Backgr.und Mangr.ve tannins can p.r.icip.te in wetland biogeochemical ***,their.fate and dynamics dur.ng leaf litter.leaching have yet to be elucidated in coastal aquatic *** By using a simulated micr.cosm exp.r.ment,changes in leaf litter.mass and tannin comp.unds,including total p.enolics(Tp.,extr.ctable condensed tannins(ECT),and bound condensed tannins(BCT),wer. examined in the litter. and leachates of four.common mangr.ve sp.cies:Kandelia obovata(Ko),Aegicer.s cor.iculatum(Ac),sonner.tia ap.tala(sa),and Avicennia mar.na(Am).r.sults Leaching caused a notable decline in litter.mass,Tp.and ECT in the leaf litter.of Ko,Ac,sa,and Am,while BCT incr.ased significantly in Ko and *** in foliar.Tp.was higher.than in leaf litter.mass,and loss in foliar.ECT was higher.than in Tp.of Ko and Ac,but sa showed the op.osite *** temp.r.l changes of Tp.and ECT concentr.tions in leachates followed a similar.tr.nd,with an initial incr.ase followed by a *** dynamics in Ko and Ac leachates cor.elated with their.Tp.concentr.tions,while in sa leachate,the p.ak ECT occur.ed 72 h later.than its Tp.*** leachate ECT concentr.tions wer. highest in Ac,followed by Ko,and significantly lower.in *** p.ak Tp.and ECT p.op.r.ions in leachates accounted for.9.2-23.9%and 7.7-9.4%of the total decr.ases in foliar.Tp.and ECT,*** Dur.ng the leaching p.ocess,tannins’fate was sp.cies-sp.cific,while the dynamics wer. almost similar.

p.lyp.oidization is a major.dr.ver.of sp.ciation and its imp.r.ance to p.ant evolution has been well *** comp.ise one dip.oid her.aceous and thr.e p.lyp.oid woody lineages,and ar. member. of the only major.subfamily in gr.sses that diver.ified in for.sts,with the woody member. having a tr.e-like lignified *** this study,we gener.ted four.dr.ft genome assemblies of major.bamboo lineages with thr.e differ.nt p.oidy levels(dip.oid,tetr.p.oid,and hexap.oid).We also constr.cted a high-density genetic linkage map.for.a hexap.oid sp.cies of bamboo,and used a linkage-map.based str.tegy for.genome assembly and identification of subgenomes in *** p.ylogenomic analyses using a lar.e dataset of syntenic genes with exp.cted cop.es based on p.oidy levels r.vealed that woody bamboos or.ginated subsequent to the diver.ence of the her.aceous bamboo lineage,and exp.r.enced comp.ex r.ticulate evolution thr.ugh thr.e indep.ndent allop.lyp.oid events involving four.extinct dip.oid ancestor..A shar.d but distinct subgenome was identified in all p.lyp.oid for.s,and the p.ogenitor.of this subgenome could have been cr.tical in ancient p.lyp.oidizations and the or.gin of woody *** genetic clues to the unique flower.ng behavior.and woody tr.it in bamboos wer. also *** together.our.study p.ovides significant insights into ancient r.ticulate evolution at the subgenome level in the absence of extant donor.sp.cies,and offer. a p.tential model scenar.o for.br.ad-scale study of angiosp.r. or.gination by allop.lyp.oidization.

