Changes in Activities of Antioxidant-Related Enzymes in Leaves of Resistant and Susceptible Wheat Inoculated with Rhizoctonia cerealis

In this study, the changes in activities of peroxidase （POD）, glutathione S-transferase （GST）, catalase （CAT）, and superoxide distmuase （SOD） in leaves of four wheat cultivars, including resistant cultivars Shannong 0431 and Shanhongmai, a mildsusceptible cultivar Lumai 21, and a susceptible cultivar Wenmai 6, were investigated to explore if these antioxidantrelated enzymes were involved in wheat defense response to Rhizoctonia cerealis attack. Results showed that the activities of these enzymes in different wheat cultivars varied greatly after challenging with R. cerealis. The POD activities in resistant cultivars Shannong 0431 and Shanhongmai increased much quicker after the inoculation and displayed much higher activity than that in susceptible cultivar Wenmai 6. In contrast, POD activity showed a slow accumulation and a delayed peak time. The activities of GST and CAT in Shannong 0431 and Lumai 21 increased obviously within 48 h post inoculation （hpi）, whereas SOD activity decreased dramatically within 24 hpi in Shannong 0431 and 24-48 hpi in Lumai 21. In susceptible cultivar Wenmai 6, the SOD and CAT activities didn’t change obviously, whereas the activity of GST was decreased. The activities of CAT and GST in Shanhongmai did not show significant difference compared with those in Wenmai 6. Results suggested that POD activity may be positively associated with wheat defense to R. cerealis.

Calculation and Analysis of Force in Roll System of 20-High Sendzimir Mill

The calculation of force for a roll system has significant effects on cold roiled thin strip gauge adjustment of a 20-high Sendzimir mill. According to the rolling parameters and rolling plans of a ZR 22B-42 Sendzimir mill in a silicon steel factory, the contact force and the resultant force of each roll in the roll system were calculated both in the static state and in the rolling state through C＋＋ programs. It was found that the contact force between the see ond intermediate driven roll and the back up rolls B and C was much lower than that between the other rolls in static state. The results also demonstrated that the resultant force are 59.5%-62%, 37.7%-40.3%, 87.1%-88.7% and 53.9%-56.7% of the rolling force at the second intermediate driven roll, the second intermediate idler roll, the back-up rolls B and C and the back-up rolls A and D, respectively. It was also revealed that the minimum contact force generated between the first intermediate roll and the second intermediate idler roll is 206.7 kN on the first roll ing pass, and that on the second rolling pass, the minimum contact force generated between the second intermediate driven roll and the back-up roll C is 470.7 kN.

文摘类杂志在我国近万种期刊中,一直扮演着文化沉淀的角色。虽然数量不占优势,但其文化效应和市场表现却一直非常突出,涌现了一批大刊、名刊。新媒体的兴起改变了传统的阅读习惯,传统文摘类期刊遭遇了前所未有之冲击,但它对传统文摘类期刊也产生了一定程度的反哺。主要体现在内容生产、编辑角色和品牌传播三个方面,并且这种反哺也是暂时的。随着内容、渠道、功能等层面的不断统合,传统文摘类杂志和新媒体必然在展示各自优势的基础上,呈现出多媒介生态、多功能形式合而为一的深度融合。

Background:Macrophages are the primary innate immune cells encountered by the invading coronaviruses,and their abilities to initiate inflammatory reactions,to main-tain the immunity homeostasis by differential polarization,to train the innate immune system by epigenic modification have been reported in laboratory animal ***:In the current in vitro research,murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cell were infected by mouse hepatitis virus,a coronavirus existed in *** 3-,6-,12-,24-,and 48-h post infection(hpi.),the attached cells were washed with PBS and harvested in Trizol *** The harvest is subjected to transcriptome ***:The transcriptome analysis showed the immediate(3 hpi.)up regulation of DEGs related to inflammation,like Il1b and *** related to M2 differential po-larization,like Irf4 showed up regulation at 24 hpi.,the late term after viral *** addition,DEGs related to metabolism and histone modification,like Ezh2 were de-tected,which might correlate with the trained immunity of ***:The current in vitro viral infection study showed the key innated im-munity character of macrophages,which suggested the replacement value of viral infection cells model,to reduce the animal usage in preclinical research.

Smelting with oxygen bottom blowing is one of the main methods used in the frame of copper *** this approach,feed materials and oxygen-enriched air are introduced in reversed order to enhance multiphaseflow within the *** the flow structure and temperature distribution in this setup is crucial foroptimizing *** this study,gas-liquid interactions,and temperature profiles under varying air-injectionconditions are examined by means of numerical simulation for a 3.2 m×20 m *** results indicate that thehigh-velocity regions are essentially distributed near the lance within the reaction region and the flue gas outlet,while low-velocity regions are located close to the furnace walls on both side of the reaction *** regionsappear in the sedimentation region,with gas velocities surpassing those of the molten *** the injection rateincreases from 0.50 to 0.80 Nm3/s,the stabilization time of the average liquid surface velocity decreases from 2.6 sto 1.9 s,exhibiting a similar trend to the gas *** stabilization,the average liquid surface velocity risesfrom 0.505 to 0.702 m/*** average turbulent kinetic energy(TKE)of the fluid in the molten bath increases from0.095 to 0.162 m^(2)/s^(2).The proportion of the area distribution with TKE greater than 0.10 m^(2)/s^(2) and the gas holdupat steady state both rise with an increase in the injection *** maximum splashing height of the melt growsfrom approximately 0.756 to 1.154 m,with the affected area expanding from 14.239 to 20.498 m^(2).Under differentworking conditions with varying injection quantities,the average temperature changes in melt zone and flue gaszone of the furnace are *** temperature in the melt and in the flue-gas zone spans the interval 1200℃–1257℃,and 1073℃–1121℃,*** temperature distribution of the melt and flue gas reveals a patterncharacterized by elevated temperatures in the reaction zone,gradually transitioning
