目的:构建冻结肩患者全程康复管理方案并探讨其应用效果,为冻结肩患者的加速康复护理提供参考依据。方法:通过文献检索结合专家函询,构建基于健康行为过程取向理论的冻结肩患者全程康复管理方案。便利选取浙江省某三级甲等医院骨科2022年5月—7月入院的40例患者作为对照组,2022年9月—11月入院的40例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用基于健康行为过程取向理论构建的全程康复管理模式。比较两组术后1天、术后1个月的Constant量表评分、QuickDASH量表评分,以及静息、活动时疼痛评估量表得分。结果:在术后1天和术后1个月时,观察组Constant量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.001),QuickDASH量表评分及活动时最高疼痛评估量表得分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于健康行为过程取向理论的全程康复管理模式可减轻冻结肩患者疼痛感、促进舒适,加快肩关节功能康复,是一种安全可行且高效科学的护理管理新模式,可为冻结肩患者的护理管理路径提供新思路。

The explosive characteristics of aluminum powder have great significance in preventing and controlling aluminum-dust explosion accidents, especially the nano-aluminum powder. The explosion characteristics of 100 nm and 75 μm aluminum powders were investigated by using a 20 L spherical explosion cavity and a horizontal pipe whose cross-section area is 80 mm × 80 mm and length is 8 m. The results show that the maximum explosion pressure and its rising rate of 100 nm aluminum powder gradually increase with increasing concentration of aluminum-powder at the beginning. When aluminum-powder concentration is I kg/m3, the maximum explosion pressure reaches its maximum, and then gradually decreases. While when the concentration is 1.25 kg/m3, the maximum rate of pressure rise obtains its maximum, and then decreases. After 100 nm aluminum powder is exploded in pipes, the peak overpressure of blast wave first decreases and then increases to the maximum at a distance of 298 cm from the ignition source, and then gradually decreases. The most violent concentration is about 0.4 kg/m3 which is lower than 0.8 kg/m3 of 75 μm aluminum powder, so 100 nm aluminum powders are more easily exploded. The change laws of maximum explosion pressure, maximum rate of pressure rise and blast-wave peak overpressure of 100 nm aluminum powders with concentration are similar to those of 75 ktm aluminum powders, but these values are much higher than 75 Bm aluminum powders under the same concentration, so the aluminum-powders explosion of 100 nm will produce more harms. In the process of production, storage and transportation of aluminum powder, some relevant preventive measures can be taken to reduce the loss caused by aluminum-dust explosion according to nano-aluminum dust.

在多类型极端天气频发叠加新能源占比持续提升的背景下,为保障未来电力系统在极端天气下的安全稳定运行,提出了一种面向多类型极端天气的新型电力系统规划方案全场景风险评估方法。首先,从历史信息筛选出造成实际区域电网风险的潜在极端天气,分析气象因素与电网状态映射关系,并提出基于极端气象条件的电网风险场景识别方法;其次,针对极端天气及其影响下的源荷功率和设备故障等要素,建立风险场景多重不确定性模型,生成风险场景及其概率;同时,考虑未来电网特性及极端天气影响,从充裕性、灵活性及安全稳定性维度,提出了一套面向规划方案的针对性风险后果指标体系,并针对未来实际电网风险评估面临运行状态难以准确高效模拟的问题,提出基于国家电网规划仿真分析计算平台的实用化电网后果计算方法;最后,对2025年中国东北规划电网开展评估,并分析其在高温无风和暴风雪天气下的高风险地区及风险类别。

Changes in monsoon precipitation have profound social and economic impacts as more than two-thirds of the world’s population lives in monsoon *** show a significant reduction in global land monsoon precipitation during the second half of the 20 th *** the cause of this change,especially possible anthropogenic origins,is ***,we compare observed changes in global land monsoon precipitation during 1948–2005 with those simulated by 5 global climate models participating in the Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project-phase 5(CMIP5)under different external *** show that the observed drying trend is consistent with the model simulated response to anthropogenic forcing and to anthropogenic aerosol forcing in *** apply the optimal fingerprinting method to quantify anthropogenic influences on precipitation and find that anthropogenic aerosols may have contributed to 102%(62–144%for the 5–95%confidence interval)of the observed decrease in global land monsoon precipitation.A moisture budget analysis indicates that the reduction in precipitation results from reduced vertical moisture advection in response to aerosol *** much of the monsoon regions,such as India and China,have been experiencing rapid developments with increasing aerosol emissions in the past decedes,our results imply a further reduction in monsoon precipitation in these regions in the future if effective mitigations to reduce aerosol emissions are not *** observed decline of aerosol emission in China since 2006 helps to alleviate the reducing trend of monsoon precipiptaion.

Carbonates in loess-red clay sequences consist mainly of calcite and dolomite. The EDTA analysis of carbonates in different size fractions and magnetic susceptibility reveal that calcite is a sensitive index of summer monsoon. The chemical analysis of carbonates and calcite from an 8.1 Ma loess-red clay sequence at Chaona on the Chinese central Loess Plateau shows that the evolution of the Asian summer monsoon experienced four stages, namely 8.1―5.5 Ma, 5.5―2.8 Ma, 2.8―1.5 Ma and 1.5―0 Ma, with increasing intensification and fluctuation, suggesting a possible combining impacts of uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and global changes on the Asian summer monsoon.

A series of Pd/AlF3 catalysts was prepared by an impregnation method and tested for vapor-phase dehy- drofluorination of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane（HFC-245fa） to synthesize 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene（HFO-1234ze）. The highest activity was obtained over Pd/AIF3 catalyst containing 1.0%（mass fraction） of Pd, with an HFC-245fa conversion of 79.5% and an HFO-1234ze selectivity of 99.4% after the reaction at 300 ℃ for 100 h. The reactivity was related to the surface acidity, as AlF3 provided active sites for the reaction. With the addition of Pd, the catalyst stability could be significantly improved. Raman spectroscopic and thermal-gravimetric analysis results reveal that there was less carbon deposit on spent Pd/AlF3 catalyst surface because Pd could effectively pyrolyse it. Thus, Pd/AlF3 catalysts were bi-functional for dehydrofluorination of HFC-245fa.

Radix Bupleuri(RB)is commonly used to treat depression,but it can also lead to hepatotoxicity after longterm *** many anti-depression prescriptions,RB is often used in combination with Radix Paeoniae Alba(RPA)as an herb ***,whether RPA can alleviate RB-induced hepatotoxicity remain *** this work,the results confirmed that RB had a dose-dependent antidepressant effect,but the optimal antidepressant dose caused ***,RPA effectively reversed RB-induced ***,the mechanism of RB-induced hepatotoxicity was *** results showed that saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D could inhibit GSH synthase(GSS)activity in the liver,and further cause liver injury through oxidative stress and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kB)/NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)***,the mechanisms by which RPA attenuates RBinduced hepatotoxicity were *** results demonstrated that RPA increased the abundance of intestinal bacteria with glycosidase activity,thereby promoting the conversion of saikosaponins to saikogenins in *** from saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D,which are directly combined with GSS as an inhibitor,their deglycosylation conversion products saikogenin F and saikogenin G exhibited no GSS binding *** on this,RPA can alleviate the inhibitory effect of saikosaponins on GSS activity to reshape the liver redox balance and further reverse the RB-induced liver inflammatory response by the NFkB/NLRP3 *** conclusion,the present study suggests that promoting the conversion of saikosaponins by modulating gut microbiota to attenuate the inhibition of GSS is the potential mechanism by which RPA prevents RB-induced hepatotoxicity.
