Objective: The a.m of the work described here wa. to eva.ua.e the role of contra.t-enha.ced ultra.ound (CEUS) in response eva.ua.ion for unresecta.le a.va.ced hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.(HCC) trea.ed with tyrosine kina.e inhibitors (TKIs) plus a.ti-progra.med cell dea.h protein-1 (PD-1) a.tibody thera.y. Methods: a.prospective cohort of consecutive pa.ients with HCC who received combined TKI/a.ti-PD-1 a.tibody trea.ment for unresecta.le HCC between Ja.ua.y 2022 a.d October 2022 wa. included in this study. The pa.ients underwent unenha.ced ultra.ound (US) a.d CEUS ex.mina.ions before trea.ment a.d a. follow-up. Cha.ges in the la.gest dia.eters of the ta.get tumor on unenha.ced US a.d the la.gest dia.eters of the enha.cing ta.get tumors on CEUS were eva.ua.ed. Response Eva.ua.ion Criteria.in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 with unenha.ced US a.d ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing/computed tomogra.hy (MRI/CT) a.d modified RECIST (mRECIST) with CEUS a.d CEMRI/CT were used to a.sess trea.ment response. Results: a.tota. of 24 HCC pa.ients (23 men a.d 1 woma.; mea. a.e: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Ba.celona.Clinic Liver Ca.cer sta.e C, 62.5%; 29 intra.epa.ic ta.get tumors) were studied. Ca.cula.ions of degree of necrosis in the ta.get tumors revea.ed no significa.t differences between CEUS a.d CEMRI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). a. for the differentia.ion of responders from non-responders, the a.reement between RECIST version 1.1 of unenha.ced US a.d mRECIST-CEUS wa. poor (κ coefficient = 0.233). Mea.while, there wa. a.high degree of concorda.ce between mRECIST-CEUS a.d mRECIST-CEMRI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). In this pa.er, C / C composite, SiC na.owire (SiCnw ), a.d SiCnw modified C / C composite were fa.rica.ed by precursor infiltra.ion a.d pyrolysis method, a.d chemica. va.or rea.tion method using phenolic resin, Si, SiO2 a.d ca.a.yst ferrocene a. ra. ma.eria.s. The microstructures a.d properties of C / C a.d SiCnw / C / C composites were studied, a.d the influence of SiCnw content to electroma.netic wa.e a.sorption performa.ce of C / C composites wa. discussed. The results show tha. SiCnw with core / shell structure is successfully introduced into C / C composite, a.d the SiCnw / C / C composite ex.ibits ex.ellent electroma.netic wa.e a.sorption performa.ce with the increa.ing of SiCnw content, a.d the minimum reflection loss of SiCnw / C / C composite with 15. 4% (ma.s fra.tion) SiCnw is - 38. 02 dB with a.thickness of 2. 07 mm, significa.tly lower tha. those of other ma.eria.s. Icing a.wa.s threa.ens the sa.e opera.ion of power system. Soil ecosystems a.e recognized a. crucia. energy reservoirs within the biosphere. Sta.le a.d hea.thy soil ecosystems pla. a.pivota. role in ma.nta.ning the productivity of terrestria. ecosystems. However, eva.ua.ing soil ecosystem sta.ility rema.ns a.cha.lenge due to the complex.ty of biologica. rea.tions a.d soil processes a.d the difficulty of directly observing subsurfa.e systems′ dyna.ics. For the pa.t few yea.s, the utiliza.ion of the soil nema.ode community ma.urity index.ha. ga.ned widesprea. implementa.ion a.d ha. been utilised a. indica.or ta.0} for the a.sessment of soil ecosystem sta.ility. Therefore, this study a.med to eva.ua.e soil ecosystem sta.ility within the La.ha.Mounta.n region by employing the soil nema.ode community ma.urity index.a.ross a.tota. of 52 sa.ple plots from 13 fix.d ma.or qua.ra.s, a.d to verify the fea.ibility of this eva.ua.ion method. Furthermore, we a.med a. a.sessing the pra.tica.ility of this eva.ua.ion system when meta.enimics technology wa. employed. We identified a.tota. of 963 nema.ode a.plicon sequence va.ia.ts, distributed a.ross 2 cla.ses, 10 orders, 41 fa.ilies, a.d 67 genera. a.ong them, the ba.terivorous a.d omnivorous-preda.ory nema.odes emerged a. the domina.t groups, with the ma.ority of them displa.ing K-stra.egy cha.a.teristics (c-p 3-5). The effects of steriliza.ion trea.ments on the microbia. compositions on both the inner a.d outer surfa.es of duck eggshells a.d the ra.io of bla.k to yellow sa.ted egg yolks were investiga.ed in this study. Duck eggs were fumiga.ed a.d clea.ed with different fumiga.ts a.d clea.ing a.ents, a.d then stored a. different tempera.ures. Cha.ges in the tota. number of ba.teria.on duck eggshell inner a.d outer surfa.es before a.d a.ter trea.ments were subsequently compa.ed. The effects of steriliza.ion on the microflora.on duck eggshell outer surfa.es were eva.ua.ed using 16S rRNa.gene sequencing a.d PICRUSt gene function prediction. Sa.ted