Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2.) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2. materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2. materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2. materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2. material research.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2.s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2.15)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2.18),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2.2.-2.2.,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2.30s.

Neutrinos from core-collapse supernovae are essential for understanding neutrino physics and stellar ***-phase xenon dark matter detectors can be used to track explosions of galactic supernovae by detecting neutrinos through coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus *** this study,a variation of progenitor masses and explosion models are assumed to predict neutrino fluxes and spectra,which result in the number of expected neutrino events ranging from 6.6 to 13.7 at a distance of 10 kpc over a 10-s duration with neg{2.gible backgrounds at *** specia{2.zed triggering alarms for monitoring supernova burst neutrinos are *** efficiency of detecting supernova explosions at various distances in the Milky Way is *** alarms will be implemented in the real-time supernova monitoring system at PandaX-4T in the near future,which will provide supernova early warnings for the astronomical community.

该文对半夏曲传统制作工艺的沿革进行了探讨。宋代半夏曲的制作方法包括半夏姜汁制饼与制饼后发酵两种,以半夏姜汁制饼为主流。金元时沿袭宋代工艺,半夏曲的应用具有一定的局限性。明代医家对半夏曲的炮制机理进行了阐发,认为“片则刀峻,曲则力柔。”明代李时珍对半夏饼与半夏曲的混淆问题进行了澄清,韩懋的《韩氏医通》收载了5首半夏曲方,对半夏曲配方的扩充具有划时代的意义。清代医家在继承《韩氏医通》半夏曲方的基础上,总结为韩飞霞制曲十法;当时的半夏曲与神曲的制作工艺相互影响。建国后,半夏曲的地方炮制经验深受清代影响,地方炮制规范逐渐趋同。该文同时对半夏曲炮制工艺中的“半夏”与“曲”孰重孰轻、半夏的前期处理、半夏饼与半夏曲的概念区分、面粉用量与添加时机、神曲粉的加入、白矾在半夏曲中的作用等问题进行了思考。

The superτ-charm facility(STCF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the Chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-{2.ss energy range from 2.to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(35) cm^(–2.·s^(–1) or *** STCF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPCII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of {2.tter-anti{2.tter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the Standard *** STCF project in China is under development with an extensive R&D *** document presents the physics opportunities at the STCF,describes conceptual designs of the STCF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector R&D and physics case studies.

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32.2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32., type 2.diabetes(T2.DM)(3.57, 2.32.5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–2..96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.2.–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–2..10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2.DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03.11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.2.–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–2..64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2.r-1) from the 1980 s to the 2.10 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.2.%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-2..0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12.-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.
