With the rapid development in recent years, small-molecule organic solar cell is challenging the dominance of its counterpart, polymer solar cell. The top power conversion efficiencies of both single and tandem solar cells based on small molecules have surpassed 9%. In this mini review, achievements of small molecules with impressive photovoltaic performance especially reported in the last two years were highlighted. The relationship between molecular structure and device performance was analyzed, which draws some rules for rational molecular design. Five series of p- and n-type small molecules were selected based on the consideration of their competitiveness of power conversion efficiencies.

The high-gap plant protection machine is taken in this paper as the research object to ensure the good driving power and safety of the high-gap plant protection machine,and the control strategy of inter-shaft torque distribution is established under different working conditions to improve vehicle power and lateral *** anticipated demand torque is initially determined based on the structural characteristics and operational principles of the plant protection ***,a hierarchical control framework is devised by incorporating a formulated switching control ***,a simulation model for torque distribution control strategy between shafts is developed on the Matlab/Simulink platform,followed by simulation and experimental *** results are presented as follows:the inter-shaft torque distribution strategy established in this paper increases the average longitudinal acceleration by 0.13 m/s^(2) and 0.14 m/s^(2) under the control of low and high to low adhesion road surfaces,*** the control of the single-line shifting condition,the yaw velocity can successfully follow the expected value with a maximum value of 0.61 rad/*** side deflection angle of the center of mass does not exceed 2.8°,which can follow the ideal trajectory and improve power and safety.

Fuel economy is one of the most important properties of wheeled *** improve the fuel economy,it is necessary to improve the engine fuel economy and the tractive efficiency of the driving *** analyzing the fuel economy evaluation index of wheeled tractors,the correlation among the tractor specific fuel consumption,the engine effective specific fuel consumption and the tractive efficiency of the driving mechanism were clarified in this paper.A tractor with a new type of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT)was designed and its whole model was established *** the basis of each module’s simulation model,the binary speed ratio matching simulation model of the gearbox-engine system was obtained by the control system reconstruction,and the fuel economy simulation analysis of the wheeled tractor with HMCVT was carried out under the two typical working conditions of plowing and *** with the current national standard,the fuel economy of the newly designed wheeled tractors with the power of 130 kW was 380 g/(kW·h),specific fuel consumption was reduced by 21.1%.The results showed that the new tractor fuel economy was greatly ***,automatic navigation technology can be combined with the self-adaptive tractors to adapt to different working conditions and achieve the optimal fuel economy,which can be applied in precision agriculture.

In recent years,reactive species-based cancer therapies have attracted tremendous attention due to their simplicity,controllability,and ***,we overviewed the state-of-art advance for photo-controlled generation of highly reactive radical species with nanomaterials for cancer ***,we summarized the most widely explored reactive species,such as singlet oxygen,superoxide radical anion(O2●-),nitric oxide(●NO),carbon monoxide,alkyl radicals,and their corresponding secondary reactive species generated by interaction with other biological ***,we discussed the generating mechanisms of these highly reactive species stimulated by light irradiation,followed by their anticancer effect,and the synergetic principles with other therapeutic *** review might unveil the advantages of reactive species-based therapeutic methodology and encourage the pre-clinical exploration of reactive species-mediated cancer treatments.

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FLS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FLS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FLS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

A modified polynomial preserving gradient recovery technique is proposed. Unlike the polynomial preserving gradient recovery technique,the gradient recovered with the modified polynomial preserving recovery(MPPR) is constructed element-wise, and it is discontinuous across the interior *** advantage of the MPPR technique is that the implementation is easier when adaptive meshes are *** results of the gradient recovered with MPPR are proved for finite element methods for elliptic boundary problems and eigenvalue problems under adaptive meshes. The MPPR is applied to adaptive finite element methods to construct asymptotic exact a posteriori error *** tests are provided to examine the theoretical results and the effectiveness of the adaptive finite element algorithms.

This paper concerns the position optimization problem of a mobile relay over a whole horizontal *** problem is important because the position of a mobile relay directly affects the end-to-end performance,e.g.,reliability,connectivity,and data *** this paper,we propose a new position optimization scheme of a mobile relay over a whole horizontal plane based on the one-bit feedback information from the destination node,which improves the performance over the prior scheme whose position of the mobile relay is optimized over a fixed *** the proposed scheme,the mobile relay is equipped with merely one single onboard ***,no prior information about the positions of both the source node and the destination node is ***,the proposed scheme can work at low network resources scenario,which is particularly suitable for mobile relay communication with constrained energy,e.g.,the communications in a disaster area where the infrastructure is heavily damaged,volcano monitoring,and wireless powered communication *** to the characteristics of the proposed scheme,we further design two heuristic implementations to calculate the optimal position of a mobile relay over a whole horizontal *** first implementation has better steady performance whereas the second implementation has better convergence *** implement the proposed scheme and conduct an extensive performance comparison between the proposed scheme and prior schemes to verify the advantages of the proposed scheme.

Fractured reservoirs always show anisotropic amplitude features,*** reflection amplitude of seismic waves varies with offset and azimuth （AVOZ）.A noise attenuation fracture inversion algorithm is presented for fracture detection based on P-wave *** conventional inversion method always fails when applied to limited azimuth data because of the existence of *** our inversion algorithm,special attention is paid to suppressing the noise during inversion,to overcome the limitation of the conventional inversion method on limited azimuth *** models are employed to illustrate the effectiveness of the *** inversion algorithm is then applied to Tazhong 45 area field data which is acquired under limited azimuth *** with cores and fullbore formation microimage （FMI）,the inverted results （fracture density and orientation） are reasonable,suggesting that the inversion algorithm is feasible for fracture prediction in the Tarim Basin.

To satisfy diversified service demands of vertical industries,network slicing enables efficient resource allocation of a common infrastructure by creating isolated logical ***,uncertainty and dynamics of service demands will cause performance *** to operation costs and resource constraints,it is challenging to maintain high quality of user experience while obtaining high revenue for service providers(SPs).This paper develops an optimal and fast slice reconfiguration(OFSR)framework based on reinforcement learning,where a novel scheme is proposed to offer optimal decisions for reconfiguring diverse slices.A demand prediction model is proposed to capture changes in resource requirements,based on which the OFSR scheme is triggered to determine whether to perform slice *** the large state and action spaces generated from uncertain service time and resource requirements,deep dueling architecture is adopted to improve the convergence *** simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed framework in achieving higher long-term revenue for SPs.
