Background:Computed tomography(CT)plays a great role in characterizing and quantifying changes in lung structure and function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).This study aimed to explore the performance of CT-based whole lung radiomic in discriminating COPD patients and non-COPD ***:This retrospective study was performed on 2785 patients who underwent pulmonary function examination in 5 hospitals and were divided into non-COPD group and COPD *** radiomic features of the whole lung volume were *** absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)logistic regression was applied for feature selection and radiomic signature construction.A radiomic nomogram was established by combining the radiomic score and clinical *** operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis and decision curve analysis(DCA)were used to evaluate the predictive performance of the radiomic nomogram in the training,internal validation,and independent external validation ***:Eighteen radiomic features were collected from the whole lung volume to construct a radiomic *** area under the curve(AUC)of the radiomic model in the training,internal,and independent external validation cohorts were 0.888[95%confidence interval(CI)0.869–0.906],0.874(95%CI 0.844–0.904),and 0.846(95%CI 0.822–0.870),*** were higher than the clinical model(AUC were 0.732,0.714,and 0.777,respectively,Pmance and high accuracy in identifying COPD in this multicenter study.

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)as a novel type of pollutant can lead to the ineffectiveness of antibiotics used in clinical treatment. The environment serves as an important reservoir for ARGs,and therefore,the migration and transformation of ARGs in the environment have attracted increasing attention in recent years. However,studies on the presence of ARGs in rural drinking water environments remain scarce. This study focused on Henan Province,a major agricultural province,where 35 samples of rural drinking water were collected and quantitatively analyzed for 16 types of ARGs belonging to seven classes,as well as the integrase gene intI1. The results showed that sulfonamide ARGs were the most widely distributed and heavily contaminated ARG types in rural drinking water environments in Henan Province. Although tetracycline ARGs ranked second to sulfonamide ARGs in terms of content,their detection rate was lower. Chloramphenicol ARGs had relatively low average relative abundance and detection rates,indicating that contamination from ARGs of antibiotics less commonly used in the rural drinking water environment in Henan was less severe. intI1 showed a positive correlation with most ARGs,suggesting its crucial role in the dissemination of ARGs in the drinking water environment. GDP did not affect the distribution of ARGs,indicating less difference in investment in the prevention and control of ARGs pollution in rural environments across different regions. The abundance of ARGs in drinking water from different types of water sources showed negligible difference,and the removal efficiency of ARGs from source water by drinking water treatment processes may be an important factor contributing to this phenomenon. © 2025 Science Press. To realize the fast and accurate quantitative analysis of the mixture of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)coupled with multivariate calibrations were *** this study,three kinds of calibration algorithms were used to quantitative analysis of the mixture of naphthalene(Nap),phenanthrene(Phe),and pyrene(Pyr).Firstly,partial least squares(PLS)algorithm was used to select characteristic variables,then the global search capability of genetic algorithm(GA)was used for the determining of the initial weights and thresholds of back propagation(BP)neural network so that local minima was *** PLS-GA-BP model exhibited superiority to quantify PAHs mixture,which achieved R2=0.9975,0.9710,0.9643,ARE=10.07%,19.28%,16.72%and RMSE=13.10,5.40,5.10 nmol L−1 for Nap,Phe,Pyr(in the PAHs mixture)concentration prediction *** forecast error,ARE and RMSE have been reduced more than 50%and 60%respectively compared with the whole spectral BP *** study indicates that accurate quantitative spectroscopic analysis of the mixture of PAHs samples can be achieved through the combination of SERS technique and PLS-GA-BP algorithm.

Two Cd（Ⅱ） coordination polymers have been synthesized with pyrazine-1,4-dioxide （L1）, 2-methylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide （L2）, and thiocyanate anion as mixed bridge ligands. Crystal data for complex 1 [Cd（μ1,3-SCN^-）2（L1）]n： monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 6.8342（11）, b = 14.349（2）, c = 10.5443（16）°A,β = 98.534（2）°, V = 1022.5（3）°A^3 Z = 4, C6H4CdN4O2S2, Mr = 340.65, Dc = 2.213 g/cm^3, F（000） = 656 and u = 2.527 mm^-1; and those for 2： triclinic system, space group P/ with a = 7.877（3）, b = 8.693（3）, c = 8.754（3） °A, α= 102.297（6）,β= 102.464（6）, γ= 98.480（6）°, V= 560.0（3） °A^3, Z = 2, CTH6CdN4O2S2, Mr = 354.68, Dc = 2.103 g/cm^3, F（000） = 344 and μ= 2.311 mm^-1. 1 shows a three-dimensional network structure, and along the c direction a one-dimensional chain is constructed by the coordination of Cd（Ⅱ） ions with μ1,3-SCN^- ligands, and the L1 bridging ligands made the chains connect each other leading to the formation of a three-dimensional structure. For 2, the one-dimensional chains along the b axis are generated by the coordination of L2 bridging ligands with Cd（Ⅱ） ions, and the chains are further joined by μ1,3-SCN^- bridging ligands forming a two-dimensional sheet structure on the （10 -1 ） plane. Both complexes 1 and 2 exhibit strong fluorescence emission.

Some results for the probability generating functions associated with the process are obtained and sufficient conditions for certain extinction and for non-certain extinction are established.

The mono-nuclear complex [Cdq3][Cd（qH）3]（ClO4）CH3OH has been synthesized by 8-quinolinol and hydrated cadmium perchlorate in methanol solution. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P/ with a = 11.1449（15）, b = 13.3334（18）, c = 17.654（2）A°,α = 85.555（2）, β= 88.497（2）, γ= 75.681（2）°, V = 2534.1（6） A°^3, Z = 1, C110H86Cd4Cl2 N12O22, Mr = 2448.41, Dc =1.604 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1232 and μ = 0.961 mm^-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0387 and wR =0.0973 for 7775 observed reflections （1 〉 2σ（I））. In this crystal there exist two independent mononuclear complexes of [Cdq3]^- and [Cd（qH）3]^2＋. Each cell contains two [Cdq3]^- anions, two [Cd（qH）3]^2＋ cations, two ClO4^- anions and two methanol molecules.

In this paper, if the condition of variation δt = 0 is satisfied, the higher-order Lagrangian equations and higher-order Hamilton＇s equations, which show the consistency with the results of traditional analytical mechanics, are obtained from the higher-order Lagrangian equations and higher-order Hamilton＇s equations. The results can enrich the theory of analytical mechanics.