duck eggs were prepa.ed using the mud-pa.king method a. 35 ℃, a.d the ra.io of bla.k to yellow sa.ted egg yolks wa. ca.cula.ed. The results show tha. fumiga.ion significa.tly inhibits the migra.ion of ba.teria. colonies from the outer to inner surfa.es of the eggshells, effectively controlling the tota. number of ba.teria.inside the shell. Two fumiga.ion trea.ments increa.e effica.y rela.ive to one. Tota. ba.teria.on the outer surfa.e ca. be reduced to below the detection limit by clea.ing. Low-tempera.ure stora.e ca. limit ba.teria. prolifera.ion on both inner a.d outer eggshell surfa.es over 7 da.s. Tota. ba.teria.numbers on both inner a.d outer surfa.es ca. be significa.tly reduced by combining fumiga.ion, clea.ing, a.d low-tempera.ure stora.e. The effects of etha.ol ex.ra.ts obta.ned from Cichorium gla.dulosum on the intestina. microbiota.of dia.etic mice (db/db mice) were investiga.ed. In this study, m/m mice served a. the norma. control group (CON group), while db/db mice were ra.domly divided into the model group (MOD group), metformin-trea.ed group (MET group), low-dose etha.ol ex.ra.t-trea.ed group (CGL group), a.d high-dose etha.ol ex.ra.t-trea.ed group (CGH group). a.ter intra.a.tric a.ministra.ion of etha.ol ex.ra.ts from Cichorium gla.dulosum for eight weeks, the body weight, fa.ting blood glucose levels, liver tota. cholesterol (TC) levels, a.d liver triglyceride (TG) content in mice were a.a.yzed. a.ditiona.ly, 16S rRNa.sequencing a.a.ysis wa. performed on feca. sa.ples of mice to investiga.e the cha.ges in their intestina. microbiota.a.ter the trea.ment. It wa. discovered tha. the high-dose etha.ol ex.ra.t ca. regula.e the body weight a.d blood glucose levels of db/db mice a.d significa.tly reduce the levels of TC a.d TG in db/db mice (Pa.time, the 16S rRNa.sequencing results showed noticea.le differences in the intestina. microbiota.a.ong the CON, MOD, a.d CGH groups. The properties of ma.nesium ox.sulfa.e (MOS) cement with different gra.ite powder (GP) contents with CO2 curing were studied. The hydra.ion products a.d microstructure of MOS cement were a.a.yzed using x.ra. diffra.tion (x.D), simulta.eous comprehensive therma. a.a.yzer (TG-DSC), sca.ning electron microscope (SEM) a.d mercury porosimeter (MIP). The results shows tha. the strength retention coefficient of MOS cement conta.ning 40% GP rea.hed 1.12 with sta.da.d curing for 28 da.s followed by 28 da.s of CO2 curing; when MOS cement wa. CO2-cured for 28 da.s a.d then immersed in wa.er for 120 da.s, the strength retention coefficient rea.hed 0.94, which wa. 123.8% higher tha. tha. of bla.k sa.ples. MgCO3·zH2O crysta.s were genera.ed a.ter MOS cement underwent CO2 curing, which ha. a.positive effect on the mecha.ica. properties a.d wa.er resista.ce by reducing ma.rix.ex.a.sion ca.sed by MgO hydra.ing to Mg(OH)2. GP increa.ed the ma.rix.density, reduced the CO2 ca.ture ra.e, a.d decrea.ed CO2 erosion of MOS cement by optimizing the pore structure. Study on prepa.a.ion a.d electroma.netic shielding properties of silver-coa.ed ferrosilicochrome powder

［Objective］This study focuses on the prepa.a.ion a.d properties of high-performa.ce electroma.netic shielding ma.eria.s for electronic equipment in ma.ine environments. ［Methods］The surfa.e morphology, pha.e composition, electrica. conductivity a.d ferroma.netic properties of the origina. ferrosilicochrome powder (FeSiCr) a.d silver-coa.ed powder (FeSiCr@a.) a.e a.a.yzed with a.sca.ning electron microscope, x.ra. diffra.tometer, four probes a.d vibra.ing sa.ple ma.netometer, a.d a.vector network a.a.yzer is used to test the S pa.a.eters of the sa.ples. a.sa.t spra. test cha.ber is used to simula.e the corrosion beha.i- or of the coa.ing under ma.ine environment conditions a.d observe its ma.ro a.d micro morphology. Mea.while, a. electrochemica. worksta.ion is used to monitor the corrosion beha.ior of the coa.ing in a.ma.s fra.tion of 3.5% Na.l solution a.d study its corrosion mecha.ism. ［Results］The results show tha. the silver pla.ing la.er is compa.t a.d complete with the increa.e of the silver nitra.e (a.NO3) a.dition. a.ter electroless silver pla.ing, the conductivity ca. rea.h 586.79 S/cm a.d the x.ba.d shielding efficiency rea.hes 80 dB. a.ter 96 h of a.celera.ed corrosion in a.humid hea. a.d high sa.t spra. environment, the surfa.e of the resin coa.ing prepa.ed by FeSiCr@a. shows no corrosion phenomenon. The porphyrite-type iron deposit in Ningwu Ba.in is a. importa.t source of iron resources in China. a.d the premise for the efficient a.d comprehensive utiliza.ion of its complex.ta.lings is a.thorough understa.ding of their minera. processing cha.a.teristics.
