Additive manufacturing of NiTi lightweight porous structures bio-mimicking coral skeleton with enhanced mechanical properties and shape memory functions

Concerning the high demand for lightweight and multifunctional properties of engineering structures, the coral skeleton-inspired sheet-based（CSS） structure, which was a novel bio-mimicking coral skeleton wall-septa architecture with a unique ability to resist wave shocks was fabricated using NiTi alloy by laser powder bed fusion（LPBF） technology. The effects of laser energy density（LED） on surface morphologies, microstructures, phase transformation behavior, and mechanical properties of LPBFfabricated CSS structures were systematically investigated. The results indicated that the size deviation was predominantly governed by powder adhesion and step effect. NiTi CSS structures with LED of 71 J·mm-3possessed superior compressive modulus（～400 MPa）, ultimate strength（～13 MPa）, and energy absorption efficiency（～69%）. The compression fracture mechanism of the LPBF-fabricated NiTi CSS structures was revealed to be predominantly brittle fracture accompanied by ductile fracture. Furthermore, the Ni4Ti3nanoprecipitates induced the precipitation strengthening effect, enabling better shape memory response at LED of 71 J·mm-3, with a recoverable strain of 3.63% and recovery ratio of 90.8%, after heating under a pre-strain of 4%. This study highlights the importance of a bionic design strategy for enhancing the mechanical properties of NiTi components and offers the possibility to tailor its functional properties.

为在设计时考虑低速碰撞损伤对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)防撞梁力学性能的影响,发展了改进Hashin失效准则的VUSDFLD子程序来判定低速碰撞时CFRP防撞梁7个方向的损伤程度,采用壳单元模拟了复合材料的力学性能,建立了CFRP防撞梁低速碰撞有限元显式动力学模型。采用该方法对相同实验条件下的复合材料层合板低速冲击剩余强度进行了计算,并将计算结果与实验结果进行了对比,仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,以复合材料防撞梁铺层厚度和铺层角度为设计变量,将复合材料防撞梁的质量和低速冲击时产生的损伤单元数作为优化目标,建立了CFRP防撞梁低速碰撞损伤动力学多目标优化模型,采用基于Pareto策略改进的NSGA-Ⅱ非支配排序遗传算法对其进行多目标优化求解。优化后,CFRP防撞梁质量由1.02 kg降为0.76 kg,减重率为25%;损伤单元数由30238个降为23206个,损伤降低率为23%。结果表明,所发展基于Hashin失效准则的VUSDFLD子程序和对CFRP防撞梁低速碰撞损伤多目标优化是行之有效的,为复合材料防撞梁结构的优化设计提供了参考。

Anticancer platinum prodrugs that can be controllably activated are highly desired for personalized precision medicine and patient compliance in cancer ***,the clinical application of platinum(Ⅳ)prodrugs(Pt(Ⅳ))is restricted by tissue penetration of external ***,we report a novel Pt(Ⅳ)activation strategy based on endogenous luminescence of tumor microenvironment responsiveness,which completely circumvents the limitation of external *** designed Pt(Ⅳ)–Lu,a mixture of trans,trans,trans-[Pt(N_(3))_(2)(OH)_(2)(py)_(2)]and luminol(Lu),has controllable activation property:it remains inert in reductant environment and normal tissues,but under tumor microenvironment,Lu will be oxidized to produce blue luminescence,which rapidly reduce Pt(Ⅳ)to Pt(Ⅱ)without the need of any external ***(Ⅳ)–Lu shows excellent responsive antitumor ability both in vitro and in *** to cisplatin,the median lethal dose in BALB/c mice increased by an order of *** results suggest that Pt(Ⅳ)–Lu exhibits highly controllable activation property,superior antitumor activity,and good biosafety,which may provide a novel strategy for the design of platinum prodrugs.

Mn-rich LiFe_(1-x)Mn_(x)PO_(4)(x>0.5),which combines the high operation voltage of LiMnPO_(4)with excellent rate performa nce of LiFePO4,is hindered by its sluggish kinetic ***,thermodynamic equilibrium analysis of Mn^(2+)-Fe^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-C_(2)O_(4)^(2-)-H_(2)O system is used to guide the design and preparation of insitu Mg-doped(Fe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6))_(1-x)Mg_(x)C_(2)O_(4)intermediate,which is then employed as an innovative precursor to synthesize high-performance Mg-doped LiFe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)PO_(4).It indicates that the metal ions with a high precipitation efficiency and the stoichiometric precursors with uniform element distribution can be achieved under the optimized thermodynamic ***,accelerated Li+diffusivity and reduced charge transfer resistance originating from Mg doping are verified by various kinetic *** from the contributions of inherited homogeneous element distribution,small particle size,uniform carbon layer coating,enhanced Li+migration ability and structural stability induced by Mg doping,the Li(Fe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6))_(0.97)Mg_(0.03)PO_(4)/C exhibits splendid electrochemical performance.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are expected to offer affordability and high energy density for large-scale energy storage ***,the commercial application of SIBs is hurdled by low initial coulombic efficiency(ICE),continuous Na loss during long-term operation,and low sodium-content of cathode *** this scenario,presodiation strategy by introducing an external sodium reservoir has been rationally proposed,which could supplement additional sodium ions into the system and thereby markedly improve both the cycling performance and energy density of *** this review,the significance of presodiation is initially introduced,followed by comprehensive interpretation on technological properties,underlying principles,and associated approaches,as well as our perspectives on present inferiorities and future research ***,this contribution outlines a distinct pathway towards the presodiation methodology,of significance but still in its nascent phase,which may inspire the targeted guidelines to explore new chemistry in this field.