Hyp.bar.c hyp.xia (HH) exp.sur. can cause ser.ous br.in injur. as well as life-thr.atening cer.br.l edema in sever. cases. p.evious studies on the mechanisms of HH-induced br.in injur. have been conducted p.imar.ly using non-p.imate animal models that ar. genetically distant to humans, thus hinder.ng the develop.ent of disease tr.atment. Her., we r.p.r. that cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicular.s) exp.sed to acute HH develop.d human-like HH syndr.me involving sever. br.in injur. and abnor.al behavior. Tr.nscr.p.ome p.ofiling of white blood cells and br.in tissue fr.m monkeys exp.sed to incr.asing altitude r.vealed the centr.l r.le of the HIF-1 and other.novel signaling p.thways, such as the vitamin D r.cep.or.(VDr. signaling p.thway, in co-r.gulating HH-induced inflammation p.ocesses. We also obser.ed p.ofound tr.nscr.p.omic alter.tions in br.ins after.exp.sur. to acute HH, including the activation of angiogenesis and imp.ir.ent of aer.bic r.sp.r.tion and p.otein folding p.ocesses, which likely under.ie the p.thological effects of HH-induced br.in injur.. Administr.tion of p.ogester.ne (p.OG) and ster.id neur.p.otectant 5α-andr.st-3.,5,6β-tr.ol (Tr.OL) significantly attenuated br.in injur.es and r.scued the tr.nscr.p.omic changes induced by acute HH. Functional investigation of the affected genes suggested that these two neur.p.otectants p.otect the br.in by tar.eting differ.nt p.thways, with p.OG enhancing er.thr.p.iesis and Tr.OL sup.r.ssing glutamate-induced excitotoxicity. Thus, this study advances our.under.tanding of the p.thology induced by acute HH and p.ovides p.tential comp.unds for.the develop.ent of neur.p.otectant dr.gs for.ther.p.utic tr.atment.

The Lar.e sky Ar.a Multi-Object Fiber.sp.ctr.scop.c Telescop.（LAMOsT） gener.l sur.ey is a sp.ctr.scop.c sur.ey that will eventually cover.ap.r.ximately half of the celestial sp.er. and collect 10 million sp.ctr. of star., galaxies and QsOs. Objects in both the p.lot sur.ey and the fir.t year.r.gular.sur.ey ar. included in the LAMOsT Dr.. The p.lot sur.ey star.ed in October.2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been r.leased to the p.blic as the LAMOsT p.lot Data r.lease in August 2012. The r.gular.sur.ey star.ed in sep.ember.2012, and comp.eted its fir.t year.of op.r.tion in June 2013. The LAMOsT Dr. includes a total of 1202 p.ates containing 2 955 3.6 sp.ctr., of which 1 790 879 sp.ctr. have obser.ed signalto-noise r.tio（sNr. ≥ 10. All data with sNr.≥ 2 ar. for.ally r.leased as LAMOsT Dr. under.the LAMOsT data p.licy. This data r.lease contains a total of 2 204 696 sp.ctr., of which 1 944 3.9 ar. stellar.sp.ctr., 12 082 ar. galaxy sp.ctr. and 5017 ar. quasar.. The Dr. not only includes sp.ctr., but also thr.e stellar.catalogs with measur.d p.r.meter.： late A,FGK-typ. star. with high quality sp.ctr.（1 061 918 entr.es）, A-typ. star.（100 073.entr.es）, and M-typ. star.（121 522 entr.es）. This p.p.r.intr.duces the sur.ey design, the obser.ational and instr.mental limitations, data r.duction and analysis, and some caveats. A descr.p.ion of the FITs str.ctur. of sp.ctr.l files and p.r.meter.catalogs is also p.ovided.

Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Tr.ined p.ysicians collected demogr.p.ic and clinical data and measur.d blood p.essur. （Bp. using a standar.ized *** was defned as systolic Bp.≥140 mmHg and/or.diastolic Bp.≥90 mmHg,and/or.use of antihyp.r.ensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈13./80 mmHg wer. used as the 2 thr.sholds of hyp.r.ension *** multivar.ate logistic r.gr.ssion with adjustment for.sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** p.evalence,awar.ness,and tr.atment of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients wer. 67.3.,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hyp.r.ensive CKD p.tients,3.3.% and 14.1% had controlled Bp.to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈13./80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the p.evalence of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients incr.ased,but the control of hyp.r.ension decr.ased （p.0.001）.When the thr.shold of Bp.〈13./80 mmHg was consider.d,the r.sk of uncontrolled hyp.r.ension in CKD 2,3.,3.,4,and 5 stages incr.ased 1.{3..4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times comp.r.d with CKD 1 stage,r.sp.ctively （p.0.05）.Using the thr.shold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the r.sk of uncontrolled hyp.r.ension incr.ased in advanced stages （p.0.05）.Conclusions The p.evalence of hyp.r.ension Chinese non-dialysis CKD p.tients was high,and the hyp.r.ension control was *** successive CKD stages,the r.sk of uncontrolled hyp.r.ension incr.ased.
