The SWEET(sugar will eventually be exported transporter)family proteins are a recently identiﬁed class of sugar transporters that are essential for various physiological *** the functions of the SWEET proteins have been identiﬁed in a number of species,to date,there have been no reports of the functions of the SWEET genes in woodland strawberries(Fragaria vesca).In this study,we identiﬁed 15 genes that were highly homolo-gous to the *** AtSWEET genes and designated them as FvSWEET1–*** then conducted a structural and evolutionary analysis of these 15 FvSWEET *** phylogenetic analysis enabled us to categor-ize the predicted 15 SWEET proteins into four distinct *** observed slight variations in the exon‒intron structures of these genes,while the motifs and domain structures remained highly ***,the developmental and biological stress expression proﬁles of the 15 FvSWEET genes were extracted and ***,WGCNA coexpression network analysis was run to search for possible interacting genes of FvSWEET *** results showed that the FvSWEET10 genes interacted with 20 other genes,playing roles in response to bacterial and fungal *** outcomes of this study provide insights into the further study of FvSWEET genes and may also aid in the functional characterization of the FvSWEET genes in woodland strawberries.

Continuously variable transmission(CVT)of noncircular gear has the technical advantages of large bearing capacity and high transmission *** key technology of CVT with noncircular gear has been broken through some countries,and is in the stage of deep application *** the characteristics and design methods of noncircular gear pairs have been continuously studied in China,the noncircular gear CVT is still in the preliminary exploration and research *** linear functional noncircular gear pair,whose transmission ratio is a linear function in the working section,to realize continuously variable transmission was the research object in this *** to the required transmission ratio in the working section,the transmission ratio function in the non-working section was constructed by using a *** then the influence of pitch curve parameters in the working section on which in the non-working section was also analyzed to obtain the pitch curve suitable for transmission of this gear *** addition,for improving the stability and bearing capacity of gear transmission,the noncircular gear pair transmission with high contact ratio was ***,the accurate value of the contact tooth length was calculated based on the gear principle and the characteristics of the involute tooth profile,from this the contact tooth length error was calculated by comparing the accurate value with its actual value obtained by the rolling ***,an indirect method to verify the contact ratio by detecting the contact length error of the tooth profile was proposed.

Microcosmic mechanism and correction of moisture effect on furfural diffusion and equilibrium in oil‐paper insulation

Furfural content in oil is considered as an effective parameter to evaluate the ageing state of oil-immersed *** previous thermal ageing experiments at 130℃,we found that moisture increment in oil-paper system makes more furfural distribute in ***,the microcosmic mechanism of moisture effect on furfural diffusion from paper to oil is still unknown,and the furfural equilibrium law at transformers'typical operating temperatures is also unclear,resulting in the unreliability of the existed furfural evaluation *** elucidate the above problems,molecular dynamics simulation and furfural equilibrium experiments at 60℃ were carried out at different moisture *** results show that high moisture content makes part of furfural diffuse from paper to oil *** moisture content increases from 1% to 2%,mass fraction of furfural in oil may increase from 32.98% to 49.83%,leading to furfural content in oil increases from 0.76 mg/L to 1.06 mg/L when the degree of polymerisation of insulation paper is about 524,which increased by 39.5%.The increase in moisture content makes cellulose form hydrogen bonds with H_(2)O preferentially,decreasing the hydrogen bonds interaction between cellulose and ***,partial furfural falls off cellulose and diffuses into oil,leading to an increase in furfural content in *** eliminate the moisture interference,a corrected furfural assessment model based on the moisture equilibrium curve has been constructed,which can accurately evaluate the ageing state of insulation paper regardless of the moisture influence.

Effect of solute atom concentration and precipitates on serrated flow in Mg-3Nd-Zn alloy

Influence of solute atom concentration and precipitates on serrated flow, i.e., Portevin-Le Chatelier effect, was studied in Mg-3Nd-Zn alloy by tensile test at 250℃ with a strain rate of l x 10^-3 s^-1 Microstructure and tensile property of the Mg-3Nd-Zn alloy in solution and aging conditions were also investigated. Results indicate that the serrated flow was weakened with aging time, and geometry of the serrations changed from sharp to rounded corner. Through analyzing the mechanism of the interactions between dislocations and solute atoms, it was identified that the precipitates did not only weaken the serrated flow due to the decrease in the concentration of solute atom, but also regulate the serration type by restraining the movement of dislocations during high temperature deformation.2017 Published by Elsevier Ltd on behalf of The editorial office of Journal of Materials Science ＆ Technology.

