Photodynamic therapy （PDT） has been emerged as a promising modality for cancer ***,the development of drug delivery system enabling continuous release of photosensitizers （PSs） for long-term PDT treatment still remains ***,a H2.2.responsive injectable hydrogel,covalently crosslinked by N1.（4-boronobenzyl）-N3.（4-boronophenyl）-N1.N1.N3.N3.tetramethylpropane-1.3.diaminium（TSPBA） with PVA containing polythiophene quaternary ammonium salt （PT2. polymer dots （PDots） as a photosensitizer was *** the stimulation of H2.2.the obtained injectable hydrogel gradually degrades and releases *** vitro experiments suggested that the released PDots could realize efficient tumor cells inhibition through its robust singlet oxygen generation capability upon 577 nm laser *** vivo studies demonstrated a sustained retention of PDots for at least 7 days following single-dose administration,facilitating efficient tumor inhibition with light treatments for 3.times without apparent *** work presents an innovative polymer dots-based composite local drug delivery system for long-term PDT in cancer treatment.

Knockout reaction experiment was carried out by using the 6He beams at 61.2.MeV/u impinging on a CH2.target. The α core fragments at forward angles were detected in coincidence with the recoiled protons at larger angles. From this exclusive meas urement the valence nucleon knockout mechanism and the core knockout mechanism can be distinguished by the relation be tween the polar angles of the core fragments and the recoiled protons, respectively. It is demonstrated that the core knockout mechanism may result in some strong contamination to the real invariant mass spectrum.

Bare Pd metal nanoparticles invariably suffer from poor selectivity in furfural hydrogenation by forming flat configurations,with the aromatic ring of the substrate molecules parallel to the metal ***,we put forward a promising solution by using CeO_(2.as promoters to modify Pd nanoparticles for modulating the adsorption behaviors of furfural *** achieve the highly-desired ultra-small Pd@CeO_(2.core@shell nanostructure,a“constrained auto-redox”synthesis is developed,in which silicalite-1.supports play the key role of providing their surface as the landing place of PdO_(x)precursors for inhibiting the overgrowth and the *** the best of our knowledge,this is one of the smallest core@shell materials obtained from aqueous *** evaluated as catalysts,Pd@CeO_(2./S-1.gives 98.9%conversion of furfural with 94.3.selectivity for furfural alcohol in 1. h,which is much better than that of Pd/S-1.88.6%conversion with 44.3.selectively).The DFT simulation reveals a strong interaction between the defects of CeO_(2.and the oxygen atom of the–CHO group in furfural molecules,which benefits the selective hydrogenation occurred in the–CHO group rather than the furan ring.

Owing to the broad energy coverage of Insight-HXMT in the hard X-ray band,we detected the highest energy of pulsation exceeding 2.0 keV around the 2.1.–2.1. outburst peak of the first Galactic pulsating ultraluminous X-ray source (PULX) Swift J02.3.6+61.0},which is the highest energy detected from PULXs to *** also obtained the highest energy of pulsation of every exposure during the outburst in 2.1.–2.1.,and found the highest energy is roughly positively correlated with *** our newly developed method,we identified the critical luminosity being 4×1.^(3.)erg s^(-1. when the main peaks of the low and high energy pulse profiles became aligned,which separates the fan-beam dominated and pencil-beam dominated accretion *** the critical luminosity,the phase of the main peak shifted gradually from 0.5 to 0.8 until the outburst peak in al energy bands is reached,which is in agreement with the phase shift found previously at low *** result is consistent with what is derived from spectral analysis.