研究目的:设计方案比选是一个多目标、多因素、多层次的系统工程。因引入新增线路,结合预测运量,既有线路的通过能力远期已趋于饱和,需进行各方案的优缺点分析,并合理选择引入方案。本文通过菏兰铁路引入兰考南站方案研究,选择合理的引入方案,确定合理的线路走向,达到降低工程难度和节省投资的目的。研究结论:(1)本文通过对运输组织、技术经济、车站咽喉疏解近期工程、同步实施线下工程、已实施工程等诸多方面的研究,结合河南省最新城际铁路网规划,分析各方案的优缺点,确定出相对优化的推荐方案,即上下行联络线分别在东西咽喉疏解方案;(2)通过运营条件、线路长度、工程投资等诸多方面的分析,结合沿线村镇分布、联络线设置条件等因素,对引入兰考南站线路方案进行了研究,推荐东绕仪封乡以R=3 000 m限速引入兰考南站方案;(3)本文研究可为类似项目的方案比选奠定理论基础,具有一定的参考价值。

All-inorganic nitrate electrolyte for high-performance lithium oxygen battery

Lithium-oxygen(Li-O_(2))batteries have been regarded as an expectant successor for next-generation energy storage systems owing to their ultra-high theoretical energy ***,the comprehensive properties of the commonly utilized organic salt electrolyte are still unsatisfactory,not to mention their expensive prices,which seriously hinders the practical production and application of Li-O_(2) ***,we have proposed a low-cost all-inorganic nitrate electrolyte(LiNO_(3)-KNO_(3)-DMSO)for Li-O_(2) *** inorganic nitrate electrolyte exhibits higher ionic conductivity and a wider electrochemical stability window than the organic salt *** existence of K+can stabilize the O_(2)-intermediate,promoting the discharge process through the solution pathway with an enlarged *** at an ultra-low concentration of 0.01 M,the K+can still remain stable to promote the solution discharge process and also possess a new function of inhibiting the dendrite growth by electrostatic shielding,further enhancing the battery stability and contributing to the long cycle *** a result,in the 0.99 M LiNO_(3)-0.01 M KNO_(3)-DMSO electrolyte,the Li-O_(2) batteries exhibit prolonged cycling performance(108 cycles)and excellent rate performance(2 A·g^(-1)),significantly superior to the organic salt one.

Homeostasis of the skin barrier is essential for maintaining normal skin *** A(GSDMA)is highly expressed in the skin and associated with many skin diseases,such as melanoma and *** mice,GSDMA is encoded by three gene homologues,namely Gsdma1,Gsdma2,and *** Gsdma3 gain-of-function mutations cause hair loss and skin inflammation,Gsdma3-deficient mice do not show any visible phenotypes in skin and hair *** explore the physiological function of GSDMA,we generated conventional Gsdma1/2/3 knockout(KO)*** mice showed significantly alleviated epidermal hyperplasia and inflammation induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA).Furthermore,the alleviation of epidermal hyperplasia depended on the expression of Gsdma1/2/3 specifically in ***,Gsdma1/2/3 depletion downregulated epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)ligands,leading to the decreased EGFR–Stat3/Akt *** results demonstrate that depletion of Gsdma1/2/3 alleviates PMA-induced epidermal hyperplasia partially by inhibiting the EGFR–Stat3/Akt pathway.

Cooperative localization methods of autonomous underwater vehicle swarm integrated with inverted ultrashort baseline

A cooperative localization factor graph for the autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) swarm integrated with inverted ultrashort baseline(iUSBL) is constructed. Two cooperative localization methods of slave AUV in an AUV swarm are proposed, namely the extended Kalman filter(EKF)-based cooperative localization method and particle belief propagation(BP)-based cooperative localization method, where the effect of the positioning error of leader AUV is mitigated. For the EKF-based cooperative localization method, the state of the slave AUV is reconstructed with the positioning information of leader AUV to achieve cooperative localization. In the particle-BP-based cooperative localization method,the measurement particles are generated to realize cooperative localization. The proposed methods can solve the poor real-time problem of traditional methods, and only require oneway acoustic positioning transmission measurement to realize the localization of the slave AUV. Simulation results show that the two proposed cooperative localization methods work well for slave AUVs with different localization abilities. Compared with the dead-reckoning method, the localization errors of two proposed methods are reduced by more than 80%,and the positioning error accumulation is effectively suppressed. Furthermore, the proposed cooperative localization methods can operate normally under a high packet loss rate of the underwater acoustic channel, and the localization performance is not significantly degraded.

针对灵活性改造中常遇到的大量补水工况,探讨了真空热力除氧关键技术。结合凝汽器热力除氧一般原理和关键环节,对某300MW机组的实测结果进行了分析。分析结果表明,凝汽器在切缸运行工况可以胜任大量补水除氧的任务。相较于常规的凝汽器热力除氧,机组运行大量补水时喷淋除氧布置、管束流场规划、循环水运行、抽真空设备等方面需要进行一定程度的优化。
