Elastic wave manipulation is important in a wide variety of applications,including information processing in small elastic devices and noise control in large solid *** recent emergence of topological materials has opened new avenues for modulating elastic waves in ***,because of the full-vector feature and the complicated couplings of the longitudinal and transverse components of elastic waves,manipulating elastic waves is generally difficult compared with manipulating acoustic waves(scalar waves) and electromagnetic waves(vectorial waves but transverse only).To date,topological materials,including insulators and semimetals,have been used for acoustic and electromagnetic *** topological materials with elastic waves have also been reported,the observed topological edge modes lie on the domain wall.A natural question arises:Is there an elastic metamaterial with topological edge modes on its own boundary?Here,we report a 3D metal-printed bilayer metamaterial that topologically insulates elastic *** introducing chiral interlayer couplings,the spin-orbit couplings for elastic waves are induced,which give rise to nontrivial topological *** edge states with vortex features were demonstrated on the boundary of the single topological *** further show a heterostructure of the metamaterial that exhibits tunable edge *** findings could be used in devices based on elastic waves in solids.

Lithium(Li)dendrite growth significantly deteriorates the performance and shortens the operation life of lithium metal *** the intricate dynamics of surface localized and rapid mass transport at the electrolyte–electrode interface of lithium metal is essential for the understanding of the dendrite growth process,and the evaluation of the solutions mitigating the dendrite growth *** we demonstrate an approach based on an ultrasensitive tilted fiber Bragg grating(TFBG)sensor which is inserted close to the electrode surface in a working lithium metal battery,without disturbing its *** to the superfine optical resonances of the TFBG,in situ and rapid monitoring of mass transport kinetics and lithium dendrite growth at the nanoscale interface of lithium anodes have been *** correlations between the performance of different natural/artificial solid electrolyte interphases(SEIs)and the time-resolved optical responses have been observed and quantified,enabling us to link the nanoscale ion and SEI behavior with the macroscopic battery *** new operando tool will provide additional capabilities for parametrization of the batteries’electrochemistry and help identify the optimal interphases of lithium metal batteries to enhance battery performance and its safety.

Flexible and wearable sensors have broad application prospects in health monitoring and artificial *** different single-functional sensing devices have been developed in recent years,such as pressure sensors and temperature ***,it is still a great challenge to design and fabricate tactile sensors with multiple sensing ***,we propose a simple direct stamping method for the fabrication of multifunctional tactile *** can detect pressure and temperature stimuli signals *** pressure/temperature sensor possesses high sensitivity(0.67 kPa^(-1)),large linear range(0.75-5 kPa),and fast response speed(15.6 ms)in pressure *** also has a high temperature sensitivity(1.4.%/℃)and great linearity(0.99)for temperature sensing in the range of-30 to 30℃.All these excellent performances indicate that this pressure/temperature sensor has great potential in applications for artificial intelligence and health monitoring.

城乡融合发展带来基层治理事务属性变迁,对乡政村治分级治理模式提出挑战。信息技术嵌入带来简约治理模式转型,但脱离实体治理需要的技术约化制度,忽视超辖区交叠事务协同治理机制,使基层治理呈现形式清晰但实质模糊矛盾,出现“上动但下不动”及“有限主体互动”的困局。京郊B镇的技术赋能经验说明,加强治理过程主体关系协调,适配增加治理要素、构建扁平管理机制,能填补基层治理能力结构堕距,推动简约治理传统现代调适,实现合作治理的简约高效。技术型简约治理模式的有效运转,有赖要素衔接与补位治理机制,夯实主辅协同分级治理机制。

Reversible 3D optical data storage and information encryption in photo-modulated transparent glass medium

Transparent glass has been identified as a vital medium for three-dimensional(3D)optical information storage and multi-level ***,it has remained a challenge for directly writing 3D patterning inside a transparent glass using semiconductor blue laser instead of high-cost femtosecond ***,we demonstrate that rare earth ions doped transparent glass can be used as 3D optical information storage and data encryption medium based on their reversible transmittance and photoluminescence *** color of tungsten phosphate glass doped with rare earth ions change reversibly from light yellow to blue upon alternating {2.3 nm laser illumination and temperature stimulation,resulting in the reversible luminescence *** information data could be repeatedly written and erased in arbitrary 3D space of transparent glass,not only showing the ability of the excellent reproducibility and storage capacity,but also opening opportunities in information *** present work expands the application fields of luminescent glass,and it is conducive to develop a novel 3D data storage and information encryption media.

Physical-layer security issues in wireless systems have attracted great *** this paper,we investigate the spectrum anti-jamming(AJ)problem for data transmissions between *** fast-changing physical-layer jamming attacks in the time/frequency domain,frequency resources have to be configured for devices in advance with unknown jamming patterns(*** time-frequency distribution of the jamming signals)to avoid jamming signals emitted by malicious *** process can be formulated as a Markov decision process and solved by reinforcement learning(RL).Unfortunately,stateof-the-art RL methods may put pressure on the system which has limited computing *** a result,we propose a novel RL,by integrating the asynchronous advantage actor-critic(A3C)approach with the kernel method to learn a flexible frequency pre-configuration ***,in the presence of time-varying jamming patterns,the traditional AJ strategy can not adapt to the dynamic interference *** handle this issue,we design a kernelbased feature transfer learning method to adjust the structure of the policy function *** results reveal that our proposed approach can significantly outperform various baselines,in terms of the average normalized throughput and the convergence speed of policy learning.

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most challenging subtype of breast *** endeavor has been made to explore the molecular biology basis of ***,we reported a novel function of factor Kinectin 1(KTN1)as a carcinogenic promoter in ***1 expression in TNBC was increased compared with adjacent tissues or luminal or Her2.subtypes of breast cancer,and TNBC patients with high KTN1 expression have poor *** functional studies,knockdown of KTN1 inhibited the proliferation and invasiveness of TNBC both in vitro and in vivo,while overexpression of KTN1 promoted cancer cell proliferation and ***-seq analysis revealed that the interaction of cytokine-cytokine receptor,particularly CXCL8 gene,was upregulated by KTN1,which was supported by the further ***8 depletion inhibited the tumorigenesis and progression of ***,rescue experiments validated that KTN1-mediated cell growth acceleration in TNBC was dependent on CXCL8 both in vitro and in ***,it was found that KTN1 enhanced the phosphorylation of NF-κB/p65 protein at Ser536 site,and specifically bound to NF-κB/p65 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm of ***,the transcription of CXCL8 gene was directly upregulated by the complex of KTN1 and NF-κB/p65 *** together,our results elucidated a novel mechanism of KTN1 gene in TNBC tumorigenesis and ***1 may be a potential molecular target for the development of TNBC treatment.
