The generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the mid-infrared(mid-IR)to terahertz(THz)range is of interest for applications in a number of fields,from fundamental research to biology and *** conventional laser technology,photon deceleration in plasma wakes provides an alternative approach to the generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz ***,we present a photon deceleration scheme for the efficient generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz pulses by using an intense driver laser pulse with a relatively short wavelength and a signal laser pulse with a relatively long *** signal pulse trails the driver pulse with an appropriate time delay such that it sits at the front of the second wake bubble that is driven by the driver *** to its relatively long wavelength,the signal pulse will be subjected to a large gradient of the refractive index in the plasma wake ***,the photon deceleration in the plasma wake becomes faster and more efficient for signal pulses with longer *** greatly enhances the capacity and efficiency of photon deceleration in the generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the long-wavelength IR and THz spectral ranges.

Elliptic curve cryptography is an important part of nowaday's public key *** points of elliptic curves over finite fields is of great significance to the selection of safety *** present,there are many p-adic algorithms,such as SST algorithm,generalized AGM algorithm,Kedlaya algorithm,etc.,which can deal with the situation of finite fields of small *** this paper,the authors generalize the MSST algorithm of characteristic 2 to general fields of odd characteristic,and propose the generalized MSST *** generalized MSST algorithm is achieved by combining the advantages of the SST algorithm and the generalized AGM *** the time complexity of the multiplication of two n-bit numbers is denoted as O((n)^(μ)),then the time complexity of the generalized MSST algorithm is O(n^(2μ+1/1+μ)),which is the same as the improved SST *** practical experiments,the running time of the generalized MSST algorithm is less than that of the improved SST algorithm.

Ultrathin plasmonic nanostructures offer an unparalleled opportunity for the study of light–matter interactions at the nanoscale and realization of compact nanophotonic devices. In this study, we introduce an ultrathin gold nanoribbon array and demonstrate an electric approach to actively tuning its plasmonic resonance, which leveraging the extreme light confinement capability in the ultrathin plasmonic nanostructure and a robust nanoscale electro-optical effect in indium tin oxide. Optimizing the design(to a total thickness as small as 12 nm for a 2-nmthick gold nanoribbon array), we numerically demonstrate a spectral shift in the plasmonic resonance up to 36 nm along with an approximately 16% change in the transmission at a gate voltage below 1.7 V at the wavelength of1.47 μm. This work presents progress towards electric tuning of plasmonic resonances in ultrathin metallic nanostructures for various applications including surface-enhanced spectroscopy, spontaneous emission enhancement,and optical modulation.

With the widespread use of Internet of Things(IoT)technology in daily life and the considerable safety risks of falls for elderly individuals,research on IoT-based fall detection systems has gainedmuch *** paper proposes an IoT-based spatiotemporal data processing framework based on a depthwise separable convolution generative adversarial network using skip-connection(Skip-DSCGAN)for fall *** method uses spatiotemporal data from accelerometers and gyroscopes in inertial sensors as input data.A semisupervised learning approach is adopted to train the model using only activities of daily living(ADL)data,which can avoid data imbalance ***,a quantile-based approach is employed to determine the fall threshold,which makes the fall detection frameworkmore *** proposed fall detection framework is evaluated against four other generative adversarial network(GAN)models with superior anomaly detection performance using two fall public datasets(Sisfall&MobiAct).The test results show that the proposed method achieves better results,reaching 96.93% and 92.75% accuracy on the above two test datasets,*** the same time,the proposed method also achieves satisfactory results in terms ofmodel size and inference delay time,making it suitable for deployment on wearable devices with limited *** addition,this paper also compares GAN-based semisupervised learning methods with supervised learning methods commonly used in fall *** clarifies the advantages of GAN-based semisupervised learning methods in fall detection.

