Effect of two-step cooling process on mechanical properties of TRIP steel with high performance

A novel two-step cooling experiment was established to simulate the slow cooling process of continuous annealing production line for transformation-induced plasticity （TRIP） steel. The microstructures and mechanical properties of TRIP steel soaked at 700℃ for different time were investigated by tensile test, scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, and thermodynamic and kinetic calculation. It is shown that the steel soaked for 15 s exhibits the optimal product of strength and elongation （PSE 〉 30,000 MPa%） due to the transformation of austenite to proeutectoid ferrite, which delays the bainite transformation and improves the stability of retained austenite. In addition, the mechanical properties of TRIP steel soaked over 30 s are much lower, resulting from the precipitation of cementite, which decreases the stability of retained austenite and weakens the TRIP effect.

A new model to study the hydriding/dehydriding （H/D） kinetic mechanism has been applied in the two-phase （α-β） region of the Mg-6mol%LaNi composite at temperature and pressure ranging from 523 to 623K and 0.256 to 0.992MPa H2. respectively. The coincidence of the theoretical calculation with the experimental data indicates that the rate-limiting step is hydrogen diffusion in the β phase for hydriding process and the diffusion of hydrogen in the α solid solution for hydrogen desorption with activation energies 89500 and 87900J/mol H2 for HID processes, respectively, which were much smaller than those of MgH2 and can be attributed to the La and Ni additions.

Topological materials, which feature robust surface and/or edge states, have now been a research focus in condensed maTher physics. They represent a new class of materials exhibiting nontrivial topological phases,and provide a platform for exploring exotic transport phenomena, such as the quantum anomalous Hall effect and the quantum spin Hall effect. Recently, magnetic topological materials have attracted considerable interests due to the possibility to study the interplay between topological and magnetic *** particular, the quantum anomalous Hall and axion insulator phases can be realized in topological insulators with magnetic order. MnBi2Te4, as the first intrinsic antiferromagnetic topological insulator discovered, allows the examination of existing theoretical predictions; it has been extensively studied, and many new discoveries have been made. Here we review the progress made on MnBi2Te4from both experimental and theoretical aspects. The bulk crystal and magnetic structures are surveyed first, followed by a review of theoretical calculations and experimental probes on the band structure and surface states, and a discussion of various exotic phases that can be realized in MnBi2Te4. The properties of MnBi2Te4thin films and the corresponding transport studies are then reviewed, with an emphasis on the edge state transport. Possible future research directions in this field are also discussed.

The layer Hall effect describes electrons spontaneously deflected to opposite sides at different layers, which has been experimentally reported in the MnBi2Te4thin films under perpendicular electric fields. Here, we reveal a universal origin of the layer Hall effect in terms of the so-called hidden Berry curvature, as well as material design principles. Hence, it gives rise to zero Berry curvature in momentum space but non-zero layer-locked hidden Berry curvature in real space. We show that, compared to that of a trivial insulator, the layer Hall effect is significantly enhanced in antiferromagnetic topological insulators. Our universal picture provides a paradigm for revealing the hidden physics as a result of the interplay between the global and local symmetries, and can be generalized in various scenarios.

High-efficiency prediction method for helicopter global/ground noise based on near-field acoustic holography

Noise reduction program design is an effective approach that relies on efficient noise prediction for reducing ground noise during *** existing noise prediction methods have the limitations of being computationally expensive or only applicable to *** this paper,a High-Efficiency Prediction Method(HEPM)for helicopter global/ground noise based on near-field acoustic holography is *** HEPM can predict the global noise based on acoustic modal analysis and has the advantages of high prediction accuracy and low time *** process is given as follows:firstly,the rotor noise on the holographic surface in the specified flight is obtained by simulations or ***,the global noise model,which maps time-domain noise to acoustic modes,is established based on near-field acoustic holography and Fourier acoustic analysis ***,combined with acoustic modal amplitude,the model established enables efficiently predicting the global/ground noise in the corresponding flight *** verify the accuracy of the prediction method,a simulation study is conducted in hovering and forward flight states using a model helicopter with a 2-meter rotor and Rotor Body Interaction(ROBIN)*** comparison of HEPM with numerical results shows that the average prediction errors of the global and ground noise are less than 0.3 dB and 0.2 dB,*** a region containing 100000 observers,the computation time of the HEPM is only one-fifth of that of the acoustic hemisphere method,demonstrating the rapidity of the proposed method.

The digestibility of cadmium(Cd)in brown rice is directly related to amino acid metabolism in rice and human *** our field study,three kinds of alkaline calcium-rich soil inorganic amendments(SIAs)at three dosages were applied to produce safe rice and improve the quality of rice in Cd-contaminated *** the increased application of SIA,Cd content in iron plaque on rice root significantly increased,the transfer of Cd from rice root to grain significantly decreased,and then Cd content in brown rice decreased *** vitro digestibility of Cd in brown rice was estimated by a physiologically based extraction *** showed that more than 70%of Cd in brown rice could be digested by simulated gastrointestinal *** on the total and digestible Cd contents in brown rice to evaluate the health risk,the application of 2.25 ton SIA/ha could produce safe rice in acidic slightly Cd-contaminated paddy *** amino acids(AAs)in brown rice were determined by high-performance liquid *** contents of 5 key AAs(KAAs)that actively respond to environmental changes increased significantly with the increased application of *** structural equation model indicated that KAAs could be affected by the Cd translocation capacity from rice root to grain,and consequently altered the ratio of indigestible Cd in brown *** formation of indigestible KAAs-Cd complexes by combining KAAs(phenylalanine,leucine,histidine,glutamine,and asparagine)with Cd in brown rice could be considered a potential mechanism for reducing the digestibility of Cd.

This paper mainly investigates the approximation of a global maximizer of the Monge–Kantorovich mass transfer problem in higher dimensions through the approach of nonlinear partial differential equations with Dirichlet *** an approximation mechanism,the primal maximization problem can be transformed into a sequence of minimization *** applying the systematic canonical duality theory,one is able to derive a sequence of analytic solutions for the minimization *** the final analysis,the convergence of the sequence to an analytical global maximizer of the primal Monge–Kantorovich problem will be demonstrated.
