Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pline,the predictive model had higher accuracy(0.86 versus 0.58,P<0.001)and a lower coefficient of variation(0.07 versus 0.92)in external *** Renal involvement is the most common manifestation of pediatric AAV in China,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)是对近些年逆全球化、贸易保护主义的有力对冲,也是中日首个双边互惠安排。梳理日本在RCEP中产品层面的关税减让模式,并基于政治经济学的分析框架,利用线性概率模型实证分析日本将部分产品纳入关税减让例外安排的决定因素。研究发现:(1)事实特征上,在RCEP中日本对外开放程度不高,FTA生效后仅有63%的产品关税立即降为0,24%的产品关税减让过渡期超过10年,另有13%的产品完全不参与降税。(2)实证分析发现,面临贸易创造的且有组织的进口竞争性产品易于通过利益集团影响贸易政策制定,从而更可能被纳入关税减让的例外安排;而深度嵌入全球价值链(GVC)且资源和市场“两头在外”的生产贸易模式,使得GVC参与度越高的产品越不容易被纳入关税减让的例外安排;但是关税减让过渡期和完全例外安排的决策机制是不同的,面临贸易创造的利益集团只能获得关税减让超长过渡期的保护,而GVC参与度越高的产品能获得更低概率的关税减让完全例外安排。

Energy consumption optimization for edge computing-supported cellular networks based on optimal transport theory

With advancements in mobile communication technologies, there have been multiple user device(UD) connections to cellular networks. Because of changes in the spatial distribution of UDs and application requirements, the traditional offloading mechanism based on the nearest distance will result in heavy loads for some base stations(BSs). Because there is a high-order relationship between the energy consumption of the BS processing tasks and the number of computing tasks, the traditional offloading mechanism will result in high energy consumption, and UD’s offloading decision must be dynamically adjusted. The offloading decision of UDs is optimized based on detailed information about various parameters associated with a network from the standpoint of distribution. This information includes details regarding the spatial distribution of UDs,application requirements, and the offloading period of computing tasks. Based on optimal transport theory,an energy consumption optimization algorithm is suggested to lower the total amount of energy consumed by the offloading process of UDs’ computing tasks by reasonably planning the offloading BSs of the UDs in the networks. The simulation results show that the proposed offloading mechanism based on energy consumption optimization reduces the total energy consumption of the offloading process by 28.09% when compared to the traditional offloading mechanism, and the traffic managed by each BS is balanced.

BACKGROUND Postpolypectomy syndrome(PPS)is a rare postoperative complication of colonic *** presents with abdominal pain and fever accompanied by coagulopathy and elevated inflammatory *** prognosis is usually good,and it only requires outpatient treatment or observation in a general ***-ever,it can be *** SUMMARY The patient was a 58-year-old man who underwent two colonic polypectomies,each resulting in life-threatening sepsis,septic shock,and *** of the notable manifestations was a rapid drop in blood pressure,an increase in heart rate,loss of consciousness,and heavy sweating,accompanied by shortness of breath and decreased oxygen in the finger *** on the criteria of organ dysfunction due to infection,we diagnosed him with *** patient also experienced severe gastrointestinal bleeding after the second ***,he did not complain of any abdominal pain throughout the course of the *** had significantly elevated concentrations of inflammatory markers and *** for the absence of abdominal pain,his fever,significant coagulopathy,and elevated inflammatory marker concentrations were all consistent with *** computed tomography and superior mesenteric artery computed tomography angiography showed no free air or vascular ***,the diagnosis of colon perforation was not *** final blood culture results indicated Moraxella *** patient was transferred to the intensive care unit and quickly improved after fluid resuscitation,antibiotic treatment,oxygen therapy,and blood *** PPS may induce dysregulation of the systemic inflammatory response,which can lead to sepsis or septic shock,even in the absence of abdominal pain.

An Efficient Multi-objective Approach Based on Golden Jackal Search for Dynamic Economic Emission Dispatch

