The tectonic differences between the east and the west in the deep-water area of the northern South China Sea

The deep-water area of the northern South China Sea, which has active and complicated tectonics, is rich in natural gas and gas hydrate. While the tectonic characteristics is different obviously between the east and the west because of the special tectonic position and tectonic evolution process. In terms of submarine geomorphology, the eastern shelf-slope structure in Pearl River Mouth Basin is characterized by having wide sub-basins and narrow intervening highs, whereas the western （Qiongdongnan Basin） structure is characterized by narrow sub- basins and wide uplift. As to the structural features, the deep-water sags in the east are all structurally half- grabens, controlled by a series of south-dipping normal faults. While the west sags are mainly characterised by graben structures with faulting in both the south and north. With regards to the tectonic evolution, the east began neotectonic activity when the post-rifting stage had completed at the end of the Middle Miocene. In the Baiyun Sag, tectonic activity became strong and was characterised by rapid subsidence and obvious faulting. Whereas in the west, neotectonic activity began at the end of the Late Miocene with rapid deposition and weak fault activity.

[目的]在现代工业生产过程中,实现复杂非线性多输入多输出系统的解耦控制对于生产过程的操作和优化都具有至关重要的意义.[方法]本文基于多智能体深度确定性策略梯度(MADDPG)算法,提出了一种解决复杂非线性多输入多输出系统解耦控制问题的设计方案,并通过连续搅拌反应过程的解耦控制仿真计算,验证了设计方案的有效性.[结果]验证结果表明:本文所提出的方案能够同时对连续搅拌反应过程中反应温度、产物摩尔流量两个被控量的设定控制目标进行跟踪调节,且在同样的控制目标下,该设计方案比单智能体方案和PID(proportional-integral-derivative control)控制方案都具有更好的稳定性与更小的稳态控制误差.[结论]仿真结果表明:针对复杂非线性多输入多输出系统的解耦控制问题,多智能体强化学习算法能够在不依赖于过程模型的基础上,实现复杂非线性多输入多输出系统的解耦控制,并保证较好的控制性能.

目的:观察艾灸对肥胖大鼠肠道屏障功能及Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核转录因子κB p65(NF-κB p65信号通路的调控作用,探究艾灸干预肥胖的作用机制。方法:将55只SPF级7周龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(10只)和造模组(45只),造模组采用高脂饮食喂养建立肥胖大鼠模型。造模成功的30只大鼠随机分为模型组、艾灸组、安慰对照组,每组10只。艾灸组在距离“中脘”3~5 cm处施灸,温度保持在(46±1)℃;安慰对照组在距离“中脘”8~10 cm处施灸,温度保持在(38±1)℃。均每天干预1次,共干预8周。观察各组大鼠干预前后体质量、摄食量;ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、脂多糖(LPS)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);HE染色法观察各组大鼠结肠组织形态;实时荧光定量PCR法检测各组大鼠结肠闭锁连接蛋白-1(ZO-1)、咬合蛋白(Occludin)、紧密连接蛋白-1(Claudin-1)、TLR4、NF-κB p65 mRNA表达;Western blot法检测各组大鼠结肠ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-1、TLR4和NF-κB p65蛋白表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体质量、摄食量、HOMA-IR及血清TC、TG、LPS水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组和安慰对照组比较,艾灸组大鼠体质量、摄食量、HOMA-IR及血清TC、TG、LPS水平降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠结肠组织黏膜大量上皮细胞损伤脱落,间质内可见明显炎性细胞浸润。与模型组比较,艾灸组大鼠结肠组织损伤有不同程度恢复,间质内可见少量炎性细胞浸润;安慰对照组大鼠结肠组织上皮损伤有少许恢复,间质内可见炎性细胞浸润。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠结肠ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-1 mRNA和蛋白表达降低(P<0.01),结肠TLR4、NF-κB p65 mRNA和蛋白表达升高(P<0.01);与模型组和安慰对照组比较,艾灸组大鼠结肠ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-1 mRNA和蛋白表达升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),结肠TLR4、NF-κB p65 mRNA和蛋白表达降低(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸可以降低肥胖大鼠体质量、摄食量,调节肥胖大鼠血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,可能与改善肠道屏障功能、调节肠道TLR4/NF-κB p65信号通路来减轻炎性反应有关。

Zircon U-Pb Geochronology and Hf Isotopic Constraints on Petrogenesis of Plagiogranite from the Cuomuqu Ophiolite,Bangong Lake Area,North Tibet

Field observation, geochemical signatures and zircon Hf isotope data indicate that Cuomuqu ophiolite in the Bangonghu area was formed in a back-arc basin （BAB） above a supra- subduction zone （SSZ）. Zircon U-Pb dating of the diabase from the Cuomuqu massif yielded an age of 164.3±1.9 Ma, thus indicating that the ophiolite complex was formed in the Middle Jurassic during back-arc extension of the mature Bangonghu-Nujiang Ocean. The zircon εHf（t） and TDMC values of the plagiogranite are similar to the εHf（t） and TDM of the diabase, respectively. The mode of occurrence of plagiogranites and their bulk-rock and Hf isotope characteristics indicate that they were derived from the mantle, associated with the surrounding gabbro and diabase, and were formed by partial melting of altered and hydrated mafic rocks under shear conditions during lateral drifting of the oceanic crust. The zircon U-Pb age of the plagiogranite is 156.4±1.4 Ma, and it is 7.9 Ma younger than the hosting diabase. In this study, zircon chronological and Hf isotopic data were tentatively analyzed to determine the genesis of plagiogranites in the Cuomuqu ophiolite complex.

