Architecture and application of integrated spatial information service platform for digital mine

Using enterprise GIS platform, spatial databases and modern information technology, building geo-spatial information service platform of digital mine which has the features of the data exchange service, enterprise GIS services, directory services, logging services, is key technology and application infrastructure for digital mine. Based on the support of geospatial information service platform of digital mine, the professional GIS application service adapter can be developed and the application supports related to mining application system can be realized. Using high-resolution satellite remote sensing data, the mine functional partition map and geographic grids can be divided, and the geographic grid parts, status and events of important features of the surface object were investigated and defined. The system architecture and technical characteristics of integrated spatial information service platform were analyzed firstly, which guarantee service ability of digital mine. The methods and applications of functional partition map for integrated management service platform were discussed which are the services scheme of digital mine. The application results indicated that digital mine upgrades and enhances the capability and range of mine surveying and mapping, and is of great significance for guarantee of efficient, green and intensive exploitation of mine.

Aim: To study the immunosuppressive activity of SM735 {[3-(12.β-artemisininoxy)] phenoxyl succinic acid}, a synthetic artemisinin derivative with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug structure, with the aim of finding potential immunosuppressive agents. Methods: Concanavalin A (ConA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR), were used to induce the proliferation of splenocytes, and [~3H]-thymidine incorporation was used to evaluate the proliferation of splenocytes. Cytokine production was promoted with ConA, LPS, or PMA plus ionomycin, and was detected with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) and sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were used to induce delayed-type hypersensitivity and quantitative hemolysis of SRBC (QHS) mouse models, as criteria for the evaluation of in vivo immune activity. Results: SM735 strongly inhibited the proliferation of splenocytes induced by ConA, LPS, or MLR, withIC50) values of 0.33 μmol/L, 0.2. μmol/L, and 0.51 μmol/L, respectively. When compared with a CC50value of 53.1 μmol/L, SM735 had a favorable safety range. SM735 dose-dependently inhibited proinflammatory cytokine production [including interleukins (IL)-12. interferon (IFN)-γ and IL-6] induced by LPS or PMA plus ionomycin. Upon ConA stimulation, SM735 suppressed IFN-γ in a dose-dependent manner, but did not affect IL-2.secretion. SM735 also strongly suppressed both T-cell-mediated delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) and B-cell-mediated QHS reactions. Conclusion: SM735 had strong immunosuppressive activity in vitro and in vivo, suggesting a potential role for SM735 as an immunosuppressive agent, and established the groundwork for further research on SM735.

Owing to the broad energy coverage of Insight-HXMT in the hard X-ray band,we detected the highest energy of pulsation exceeding 2.0 keV around the 2.17–2.18 outburst peak of the first Galactic pulsating ultraluminous X-ray source (PULX) Swift J02.3.6+612.,which is the highest energy detected from PULXs to *** also obtained the highest energy of pulsation of every exposure during the outburst in 2.17–2.18,and found the highest energy is roughly positively correlated with *** our newly developed method,we identified the critical luminosity being 4.10^(38)erg s^(-1) when the main peaks of the low and high energy pulse profiles became aligned,which separates the fan-beam dominated and pencil-beam dominated accretion *** the critical luminosity,the phase of the main peak shifted gradually from 0.5 to 0.8 until the outburst peak in al energy bands is reached,which is in agreement with the phase shift found previously at low *** result is consistent with what is derived from spectral analysis.
