Owing to the broad energy coverage of Insight-HXMT in the hard X-ray band,we detected the highest energy of pulsation exceeding 2.0 keV around the 2.17–2.18 outburst peak of the first Galactic pulsating ultraluminous X-ray source (PULX) Swift J02.3.6+612.,which is the highest energy detected from PULXs to *** also obtained the highest energy of pulsation of every exposure during the outburst in 2.17–2.18,and found the highest energy is roughly positively correlated with *** our newly developed method,we identified the critical luminosity being 4.10^(3.)erg s^(-1) when the main peaks of the low and high energy pulse profiles became aligned,which separates the fan-beam dominated and pencil-beam dominated accretion *** the critical luminosity,the phase of the main peak shifted gradually from 0.5 to 0.8 until the outburst peak in al energy bands is reached,which is in agreement with the phase shift found previously at low *** result is consistent with what is derived from spectral analysis.

The FAST All Sky HI survey(FASHI)was designed to cover the entire sky observable by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),spanning approximately 2.000 square degrees of declination between-14°and+66°,and in the frequency range of 1050-1450 MHz,with the expectation of eventually detecting more than 100000 HI *** August 2.2. and June 2.2.,FASHI had covered more than 7600 square degrees,which is approximately 3.%of the total sky observable by *** has a median detection sensitivity of around 0.76 m Jy beam-1and a spectral line velocity resolution of~6.4 km s-1at a frequency of~1.4 *** of now,a total of 41741 extragalactic HI sources have been detected in the frequency range 13.5.5-1419.5 MHz,corresponding to a redshift limit of z■*** cross-matching FASHI sources with the Siena Galaxy Atlas(SGA)and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS)catalogs,we found that 16972.40.7%)sources have spectroscopic redshifts and 10975(2..3.)sources have only photometric *** of the remaining 13.94(3..0%)HI sources are located in the direction of the Galactic plane,making their optical counterparts difficult to identify due to high extinction or high contamination of Galactic stellar *** on current survey results,the FASHI survey is an unprecedented blind extragalactic H I *** has higher spectral and spatial resolution and broader coverage than the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA Survey(ALFALFA).When completed,FASHI will provide the largest extragalactic HI catalog and an objective view of HI content and large-scale structure in the local universe.

Objective:To determine the role of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside(TGW) in the treatment of psoriatic dermatitis from a cellular immunological ***:Mouse models of psoriatic dermatitis were established by imiquimod(IMQ).Twelve male BALB/c mice were assigned to MQ or IMQ+TGW groups according to a random number *** changes in vivo were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin *** of immune cells and cytokines in mice,as well as PAM2.2.cell proliferation in vitro were assessed by flow ***-inflammatory cytokine expression was determined using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain ***:TGW significantly ameliorated the severity of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse skin lesions and restrained the activation of CD45^(+)cells,neutrophils and T lymphocytes(all P1).Moreover,TGW significantly attenuated keratinocytes(KCs) proliferation and downregulated the mRNA levels of inflammatory cytokines including interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-2.,tumor necrosis factor α,and chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(P1 or P17 cells in skin lesion of mice and draining lymph nodes(P1).Conclusions:TGW improved psoriasis-like inflammation by inhibiting KCs proliferation,as well as the associated immune cells and cytokine *** inhibited IL-17 secretion from γδ T cells,which improved the immune-inflammatory microenvironment of psoriasis.

Human-specific insertions play important roles in human phenotypes and *** we reported a 446-bp insertion(Insert-446)in intron 11 of the TBC1D8B gene,located on chromosome X,and traced its origin to a portion of intron 6 of the EBF1 gene on chromosome ***,Insert-446 was present in the human Neanderthal and Denisovans genomes,and was fixed in humans after human-chimpanzee *** have demonstrated that Insert-446 acts as an enhancer through binding transcript factors that promotes a higher expression of human TBC1D8B gene as compared with orthologs in *** addition,over-expression TBC1D8B promoted cell proliferation and migration through“a dual finger”catalytic mechanism(Arg53. and Gln573.in the TBC domain in vitro and knockdown of TBC1D8B attenuated tumorigenesis in *** of Insert-446 prevented cell proliferation and migration in cancer and normal *** results reveal that the human-specific Insert-446 promotes cell proliferation and migration by upregulating the expression of TBC1D8B *** findings provide a significant insight into the effects of human-specific insertions on evolution.

This paper presents an efficient way to render large-scale vector maps on level-of-detail(LOD) digital elevation models(DEMs).By using the frame buffer and Voronoi diagram,we achieve a rapid simplification of large-scale vector maps while keeping their original topological *** the simplified maps,we establish level-of-detail vector map *** the detailed level,we use the stencil shadow volume approach to render the map accurately,and in the coarse level we use substitute techniques to render the map approximately yet more *** method proposed in this paper is universally applicable to rendering vector maps on various LOD terrain models,and the overlaying performance is independent of the complexity of underlying terrain *** use of the view frustum culling and sub-region index techniques,the impact of complexity of vector maps is reduced,and the rendering time is restricted to a certain ***,we can achieve seamless and rapid rendering of large-scale vector maps on LOD terrain surfaces.

Detection of Novel BEST1 Variations in Autosomal Recessive Bestrophinopathy Using Third-generation Sequencing

Variations, effectiveness and its associated factors of a nationwide web-based hypertension management training project in china: insights from a government-led campaign for 1.2.million lay health workers

OBJECTIVES To evaluate the effectiveness of a large-scale,web-based,in-service hypertension management training project among lay health workers(LHWs) at primary care health(PHC) settings in china,and to examine the factors contributing to the variations of *** We used data from a web-based national hypertension management training project implemented in 2.18,it was designed to facilitate LHWs to learn,understand,and apply the relevant knowledge and skills in hypertension management through providing training courses by use of the web-based platform with unified *** LHWs were required to participate in the exams before and after training to acquire scores for the use of evaluating their performance of hypertension management *** first used descriptive analysis to present the variations of effectiveness in hypertension management knowledge among LHWs by important ***,we used multilevel logistic regression to examine the individual and regional factors contributing to the variations and quantify the magnitude of how these factors affected training *** There were 1,2.8,610 LHWs who completed training and were ***,the scores of LHWs increased significantly from 62.87 ± 2..14 out of 100 in the pre-test to 88.3. ± 11.3. in the post-test by 2..43.95% confidence interval[CI]:2..40-2..47).Training contents involved in antihypertensive medication showed the lowest score(54.3.) in the pre-test and soared the most after training,up to 84.2. by 54.94%.Individual factors associated with disparities in the knowledge of hypertension management decreased substantially after training,which included sex,age,education,practice type,professional level,and hierarchy of working *** variations were shown at the provincial level,with the majority of them being explained by factors at the regional *** Accessible web-based training modality,government efforts,accompa
