方式来得到可信度高的分类结果,而是让参与方先根据本地有限数据训练出的模型进行推理,然后再使用成熟的算法对推理结果聚合得到较高准确率的分类.重要的是,保证了数据查询方不会泄露任何隐私数据,很好地解决了传统MLAAS的隐私安全问题.在系统实现中,使用同态加密来对需要进行机器学习推理的图像数据加密;改善了一种众包的联邦学习分类算法,并通过引入双服务器机制来实现整个系统的隐私保护计算.通过实验和性能分析表明了该系统的可行性,且隐私保护的安全程度得到了显著提升,更适用于实际生活中对隐私安全需求较高的应用场景.

With the development of big data and cloud computing technology,more and more users choose to store data on cloud servers,which brings much convenience to their management and use of data,and also the risk of data leakage.A common method to prevent data leakage is to encrypt the data before uploading it,but the traditional encryption method is often not conducive to data sharing and *** this paper,a new kind of Attribute-Based Encryption(ABE)scheme,which is called the Sub-String Searchable ABE(SSS-ABE)scheme,is proposed for the sharing and querying of the encrypted *** the SSS-ABE scheme,the data owner encrypts the data under an access structure,and only the data user who satisfies the access structure can query and decrypt *** data user can make a substring query on the whole ciphertext without setting keywords in *** addition,the outsourcing method is also introduced to reduce the local computation of the decryption process so that the outsourcing SSS-ABE scheme can be applied to IoT devices.

基于过度反应和动态网络视角,研究网络演化机制对互联网产品扩散宏观演化规律的影响。结合过度反应理论与演化博弈模型,构建个体决策概念模型,将其嵌入多智能体仿真模型,设计个体间学习模仿规则,制定多种动态网络演化机制,从而将网络动态性与扩散动态性相结合。基于Anylogic 6.5.0实现了多智能体仿真系统,模拟结果表明:在有新节点加入时,互联网产品营销活动应重点关注有大节点存在和聚类系数大的网络社区,并提高网络的连通性和聚簇程度,提升广告宣传的触达效率。在产品推广处于瓶颈期时,可采取“随机增边”的方式来增加个体连通度,并重点关注获得低收益或给予负面评价的关键节点。该研究可为互联网产品扩散的营销策略制定提供支持,并为将行为金融学理论与复杂网络应用于多智能体模型提出了基础框架。

SARS-CoV-2 is an emerging viral pathogen and a major global public health challenge since December of 2019, with limited effective treatments throughout the *** part of the innate immune response to viral infection, type Ⅰ interferons(IFN-Ⅰ) trigger a signaling cascade that culminates in the activation of hundreds of genes, known as interferon stimulated genes(ISGs), that collectively foster an antiviral *** report here the identification of a group of type Ⅰ interferon suppressed genes,including fatty acid synthase(FASN), which are involved in lipid *** of FASN or the addition of its downstream product, palmitate, increased viral infection while knockout or knockdown of FASN reduced *** importantly, pharmacological inhibitors of FASN effectively blocked infections with a broad range of viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 and its variants of ***, our studies not only suggest that downregulation of metabolic genes may present an antiviral strategy by type Ⅰ interferon, but they also introduce the potential for FASN inhibitors to have a therapeutic application in combating emerging infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

Arabidopsis BOTRYTIS-INDUCED KINASE1(BIK1)is a receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase acting early in multiple signaling pathways important for plant growth and innate *** is known to form a signaling complex with a cell-surface receptor FLS2 and a co-receptor kinase BAK1 to transduce signals upon perception of pathogen-asso-ciated molecular patterns(PAMPs).Although site-specifi c phosphorylation is speculated to mediate the activation and function of BIK1,few studies have been devoted to complete profiling of BIK1 phosphorylation ***,we identified nineteen in vitro autophosphoryla-tion sites of BIK1 including three phosphotyrosine sites,thereby proving BIK1 is a dual-specifi city kinase for the fi rst *** kinase activity of BIK1 substitution mutants were explicitly assessed using quantitative mass spec-trometry(MS).Thr-237,Thr-242 and Tyr-250 were found to most signifi cantly affect BIK1 activity in autophosphoryla-tion and phosphorylation of BAK1 in vitro.A structural model of BIK1 was built to further illustrate the molecular functions of specifi c phosphorylation *** also mapped new sites of FLS2 phosphorylation by BIK1,which are different from those by *** in vitro results could provide new hypotheses for more in-depth in vivo studies leading to deeper understanding of how phosphorylation contributes to BIK1 activation and medi-ates downstream signaling specifi city.