为厘清玉龙雪山暖温性针叶林大型真菌资源的物种组成,采用样地调查法对玉龙雪山南麓针叶林内的大型真菌与伴生木本植物进行调查与采集。结果表明,有真菌资源22科39属79种,其中毒菌19种,药用菌7种,食用菌46种,还有7种野生菌的资源利用情况不明;红菇科、牛肝菌科和鹅膏菌科为优势科,鹅膏属、牛肝菌属、红菇属和乳菇属为优势属;生态类型包括粪生真菌、木腐真菌、土壤腐生菌、外生菌根菌和真菌共生菌等5类,以外生菌根菌的种数最多;伴生木本植物有14科17属41种。暖温性针叶林内菌类资源与植物种类组成较为丰富,优势类群明显,极具开发潜力。

Few-Shot Named Entity Recognition with the Integration of Spatial Features

The few-shot named entity recognition(NER)task aims to train a robust model in the source domain and transfer it to the target domain with very few annotated data.Currently,some approaches rely on the prototypical network for NER.However,these approaches often overlook the spatial relations in the span boundary matrix because entity words tend to depend more on adjacent words.We propose using a multidimensional convolution module to address this limitation to capture short-distance spatial dependencies.Additionally,we uti-lize an improved prototypical network and assign different weights to different samples that belong to the same class,thereby enhancing the performance of the few-shot NER task.Further experimental analysis demonstrates that our approach has significantly improved over baseline models across multiple datasets.

Grey Relation between Nonlinear Characteristic and Dynamic Uncertainty of Rolling Bearing Friction Torque

The rolling bearing friction torque which is characterized by its uncertainty and nonlinearity affects heavily the dynamic performance of a system such as missiles, spacecrafts and radars, etc. It is difficult to use the classical statistical theory to evaluate the dynamic evaluation of the rolling bearing friction torque for the lack of prior information about both probability distribution and trends. For this reason, based on the information poor system theory and combined with the correlation dimension in chaos theory, the concepts about the mean of the dynamic fluctuant range （MDFR） and the grey relation are proposed to resolve the problem about evaluating the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the rolling bearing friction torque. Friction torque experiments are done for three types of the rolling bearings marked with HKTA, HKTB and HKTC separately; meantime, the correlation dimension and MDFR are calculated to describe the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the friction torque, respectively. And the experiments reveal that there is a certain grey relation between the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the rolling bearing friction torque, viz. MDFR will become the nonlinear increasing trend with the correlation dimension increasing. Under the condition of fewer characteristic data and the lack of prior information about both probability distribution and trends, the unitive evaluation for the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the rolling bearing friction torque is realized with the grey confidence level of 87.7%-96.3%.

Mineral Chemistry and Geochemistry of Peridotites from the Zedang and Luobusa Ophiolites, Tibet: Implications for the Evolution of the Neo-Tethys

We present a new dataset on platinum group elements（PGEs）, whole-rock major and trace elements, and mineral chemistry for the peridotites from the Zedang and Luobusa ophiolite suites, Tibet, in an attempt to better constrain the petrogenesis of the Zedang and Luobusa ophiolites and the tectonic evolution of the Neo-Tethys. Plots of chondrite-normalized PGE, PGE vs. Mg#, and PGE vs. Al_2O_3 suggest that the lherzolite and harzburgite from Zedang and Luobusa have similar PGE characteristics. The Zedang and Luobusa peridotites display U-shaped REE patterns and are enriched in some incompatible elements, indicative of melt-rock interaction. The PGE characteristics may be attributed to partial melting and heterogeneous melt-rock interaction. Mineral chemistry and whole rock major and trace elements data suggest that lherzolite and harzburgite from Zedang and Luobusa have similar geochemical properties. On the spinel Mg# vs. Cr# plot, the composition of the Zedang and Luobusa peridotites is consistent with both abyssal and subduction-zone peridotites. This study indicates that the Zedang and Luobusa peridotites have a similar origin and evolution path： they could have originated from a normal mid-ocean ridge environment and got refertilization in a supra-subduction zone setting.

共享单车系统中车辆的损坏会严重影响顾客使用体验。为此,运营方需要投入运维资源(如维修工、运载车等)对坏车进行回收、修复和重新投放。由于运维资源有限,如何优化资源的配置是当前共享单车管理实践中待解决的重要问题。本文结合实际运维特点,构建了一个封闭排队网络模型,并在运维资源有限的条件下,以最小化顾客损失比例为目标提出决策问题。本文基于前述排队网络模型,提出基于连续时间马尔可夫过程的状态稳态概率和基于离散事件系统仿真,两种求解系统性能指标的方法。针对决策问题解空间有限且离散的特点,本文结合前述仿真方法,采用基于排序择优(ranking and selection)的仿真优化算法来求解。实验算例结果显示离散事件系统仿真可有效估计出系统性能指标;提升维修工和运载车的工作速率或增加数量可改善系统性能表现,但改善效果边际递减。此外,本文采用的排序择优算法可有效求解决策问题,为共享单车的运营管理决策提供参考。

Bacterial cell division is strictly regulated in the formation of equal daughter cells. This process is governed by a series of spatial and temporal regulators, and several new factors of interest to the field have recently been identified. Here, we report the requirement of gluconate 5-dehydrogenase （Ga5DH） in cell division of the zoonotic pathogen Strepto- coccus suis. GaSDH catalyzes the reversible reduction of 5-ketogluconate to D-gluconate and was localized to the site of cell division. The deletion of Ga5DH in S. suis resulted in a plump morphology with aberrant septa joining the progeny. A significant increase was also observed in cell length. These defects were determined to be the conse- quence of Ga5DH deprivation in S. suis causing FtsZ delo- calization. In addition, the interaction of FtsZ with Ga5DH in vitro was confirmed by protein interaction assays. These results indicate that GaSDH may function to prevent the formation of ectopic Z rings during S. suis cell division.