The Electromechanical Oxygen Regulator(EMOR)is a new type of aviator oxygen *** pressure refers to the pressure difference between the breath pressure and the ambient pressure during pressurized oxygen *** phenomenon of positive pressure fluctuation was believed to reduce the system *** current open-loop control method cannot solve this *** this paper,the mathematical model was established and main factors were *** combining experimental research and simulation calculation,it was determined that pressure fluctuation was caused by inlet pressure and diaphragm deformation *** the increase of pulmonary ventilation volume,the influence of inlet pressure on fluctuation decreases gradually,while the proportion of diaphragm deformation increases rapidly.A closed-loop control strategy of Proportional Resonant with Feedforward Compensation(PRFC)was proposed to solve the problem and control parameters were obtained through *** effectiveness of the control strategy was verified by *** results show that the control strategy can enhance the anti-disturbance ability of the system and significantly reduce the pressure fluctuation range,which is beneficial to improving the overall system performance.

Development of a bias Compensating Q-Learning Controller for a Multi-Zone HVAC Facility

We present the development of a bias compensating reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm that optimizes thermal comfort(by minimizing tracking error)and control utilization(by penalizing setpoint deviations)in a multi-zone heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning(HVAC)lab facility subject to unmeasurable disturbances and unknown *** is shown that the presence of unmeasurable disturbance results in an inconsistent learning equation in traditional RL controllers leading to parameter estimation bias(even with integral action support),and in the extreme case,the divergence of the learning *** demonstrate this issue by applying the popular Q-learning algorithm to linear quadratic regulation(LQR)of a multi-zone HVAC environment and showing that,even with integral support,the algorithm exhibits bias issue during the learning phase when the HVAC disturbance is unmeasurable due to unknown heat gains,occupancy variations,light sources,and outside weather *** address this difficulty,we present a bias compensating learning equation that learns a lumped bias term as a result of disturbances(and possibly other sources)in conjunction with the optimal control *** results show that the proposed scheme not only recovers the bias-free optimal control parameters but it does so without explicitly learning the dynamic model or estimating the disturbances,demonstrating the effectiveness of the algorithm in addressing the above challenges.

Effects of electrolyte balance on intestinal barrier, amino acid metabolism, and mTORC1 signaling pathway in piglets fed lowprotein diets

A proper dietary electrolyte balance(dEb) is essential to ensure optimal growth performance of piglets. In the low-protein diet, this balance may be affected by the reduction of soybean meal and the inclusion of high levels of synthetic amino acids. The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the optimal dEb of low-protein diets and its impact on the growth performance of piglets. A total of 108 piglets(initial age of35 d) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 6 pigs each as follows: low electrolyte diet(LE group; dEb = 150 milliequivalents [mEq]/kg); medium electrolyte diet(ME group; dEb = 250 m Eq/kg);high electrolyte diet(HE group; d Eb = 350 mEq/kg). Results indicated that the LE and HE diet significantly decreased the average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and crude protein digestibility(P xpression(P blood of piglets in the LE group were lower than those in the ME and HE groups(P bited the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1) pathway by decreasing the phosphorylation abundance of key proteins. In summary, the dietary electrolyte imbalance could inhibit the activation of the mTORC1 signaling pathway,which might be a key factor in the influence of the dEb on piglet growth performance and intestinal ***, second-order polynomial(quadratic) regression analysis showed that the optimal dEb of piglets in the low-protein diet was 250 to 265 mEq/kg.

Suppression of self-sustained oscillations of incompressible flow over aperture-cavities and its mechanisms

Experiments and large-eddy simulations(LESs)are conducted to study the effectiveness and the underlying physical mechanisms of a passive control technique for suppressing the self-sustained oscillations of incompressible flow over *** control technique is implemented by installing a wedge block above the chamfered *** experiments are carried out in a low-speed water tunnel with the freestream velocity ranging from 0.4 m/s to 4.4 m/s,while the large-eddy simulations are carried out corresponding to the experiment at a velocity of 4.0 m/*** wall pressure fluctuations measured along the cavity floor show that a significant suppression of the self-sustained oscillations of the shear layers can be achieved by the control ***,the suppression performance is improved as the freestream velocity increases,not limited to the design point of the control *** analysis of numerical simulation results focuses on three aspects,the vorticity fields,the velocity fields and the pressure fields,and the physical effects of the control device on the incompressible aperture-cavity flow are *** mechanisms of suppressing the cavity oscillations are identified from the numerical results,which are the destruction of the large vortex structures by the high frequency vortical excitations,the inhabitation of the intracavity recirculation feedback by introducing the lower shunt flow,and the attenuation of the trailing-edge impingement by thickening the shear layer.
