The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the ***,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1.perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,({1.diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3.integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM ***,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated chinese and Western medicine in {1.{1.–{1.{1. were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of chinese and Western medicine *** last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.

Short-term Effects of Tillage Practices on Organic Carbon in Clay Loam Soil of Northeast China

A tillage experiment, consisting of moldboard plow （MP）, ridge tillage （RT）, and no-tillage （NT）, was performed in a randomized complete block design with four replicates to study the effect of 3.year tillage management on SOC content and its distribution in surface layer （3. cm） of a clay loam soil in northeast China. NT did not lead to significant increase of SOC in topsoil （0-5 cm） compared with MP and RT; however, the SOC content in NT soil was remarkably reduced at a depth of 5-2. cm. Accordingly, short-term （3.year） NT management tended to stratify SOC concentration, but not necessarily increase its storage in the plow layer for the soil.

Visible-light-induced organocatalyzed C（sp2.–H bond functionalization of 1.{1.azoles with trifluoroacetylsilanes

Previous carbene insertion to C–H bonds of 1.3.azoles relied on metal carbene species. Herein, we report a metal-free C（sp{1.–H bond functionalization of 1.3.azoles with trifluoroacetylsilanes. The reaction features mild conditions, broad substrate scope and wide functional group tolerance. The mechanistic study supports that the success of the reaction is probably attributed to the dual roles of trifluoroacetylsilanes under the photocatalyzed conditions: generating carbenes which undergo cyclopropanation and generating biradicals which promote ring-opening aromatization of the in situ generated fused cyclopropanes.

Discussion on moment tensor solution and seismogenic structure of Ruichang-Yangxin earthquake on 1. September 2.1.

Ruichang-Yangxin earthquake is another moderate earthquake in Yangxin-Jiujiang area since 2.05 Jiujiang-Ruichang M5.7 earthquake. In order to more understand the seismic activities in this area, we study the moment tensor solution and the seismogenic structure of the Ruichang-Yangxin earthquake. Precise earthquake relocation shows that the mainshock occurred on the southwestern part of the NE-trending fault and aftershocks are distributed not only along the NE-trending fault but also along its conjugated NW-trending fault. By comprehensive analysis on the earthquake distribution, characteristics of isoseismal curve, focal mechanism, and regional structure characteristics, it is inferred that this earthquake is caused by the NE-trending Tanlu fault. In addition, it has close relationship with the conjugated NW-trending fault as well. Many researches have shown that the junction area is the earthquake-prone area, and should be paid more attention to. And our study also proves this viewpoint.

Adding PD-1.blockade in the neoadjuvant regimens for locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)patients with microsatellite stable(MsS)/mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR)tumors is an attractive,but debatable *** phase 2.multicenter,prospective,single-arm study enrolled patients from 6 centers from June 2.2. to November *** advanced rectal cancer(LARC,cT_(3.4a)N_(0)M_(0) and cT_(1.4a)N_(1.2.M_(0))patients aged≥1. years with the distance from distal border of tumor to anal verge≤1. cm(identified by Magnetic Resonance Imaging)were qualifed for *** patients received long-course radiotherapy(50 Gy/2. fractions,2.Gy/fraction,5 days/week)and three 2.-day cycles capecitabine(850-1.00 mg/m2.bid,po,day1.1.)and three 2.-day cycles tislelizumab(2.0 mg,***,day8)as *** mesorectal excision(TME)was 6-1.0}weeks after the end of radiotherapy to achieve radical resection.A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this *** pathological complete response rate was 40.0%[2./50,95%confidence interval(CI):2..61.53.82.],while 1.(3..0%,95%CI:1..1.43.75%),9(1..0%,95%CI:9.77-3..8%),2.4.0%,95%CI:1.1.-1.3}46%)patients respectively achieved grade 1.2.and 3.tumor ***-related adverse events(TRAEs)occurred in 2.(56.0%)LARC patients,including 2.(52.0%)with grade I-II and 2.4.0%)with grade II(1.with grade 3.immune-related colitis and 1.with grade 3.rash).PD-1.blockade plus long-course chemoradiotherapy(CRT)showed promising therapeutic effects according to pathological complete response rate and is well-tolerated in LARC patients.A larger randomized controlled study is desired to further validate the above findings.

Globular clusters harbor numerous millisecond pulsars,but long-period pulsars(P 1.0 ms)are rarely *** this study,we employed a fast folding algorithm to analyze observational data from multiple globular clusters obtained by the Five-hundredmeter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),aiming to detect the existence of long-period *** estimated the impact of the median filtering algorithm in eliminating red noise on the minimum detectable flux density(S_(min))of ***,we successfully discovered two isolated long-period pulsars in M1. with periods approximately equal to 1.92.451.and{1.96071. s,*** the P-˙P diagram,both pulsars are positioned below the spin-up line,suggesting a possible history of partial recycling in X-ray binary systems disrupted by dynamical encounters later *** to timing results,these two pulsars exhibit remarkably strong magnetic *** the magnetic fields were weakened during the accretion process,then a short duration of accretion might explain the strong magnetic fields of these pulsars.

A prototype RF power source for CSNS/RCS

A prototype RF power source has been built to supply high RF power to a ferrite-loaded cavity, which is a part of R&D of the Rapid Cycling Synchrotron of China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS/RCS). A direct fast RF feedback amplifier, a 4:1.impedance transformer and auto tuning grid were locally located to compensate the heavy beam loading of CSNS/RCS. Design and commissioning of the RF power source is discussed here, also with some advice on system improvement.

Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1.protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1.bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1.beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1.1.,and 1.copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results for1. CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.83.,0.81.,and 0.856,respectively(P1.bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

Precise targeting of specific regions within the central nervous system(CNS)is crucial for both scientific research and gene therapy in the context of brain ***-associated virus 13.AAV13.is known for its restricted diffusion range within the CNS,making it an ideal choice for precise labeling and administration within small brain ***,AAV13.mediates relatively low expression of target ***,we introduced specifically engineered modifications to the AAV13.capsid protein to enhance its transduction *** first constructed AAV13.YF by mutating tyrosine to phenylalanine on the surface of the AAV13.*** then inserted the 7m8 peptide,known to enhance cell transduction,into positions 587/588 and 585/586 of the AAV13.capsid,resulting in two distinct variants named AAV13.587-7m8 and AAV13.585-7m8,*** found that AAV13.YF exhibited superior in vitro infectivity in HEK2.3. cells compared to AAV13.while AAV13.587-7m8 and AAV13.585-7m8 showed enhanced CNS infection capabilities in C57BL/6 mice,with AAV13.587-7m8 infection retaining a limited spread *** modified AAV13.variants hold promising potential for applications in gene therapy and neuroscience research.
