Objective hydroquinone(hQ),one of the phenolic metabolites of benzene,is widely recognized as an important participant in benzene-induced ***,there are few relevant proteomics in hQ-induced hematotoxicity and the mechanism hasn’t been fully understood *** In this study,we treated K562 cells with 40μmol/L hQ for 72 h,examined and validated protein expression changes by Label-free proteomic analysis and Parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and performed bioinformatics analysis to identify interaction *** One hundred and eighty-seven upregulated differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)and 279 downregulated DEPs were identified in hQ-exposed K562 cells,which were involved in neutrophilmediated immunity,blood microparticle,and other GO terms,as well as the lysosome,metabolic,cell cycle,and cellular senescence-related *** on the 23 DEGs and 5 DEPs in erythroid differentiation-related pathways,we constructed the network of protein interactions and determined 6 DEPs(STAT1,STAT3,CASP3,KIT,STAT5B,and VEGFA)as main hub proteins with the most interactions,among which STATs made a central impact and may be potential biomarkers of hQ-induced *** Our work reinforced the use of proteomics and bioinformatic approaches to advance knowledge on molecular mechanisms of hQ-induced hematotoxicity at the protein level and provide a valuable basis for further clarification.

In the two-dimensional(2D)melting transition of colloidal systems,the hexatic-isotropic(h-I)transition can be either first-order or ***,how particle dynamics differs at the single-particle level during these two different melting transitions remains to be *** this work,by Brownian dynamics(BD)simulations,we have systematically studied the dynamic behavior of corner-rounded hexagons during the h-I transition,for a range of corner-roundness𝜁=0.40 to 0.99 that covers the crossover from the continuous to first-order nature of h-I *** results show that hexagons with𝜁≤0.5 display a continuous h-I transition,whereas those with𝜁≥0.6 demonstrate a first-order h-I *** analysis shows different evolution pathways of the dominant cluster formed by migrating particles,which results in a droplet-like cluster structure for𝜁=0.40 hexagons and a tree-like cluster structure for𝜁=0.99 *** investigations on the hopping activities of particles suggest a cooperative origin of migrating *** work provides a new aspect to understand the dependence of the nature of h-I transition on the roundness of hexagons through particle dynamic behavior.

The interface mechanism between catalyst and carbon substrate has been the focus of *** this paper,the FeCo alloy embedded N,S co-doped carbon substrate bifunctional catalyst(FeCo/S-NC)is obtained by a simple one-step pyrolysis *** experimental results and density functional theory(DFT)calculation show that the formation of FeCo alloy is conducive to promoting electron transfer,and the introduction of S atom can enhance the interaction between FeCo alloy and carbon substrate,thus inhibiting the migration and agglomeration of particles on the surface of carbon *** FeCo/SNC catalysts show outstanding performance for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).FeCo/S-NC shows a high half-wave potential(E_(1/2)=0.8823 V)for ORR and a low overpotential at 10 mA cm^(-2)(E_(j=10)=299 mV)for *** addition,compared with Pt/C+RuO_(2) assembled Zn-air battery(ZAB),the FeCo/S-NC assembled ZAB exhibits a larger power density(198.8 mW cm^(-2)),a higher specific capacity(786.1 mA h g_(zn)~(-1)),and ultra-stable cycle *** results confirm that the optimized composition and the interfacial interaction between catalyst and carbon substrate synergistically enhance the electrochemical performance.

In recent years, the hubble tension has emerged as one of the most perplexing enigmas within the realm of cosmology[1]. This incongruity suggests the tantalizing prospect of new physics beyond the standard ΛCDM model, leading to the proposal of diverse extended cosmological models. At the same time, there is a pressing demand for novel cosmological tools to mediate the hubble tension. The gravitational-wave(GW) standard siren has been put forth as a promising cosmological probe for resolving the hubble tension, provided that the redshift of the GW source is known, as exemplified in ref. [2].

This study employed the bibliometric software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 to analyze the correlation between thermal infrared,spectral remote sensing technology,and the estimation of economic forest water *** aimed to review the development and current status of this field,as well as to identify future research trends.A search was conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using the keyword“water stress”for relevant studies from 2003 to *** visual analysis function of CNKI was used to generate the distribution of annual publication volume,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized to create network maps illustrating collaboration among authors and *** study also analyzed the hotspots and frontiers of economic forest water *** a result,a total of 6664 academic journal articles related to water stress were *** collaboration networks were observed among scholars and institutions,with a focus on using crown temperature monitoring to diagnose crop water *** on the research findings,it was evident that the primary research trend involved the use of thermal infrared and spectral remote sensing technology for estimating water stress,making it a future research hotspot.
