Complement C1q was proved to be able to regulate the polarization of macrophages to the anti-inflammatory phenotype(M2 polarized),acting as an anti-inflammation molecule independent of the classical complement pathway.A high level of C1q expression has been detected in the tumor microenvironment(TME)of diverse tumors,including non-small cell lung cancer,in which C1q could be considered a predictor of poor prognosis.

Studies have shown that C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein-6 (CTRP6) can alleviate renal ischemia/reperfusion injury in mice. However, its role in the brain remains poorly understood. To investigate the role of CTRP6 in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury associated with diabetes mellitus, a diabetes mellitus mouse model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. To overexpress CTRP6 in the brain, an adeno-associated virus carrying CTRP6 was injected into the lateral ventricle. The result was that oxygen injury and inflammation in brain tissue were clearly attenuated, and the number of neurons was greatly reduced. In vitro experiments showed that CTRP6 knockout exacerbated oxidative damage, inflammatory reaction, and apoptosis in cerebral cortical neurons in high glucose hypoxia-simulated diabetic cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. CTRP6 overexpression enhanced the sirtuin-1 signaling pathway in diabetic brains after ischemia/reperfusion injury. To investigate the mechanism underlying these effects, we examined mice with depletion of brain tissue-specific sirtuin-1. CTRP6-like protection was achieved by activating the sirtuin-1 signaling pathway. Taken together, these results indicate that CTRP6 likely attenuates cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury through activation of the sirtuin-1 signaling pathway.

地壳浅部(<10km)速度模型既是地壳结构与变形研究和资源勘探前景评估的基础,又可为壳幔深部结构成像等研究提供先验信息.针对区域尺度结构,被动源方法相比主动源方法具有明显优势.被动源方法中,基于接收函数和/或体波振幅比的成像方法由于具有较高空间分辨率,近年来受到广泛关注.然而,盆地松散沉积层内部的反射混响常导致此类方法表现出较强的多解性及不确定性,限制了其应用.因此,本文提出一种基于多频径向接收函数波形及其与垂向接收函数振幅比的两步反演法,以约束地壳浅部S波速度结构.理论测试表明,两步反演策略能有效降低反演多解性、提高结果稳定性.将该方法应用于一条横跨中国东北沉积盆地的线性地震台阵数据,获得了地壳浅部S波速度精细结构图像.结果显示,盆地与山地地壳浅部结构差异显著:二连盆地浅部(<1.0km)和松辽盆地浅部(<2.5km)速度较低(<2.8km s^(-1)),反映低速沉积层;松辽盆地7km以深地壳速度较高(3.4~3.8km s^(-1)),可能反映早白垩世镁铁质岩浆侵入体.此外,成像结果中速度异常分布与盆地内大型断裂、隆起及沉积凹陷等构造的地表位置吻合,速度异常延深深度也与已有地震勘探结果相吻合.这些观测表明,两步反演法能有效约束松散沉积盆地S波速度随深度变化特征,并实现区域尺度地壳浅部结构高精度成像.

Multi-access edge computing(MEC)presents computing services at the edge of networks to address the enormous processing requirements of intelligent *** to the maneuverability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),they can be used as temporal aerial edge nodes for providing edge services to ground users in ***,MEC environment is usually dynamic and *** is a challenge for multiple UAVs to select appropriate service ***,most of existing works study UAV-MEC with the assumption that the flight heights of UAVs are fixed;i.e.,the flying is considered to occur with reference to a two-dimensional plane,which neglects the importance of the *** this paper,with consideration of the co-channel interference,an optimization problem of energy efficiency is investigated to maximize the number of fulfilled tasks,where multiple UAVs in a threedimensional space collaboratively fulfill the task computation of ground *** the formulated problem,we try to obtain the optimal flight and sub-channel selection strategies for UAVs and schedule strategies for *** on the multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient(MADDPG)algorithm,we propose a curiosity-driven and twin-networks-structured MADDPG(CTMADDPG)algorithm to solve the formulated *** uses the inner reward to facilitate the state exploration of agents,avoiding convergence at the sub-optimal ***,we adopt the twin critic networks for update stabilization to reduce the probability of q value *** simulation results show that CTMADDPG is outstanding in maximizing the energy efficiency of the whole system and outperforms the other benchmarks.

In some military application scenarios,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)need to perform missions with the assistance of on-board cameras when radar is not available and communication is interrupted,which brings challenges for UAV autonomous navigation and collision *** this paper,an improved deep-reinforcement-learning algorithm,Deep q-Network with a Faster R-CNN model and a Data Deposit Mechanism(FRDDM-DqN),is proposed.A Faster R-CNN model(FR)is introduced and optimized to obtain the ability to extract obstacle information from images,and a new replay memory Data Deposit Mechanism(DDM)is designed to train an agent with a better *** training,a two-part training approach is used to reduce the time spent on training as well as retraining when the scenario *** order to verify the performance of the proposed method,a series of experiments,including training experiments,test experiments,and typical episodes experiments,is conducted in a 3D simulation *** results show that the agent trained by the proposed FRDDM-DqN has the ability to navigate autonomously and avoid collisions,and performs better compared to the FRDqN,FR-DDqN,FR-Dueling DqN,YOLO-based YDDM-DqN,and original FR outputbased FR-ODqN.

目的了解深圳市极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理实施现状。方法2022年11月对深圳新生儿数据协作网的24家三级医院的极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理实施情况进行横断面调查,调查内容包括产前准备、产房复苏实施和新生儿重症监护室复苏后管理。根据胎龄将所纳入早产儿分为4组:<26周、26~28^(+6)周、29~30^(+6)周和31~31^(+6)周组,对结果进行描述性分析。结果共纳入140例极/超早产儿,其中<26周组10例,26~28^(+6)周组45例,29~30^(+6)周组49例,31~31^(+6)周组36例。140例极/超早产儿中,99例(70.7%)接受了产前咨询,提供产前咨询的人员以产科医生为主,占比为79.8%;产时参与复苏的人员主要为助产士(96.4%)和新生儿科住院医师(62.1%);52例(37.1%)实施了延迟脐带结扎,平均延迟时间为(45±17)s;137例(97.9%)生后采用了预热辐射台保暖;110例(78.6%)需要正压通气,其中67例(60.9%)采用T组合复苏器,42例(38.2%)应用了空氧混合仪;119例(85.0%)复苏中进行了血氧饱和度监测;完成过渡期各项措施至关闭温箱门时间的中位数为87min。结论在深圳新生儿数据协作网医院中,极/超早产儿的产房过渡期管理实施与我国相应专家共识的要求存在不同程度的差异,需要通过多中心协作的持续质量改进缩小差距,从而改善极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理的质量和结局。