On february 6, 2023, the doublet earthquake including two main shocks with magnitudes M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.5, occurred near the western side of the East Anatolian fault at the southeast boundary of the Anatolian Plateau in Turkey. Based on the WGM2012 Bouguer gravity anomaly data and the Etopo1topography data, this study first introduced a joint inversion of admittance and coherence functions and used the Bayesian optimal parameter estimation method to obtain the effective elastic thickness Teand loading ratio f of the lithosphere for various tectonic units in the Anatolian Plateau. Secondly, we discussed the characteristics and influencing factors of the lithospheric mechanical strength and analyzed its relationship with seismic activity. The lithospheric mechanical strength of the Anatolian Plateau showed clear lateral heterogeneity and a "weak-strong-weak" spatial pattern from east to west,reflecting various tectonic processes. At last, the strong seismic activity was found where the lithospheric strength was low in the Anatolian Plate. We also incorporated GPS strain rate and other results to investigate the tectonic background and primary causes of the M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.5 doublet earthquakes in Turkey. The results have a good insight into urban safety design in the Turkish region, including postdisaster rehabilitation, earthquake hazard assessment, and loss reduction.

In order to avoid the formation ofηphase(W_(6)Co_(6)C or W_(3)Co_(3)C)that adversely affects the sintering process and its products in the preparation process of ultra-fine WC-Co powder,a technical route of prereduction of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)to WO_(2)-Co and then deep reduction carbonization to WC-Co powder has been *** study mainly investigates the influence of gas partial pressure on the pre-reduction process of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)under a mixed atmosphere of H_(2)-C_(2)H_(4)-Ar at 600℃and establishes the kinetic equations of pre-reduction and carbon *** results indicate that increasing the partial pressure of hydrogen is conducive to the rapid and complete conversion of WO_(3) to WO_(2).High carbon content can be generated by the deposition of C_(2)H_(4),and it hinders the diffusion of the reducing gas;WO_(3)still cannot be completely reduced to WO_(2)as the partial pressure of C_(2)H_(4) increases to 60%.for the carbon evolution of C_(2)H_(4),the carbon amount is positively related to the H_(2)partial pressure,but it shows the highest amount and evolution rate when the ethylene partial pressure is 20%.Based on the reduction rate curves of WO_(3) and carbon evolution rate curves of C_(2)H_(4),the rate equations of pre-reduction and carbon evolution of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)system at 600℃are *** pre-reduction reaction belongs to the first-order reaction,and its equation is expressed as follows:r=-(dw_(WO_(3)))/dt=(9±0.15)×10^(-2)×P_(H_(2))^(0.44)P_(C_(2)H_(4))&(0.57)The carbon deposition rate equation of C_(2)H_(4) can be expressed as follows:r=-(dc_C)/dt=r_f-r_b≌7.35×10^(-2)×P_(C_(2)H_(4))^(0.31)

Esophageal cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death in the world,with approximately half of the new cases occurring in China every year.^(1)Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is the main subtype,accounting for more than 90%,and the five-year survival rate is less than 10%.Using large-scale genome analysis,many driver mutations and key pathways associated with ESCC have been ***,these genomic signatures have not improved the clinical management of EscC patients,or established effective targeted therapy.^(2)Esophageal cancer still lacks representative molecular markers.

This study systematically examines the energy dissipation mechanisms and ballistic characteristics of foam sandwich panels(fSP)under high-velocity impact using the explicit non-linear finite element *** on the geometric topology of the fSP system,three fSP configurations with the same areal density are derived,namely multi-layer,gradient core and asymmetric face sheet,and three key structural parameters are identified:core thickness(t_(c)),face sheet thickness(t_(f))and overlap face/core number(n_(o)).The ballistic performance of the fSP system is comprehensively evaluated in terms of the ballistic limit velocity(BLV),deformation modes,energy dissipation mechanism,and specific penetration energy(SPE).The results show that the fSP system exhibits a significant configuration dependence,whose ballistic performance ranking is:asymmetric face sheet>gradient core>*** mass distribution of the top and bottom face sheets plays a critical role in the ballistic resistance of the fSP *** BLV and SPE increase with tf,while the raising tcor noleads to an increase in BLV but a decrease in ***,a face-core synchronous enhancement mechanism is discovered by the energy dissipation analysis,based on which the ballistic optimization procedure is also conducted and a design chart is *** study shed light on the anti-penetration mechanism of the fSP system and might provide a theoretical basis for its engineering application.
