AIM:To assess the relationship between dietary inflammatory index(DII)and prevalence of glaucoma among individuals aged 40y and above in the United ***:Participants were drawn from 2 cycles of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES,2005-2008)for a cross-sectional *** was calculated from 24-hour dietary recall questionnaire conducted by experienced researchers and data analyzed in R according to the NHANES user guide,“Stratified Multi-stage Probability Sampling”.The relationship between DII and glaucoma was evaluated by multi-factor logistic regression analysis and the existence of a non-linear association examined by restricted cubic spline(RCS)***:A total of 5359 subjects were included and the cross-sectional analysis weighted to represent the US population of 109 *** was elevated in glaucoma patients(Plinear relationship between DII and glaucoma risk(P of non-linear relationship=0.575).CONCLUSION:An increased DII is strongly associated with high risk of glaucoma and diet-induced inflammation should be controlled to delay glaucoma progression.

BACKGROUND Emotional reactions,such as anxiety,irritability,and aggressive behavior,have attracted clinical attention as behavioral and emotional problems in preschool-age *** To investigate the current status of family rearing,parental stress,and behavioral and emotional problems of preschool children and to analyze the mediating effect of the current status of family rearing on parental stress and behavioral/emo-tional *** We use convenience sampling to select 258 preschool children in the physical examination center of our hospital from October 2021 to September *** children and their parents were evaluated using a questionnaire ***'s correlation was used to analyze the correlation between child behavioral and emotional problems and parental stress and family rearing,and the structural equation model was constructed to test the mediating *** The score for behavioral/emotional problems of 258 preschool children was(27.54±3.63),the score for parental stress was(87.64±11.34),and the score for parental family rearing was(31.54±5.24).There was a positive correlation between the behavioral and emotional problems of the children and the“hostile/mandatory”parenting style;meanwhile,showed a negative correlation with the“support/participation”parenting style(all Plinical medical staff should provide correct and reasonable parenting advice to their parents to promote the mental health of preschool-age children.

Inelastic collisions are the dominant cause of energy loss in *** the energy range around the Bragg peak,single ionization(SI)and single-electron capture(SC)are the primary inelastic collisions that lead to energy *** study employs the classical trajectory Monte Carlo method to study the SI and SC processes of H_(2)O molecules using He^(2+) and C^(6+) projectiles in the energy range of 10 keV/u to 10 MeV/*** total cross sections,single differential cross sections,impact parameter dependence of SI and SC,and fragmentation cross sections were *** illustrate that the cross section for SI is the highest when the projectile energy is close to the Bragg peak *** the projectile energy is below the Bragg peak energy,the ionized electrons in the forward direction dominate,and the removal of electrons can be associated with large impact *** the projectile energy increases,the emission angle of the electrons gradually transitions from small angles(60°~120°)to large angles(60°~120°),and the removal of electrons is associated with small impact *** energy distributions of the ionized electron are similar when the projectile energy is equal to,below or above the Bragg peak *** fragmentation cross sections after SI and SC in the energy range around the Bragg peak were also estimated.

折现Hamilton-Jacobi方程作为接触Hamilton-Jacobi方程的一种特殊形式,对其研究具有深刻意义。主要研究T^(n)上时间周期折现Hamilton-Jacobi方程u_(t)+λu+H(x,D_(x)u,t)=0粘性解的收敛性。若H是Tonelli型哈密尔顿函数,关于t 1-周期,在一定条件下,该方程有唯一的1-周期粘性解uλ(x,t),本文验证了当n→∞时,lim_(n→∞)uλ(x,t+n)=uλ(x,t),其中uλ(x,t+n)是u_(t)+λu+H(x,D_(x)u,t)=0的粘性解。最后以一个具体的时间周期折现Hamilton-Jacobi方程说明了本文的结论。

BACKGROUND Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a rare and potentially severe bleeding disordercaused by circulating autoantibodies against factor Ⅷ (FⅧ). In approximately50% of the patients, the condition is associated with autoimmune diseases,cancers, medication use, pregnancy, and the post-partum period. Bullous pemphigoid(BP) is a chronic autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease associatedwith tissue-bound and circulating autoantibodies against BP antigens 180 (BP180)and 230 (BP230). AHA-associated BP has a high mortality rate;hence, the understandingof this disease must *** SUMMARY A 69-year-old man presented with erythema, blisters, blood blisters, and crustsaccompanied by severe pruritus for more than 20 days, and ecchymosis andswelling on his left upper arm for 3 days. Pathological examination revealed asubepidermal blister that contained eosinophils.