Dynamic Economic Emission Dispatch(DEED)aims to optimize control over fuel cost and pollution emission,two conflicting objectives,by scheduling the output power of various units at specific *** many methods well-performed on the DEED problem,most of them fail to achieve expected results in practice due to a lack of effective trade-off mechanisms between the convergence and diversity of non-dominated optimal dispatching *** address this issue,a new multi-objective solver called Multi-Objective Golden Jackal Optimization(MOGJO)algorithm is proposed to cope with the DEED *** proposed algorithm first stores non-dominated optimal solutions found so far into an ***,it chooses the best dispatching solution from the archive as the leader through a selection mechanism designed based on elite selection strategy and Euclidean distance index *** mechanism can guide the algorithm to search for better dispatching solutions in the direction of reducing fuel costs and pollutant ***,the basic golden jackal optimization algorithm has the drawback of insufficient search,which hinders its ability to effectively discover more Pareto *** this end,a non-linear control parameter based on the cosine function is introduced to enhance global exploration of the dispatching space,thus improving the efficiency of finding the optimal dispatching *** proposed MOGJO is evaluated on the latest CEC benchmark test functions,and its superiority over the state-of-the-art multi-objective optimizers is highlighted by performance ***,empirical results on 5-unit,10-unit,IEEE 30-bus,and 30-unit systems show that the MOGJO can provide competitive compromise scheduling solutions compared to published DEED ***,in the analysis of the Pareto dominance relationship and the Euclidean distance index,the optimal dispatching solutions provided by MOGJO are the closest to the ideal solutions for minimizing fuel costs

APFA:Ameliorated Pathfinder Algorithm for Engineering Applications

Pathfinder algorithm(PFA)is a swarm intelligent optimization algorithm inspired by the collective activity behavior of swarm animals,imitating the leader in the population to guide followers in finding the best food *** algorithm has the characteristics of a simple structure and high ***,PFA faces challenges such as insufficient population diversity and susceptibility to local optima due to its inability to effectively balance the exploration and exploitation *** paper proposes an Ameliorated Pathfinder Algorithm called APFA to solve complex engineering optimization ***,a guidance mechanism based on multiple elite individuals is presented to enhance the global search capability of the ***,to improve the exploration efficiency of the algorithm,the Logistic chaos mapping is introduced to help the algorithm find more high-quality potential solutions while avoiding the worst ***,a comprehensive following strategy is designed to avoid the algorithm falling into local optima and further improve the convergence *** three strategies achieve an effective balance between exploration and exploitation overall,thus improving the optimization performance of the *** performance evaluation,APFA is validated by the CEC2022 benchmark test set and five engineering optimization problems,and compared with the state-of-the-art metaheuristic *** numerical experimental results demonstrated the superiority of APFA.

Non-contact and full-field online monitoring of curing temperature during the in-situ heating process based on deep learning

Online monitoring of the curing temperature field is essential to improving the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process of composite *** embedded sensor-based technologies have difficulty monitoring the full temperature field or have to introduce heterogeneous items that could have an undesired impact on the *** this paper,a non-contact,full-field monitoring method based on deep learning that predicts the internal temperature field of composite parts in real time using surface temperature measurements of auxiliary materials is *** the proposed method,an average temperature monitoring accuracy of 97%is achieved in various heating *** addition,this method also demonstrates satisfying feasibility when a stronger thermal barrier covers the *** method was experimentally validated during the self-resistance electric heating process,in which the monitoring accuracy reached 93.1%.This method can potentially be applied to automated manufacturing and process control in the composites industry.

The rapidly increasing production of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)and their limited service time increases the number of spent liBs,eventually causing serious environmental issues and resource *** the perspectives of clean production and the development of the liB industry,the effective recovery and recycling of spent liBs require urgent *** study provides an overview of the current hydrometallurgical processes employed in the recycling of spent cathode materials,focusing on the leaching of valuable metals and their *** particular,this research reviews the various leaching systems(inorganic acid,organic acid,and ammonia)and the separation of valuable metals,and then,recommendations for subsequent study are offered in an attempt to contribute to the development of highly efficient methods for recycling spent cathode *** addition,a range of existing technologies,such as solvent extraction,chemical precipitation,electrochemical deposition,and regeneration,for the postprocessing of leaching solutions are ***,the promising technologies,existing challenges and suggestions with respect to the development of effective and environmentally friendly recycling methods for handling spent cathode materials are identified.

企业生产产生的固体废物种类多样、成分复杂,若未经妥善处理处置,将会对生态环境造成不可逆转损害,同时其中具有危险特性的危险废物进入环境后损害更为严重。以某环境事件中的污泥样品为研究对象,根据待鉴别对象理化性状情况,采集代表性样品5个,采用先有机定性扫描后进行浸出毒性苯、甲苯、二甲苯指标定量检测的鉴别技术路线,最后根据样品检测结果判定待鉴别对象为具有甲苯浸出毒性危险特性的危险废物。本研究采用“定性-定量”相结合技术方法进行固体废物环境应急鉴别工作,具有样品采集数量少、指标检测具有针对性、成本低、鉴别时间短等优点,值得在环境事件固体废物应急鉴别工作中推广应用。
