In this paper,we propose a new analytical modelling of the well-known fractional generalized Kuramoto-Sivashinky equation(FGKSE)using fractional operator with non-singular kernel and the homotopy anal-ysis transform method via j-transform ***,using fixed-point theorem,we prove the existence and uniqueness of our proposed solution to the fractional Kuramoto-Sivashinky *** further val-idate the efficiency of the suggested technique,we proved the convergence analysis of the method and provide the error *** obtained solutions of the FGKSE,describing turbulence processes in the field of ocean engineering are analytically and numerically compared to show the behaviors of many parameters of the present model.

The development of stable and efficient low-cost electrocatalysts is conducive to the industrialization of CO_(2).The synergy effect between the heterogeneous interface of metal/oxide can promote the conversion of CO_(2).In this work,Cu_(2)O/ZnO heterostructures with partially reduced metal/oxide heterointerfaces in Zn plates(CZZ)have been synthesized for CO_(2)electroreduction in different cationic solutions(K^(+)and Cs^(+)).Physical characterizations were used to demonstrate the heterojunction of Cu_(2)O/ZnO and the heterointerfaces of metal/oxide,electrochemical tests were used to illustrate the enhancement of the selectivity of CO_(2)to CO in different cationic *** efficiency for CO with CZZ as catalyst reaches 70.9%in K+solution(current density for CO−3.77 mA cm^(−2)and stability 24 h),and the Faraday efficiency for CO is 55.2%in Cs^(+)solution(−2.47 mA cm^(−2)and 21 h).In addition,in situ techniques are used to elucidate possible reaction mechanisms for the conversion of CO_(2)to CO in K^(+)and Cs^(+)solutions.

Vitamin B_(12)is a complex compound synthesized by *** industrial production of vitamin B_(12)relies on specific microbial fermentation *** has been utilized as a host for the de novo biosynthesis of vitamin B_(12),incorporating approximately 30 heterologous ***,a metabolic imbalance in the intricate pathway significantly limits vitamin B_(12)*** this study,we employed multivariate modular metabolic engineering to enhance vitamin B_(12)production in *** by manipulating two modules comprising a total of 10 genes within the vitamin B_(12)biosynthetic *** two modules were integrated into the chromosome of a chassis cell,regulated by T7,j23119,and j23106 promoters to achieve combinatorial pathway *** highest vitamin B_(12)titer was attained by engineering the two modules controlled by j23119 and T7 *** inclusion of yeast powder to the fermentation medium increased the vitamin B_(12)titer to 1.52 mg/*** enhancement was attributed to the effect of yeast powder on elevating the oxygen transfer rate and augmenting the strain’s isopropyl-β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside(IPTG)***,vitamin B_(12)titer of 2.89 mg/L was achieved through scaled-up fermentation in a 5-liter *** strategies reported herein will expedite the development of industry-scale vitamin B_(12)production utilizing ***.

The Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)image sensor is a critical component with the function of providing accurate positioning in many space application *** long-time operation in space environments,there are radiation related degradation and var-ious uncertainties affecting the positioning accuracy of CMOS image sensors,which further leads to a reliability reduction of CMOS image ***,the reliability of CMOS image sensors is related to their specified function,degradation,and uncertainties;however,current research has not fully described this *** this paper,a comprehensive approach to reliability modelling of CMOs image sensors is proposed based on the reliability science ***,the perfor-mance margin modelling of centroid positioning accuracy is ***,the degradation model of CMOS image sensors is derived considering the dark current increase induced by the total ionizing dose ***,various uncertainties are analyzed and quantified,and the measure-ment equation of reliability is proposed.A case study of a CMOS image sensor is conducted to apply the proposed method,and the sensitivity analysis can provide suggestions for design and use of CMOS image sensors to ensure reliability.A simulation study is conducted to present the advantages oftheproposed comprehensive approach.

By virtue of the atom-and step-economy, utilization of simple arenes as a supplant of pre-prepared aryl metal species or aryl halides for the synthesis of arylated chiral molecules has attracted great attention from the synthetic community. While transition-metal-catalyzed enantioselective diarylation of tethered alkenes has been employed to prepare important chiral cyclic compounds, the direct use of simple arenes as aryl precursors is still underdeveloped, probably due to the difficulties in the effective control of the reactivity, site-selectivity and/or enantioselectivity. Herein we report an asymmetric Pd/Ag dual metal catalytic system for the non-directed, site-and enantioselective domino Heck/intermolecular C–H functionalization of *** studies showed that Pd and Ag act in cooperation in the catalysis and the chiral bisphosphine ligand plays a bifunctional role, i.e., assisting the silver species in the cleavage of the aryl C–H bond, while inducing the enantioselectivity on direct complexation with palladium. This method provides an efficient approach to the corresponding chiral oxindoles with good enantiomeric excesses from a broad scope of arenes, including fluoroarenes, heteroarenes and several complex products derived from medicines or natural products.

Bladder cancer(BCa)is the most prevalent urological cancer worldwide[1].A significant proportion of BCa(89%)exhibits molecular alterations in the cell cycle pathway,and targeting cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6(CDK4/6)is deemed as a promising therapeutic strategy[2].Selective inhibitors of CDK4/6(CDK4/6is)have been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)[3].

Design of heat treatments is related to the key technology for development of nickel-based single crystal superalloys(Ni-Sxs). Based on the full understanding of the solidification characteristics, this work applies optimization design of heat treatments for a second-generation Ni-Sx. Microstructure evolution and creep properties are compared in the material under conventional/standard(Std.) and optimized(Opt.) treatments. For the Std. sample,strong dendritic segregations determine inconsistent microstructure evolution in the dendritic(D) and interdendritic region(ID), while the latter serves as weak area to have the prior microcrack initiation, damaging overall performance of the alloy. The Opt. treatment applies higher homogenization temperature, leading to overall reduced segregations, while not inducing incipient melting. A lower temperature of first-step ageing is used to lower the size ofγ'particles. These help to form the more uniform microstructure in dendritic and interdendritic region and relieve the inconsistent microstructure evolution. The balanced local strength makes ID no longer as the weak area,thus restricting microcrack initiation. Great improvement of high temperature and low stress property is obtained by this progress, leading to the pronounced increase of creep rupture life under 1100 °C/140 MPa.
