We present a theoretical scheme for perfect teleportation of an unknown multipartite two-level state by a single EPR （Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen） pair, and then generalize it to multilevel, i.e., an N-quNit state can be teleported by a single quNit entangled pair, with additional local unitary operations. The feature of the scheme is that teleporting a multipartite state with a reduced amount of entanglement costs less classical bits.

Recently Yang,Chu,and Han [***.A 70 (2004) 022329] presented a new type of multipartiteentangled states for implementing efficient many-party controlled teleportation of multiqubit quantum *** propose a simple scheme for preparing such a type of multi-atom entangled states in cavity quantum electrodynamics(QED).The scheme involves atom-cavity interaction with large detuning,and is immune to the cavity decay and thethermal field *** practical analyses show its availability with the present technology.

Based on the theory of velocity-selective coherent population trapping, we investigate an atom-laser system where a pair of counterpropagating laser fields interact with a three-level atom. The influence of the parametric condition on the properties of the system such as velocity at which the atom is selected to be trapped, time needed for finishing the coherent trapping process, and possible electromagnetically induced transparency of an altrocold atomic medium, etc., is studied.

The infrared(IR)absorption spectral data of 63 kinds of lubricating greases containing six different types of thickeners were obtained using the IR *** Kohonen neural network algorithm was used to identify the type of the lubricating *** results show that this machine learning method can effectively eliminate the interference fringes in the IR spectrum,and complete the feature selection and dimensionality reduction of the high-dimensional spectral *** 63 kinds of greases exhibit spatial clustering under certain IR spectrum recognition spectral bands,which are linked to characteristic peaks of lubricating greases and improve the recognition accuracy of these *** model achieved recognition accuracy of 100.00%,96.08%,94.87%,100.00%,and 87.50%for polyurea grease,calcium sulfonate composite grease,aluminum(Al)-based grease,bentonite grease,and lithium-based grease,*** on the different IR absorption spectrum bands produced by each kind of lubricating grease,the three-dimensional spatial distribution map of the lubricating grease drawn also verifies the accuracy of classification while recognizing the *** paper demonstrates fast recognition speed and high accuracy,proving that the Kohonen neural network algorithm has an efficient recognition ability for identifying the types of the lubricating grease.

Objective To characterize the relationship between the refolding process of recombinant bovine β-1actoglobulin and its immunoreactivity for clinical purposes. To establish a spectral method which examine the extent of recombinant allergen renaturation. Methods The refolding process of recombinant bovine β-1actoglobulin was investigated by using circular dichroism, fluorescence and synchronous fluorescence spectra. IgE-binding capacity of recombinant protein was analyzed by EliSA. In addition, bioinformatic methods were used to explain the spectral characteristics and analyze the relationship between the conformational changes and the immunoreactivity of the protein during renaturation in vitro. Results Renaturation of recombinant bovine β-1actoglobulin resulted in a more compact structure resembling the natural counterpart with stronger IgE-binding capacity. Background Haptoglobin （Hp） is one of the acute-phase proteins. Recent studies have demonstrated that Hp exerts immunoregulatory and anti-inflammatory actions and may be one of the inhibitory factors of immune reactions in the skin. In this study we investigated the regulation of Hp expression in a human keratinocyte cell line HaCaT by various cytokines and glucocorticoid. Methods HaCaT cells were cultured with IL-6 （50 ng/ml）, TNF-α （20 ng/ml）, IFN-γ （20 ng/ml） or IL-4 （20 ng/ml） with or without 1 pmol/L dexamethasone in 6-well plates for 12, 24 and 48 hours. Both the cells and the supernatants were collected to detect the changes of Hp expression by reverse-transcription PCR, EliSA and immunohistochemistry. Results The results showed that Hp expression were elevated at both the mRNA and protein level by the combination of IL-6, TNF-α or IL-4 with dexamethasone, whereas the three cytokines alone did not upregulate the Hp expression. IFN-γ showed no effect on the Hp expression in HaCaT cells. Conclusions These findings suggest that different inflammatory cytokines as well as glucocorticoid may be involved in the regulation of Hp expression in keratinocytes, and this may be one of the negative feedback mechanisms in inflammatory skin diseases.

We established a cDNA-AFLP （amplified fragment length polymorphism） system for Populus euphratica, after optimizing several key factors. The results show that optimized CTAB method is suitable for the extraction of ideal RNA from P euphratica; the double-stranded cDNA （ds-cDNA） is completely digested by the combination of EcoRI and MseI for 4.5 h; the reducible result can be obtained when the preamplification products were diluted 10-fold for selective amplification templates. The amplification products resulting from this reaction system were determined by silver staining and the fragments were clear and stable. Detected by RT-PCR, the optimized differential display cDNA-AFLP technique can accurately reflect the true differences of gene expressions among plants. In addition, 42 pairs of primer arrays, producing repeatable and prolific bands, were successfully selected by this improved method. This investigation establishes a cDNA-AFLP system for P. euphratica, which forms a basis for further study on stress-response genes in P. euphratica.

Direct CO_(2) hydrogenation offers an important strategy for promoting the global carbon balance,but high thermodynamic and kinetic stability of CO_(2) has restricted its applicability to only a handful of industrial ***,we introduce a proof-of-concept application of the electron-rich Pt surface to promote hydrogen donation for electron-rich MoC particles acting as hydrogen acceptors,thereby constructing hydrogen-rich surface of MoC active ***,the formed hydrogen-rich and electronrich surface could greatly decrease reaction activation energy to boost the efficient CO_(2) hydrogenation into formic acid over the MoC *** optimized MoC@NC/Pt-0.1(NC:nitrogen-doped carbon)catalyst exhibits a high turnover frequency(TOF)value of 1.2 h^(−1) at a lower temperature of 60℃and a TOF of 24.2 h^(−1) under standard reaction conditions widely used in the literature,exceeding 7 times of MoC@NC catalyst and surpassing the benchmark classical non-noble metal active center-based heterogeneous catalyst.
